Charlie helped me get the right light bulb for my 2016 Chevy Silverado. He even showed me how to change it out. Great customer service and very knowledgeable.

Ordered a part in the morning and picked it up before noon. And exact fit as specified. I recommend this store if you need help in getting parts. They did an excellent job. Two thumbs up. Returned again with excellent service. Thanks Dakota always friendly service every time. Will come back for my parts needs.

I had stopped at the o Reilly s in Searcy to have my charging system checked. It was putting out less than 12 volts. Don put a meter on the battery and confirmed it was not putting out the correct voltage. He then checked his computer and told me I had the wrong alternator on my truck. I had purchased the current alternator at a O Reillys in Huntsville, AR back several months ago. They sold me the wrong alternator. Don ordered the correct one and I had a local mechanic install it for me. I have to say Don was very understanding of my situation. He is both knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely would go to this store again to buy parts. Ask for Don , he is the Man!

Looked online for an item then went to the Conway Harkrider location to purchase the item. All the staff there are quite knowledgeable and go out of their way to be helpful. Congratulations to Elizabeth on a great staff and nice store.

They did a good job and were quick about it. They changed the oil, checked everything, lights, air in my tires, & it only took about 15 minutes. No appointment needed! I didn't even get out of my car.

They are carrying more specialty products that I use. Of course parts that's a given. But I am into paint,body shop supplies,interior hey basically restoration - car, motorcycle etc. You want full knowledge go before 5pm. They have Pat and Danny and for the knowledge they are the shiznit. I know because I used to have a paint store with my Daddy. Yep. Pat was the competition so I say this because I KNOW. I am glad to go in and see things I sold and I'm glad I can still find the good stuff. Brands that have stood the test of time. I'm painting a fender for my cousins car. I will buy it from Pat because she and I are women breaking the barrier of an industry made up of 99%men. And she liked the competition and I did as well. We took our work very seriously because we were responsible for making sure we didn't have redos. That is not profitable for our respective shops. Labor and more products well it's their livelihood! You can't teach color you are born with it or not. 1 out of 5 (dare I say it) men are blind in certain tones.It is factual not personal but some kinda take it hard,anyway hey u can get autobody stuff till they close and parts always. Everything is available but need paint mixed code location tech advice etc Pat till 5 p.s.dont 4:45 her. That's not cool just saying

Trust me, if you want the best parts and warranty at the best price, this is the ONLY place to get it in White county. The staff isn't a bunch of "gear heads" but most are experienced parts people and mechanics. They're happy to help with what they can while not trying to sell you a bunch of junk you don't need.

Usually I love O'Reilly stores. But this visit was ridiculous. $45 for a 2 inch ball, hitch mount , and pin. Then I asked the guy to help me install it and he kicks it in multiple times to where it is wedged and not in the right place for the pin to go in. He then makes a comment and goes back into the store leaving me to figure out how to fix it.

This is my go-to spot for parts when I don't order online. They usually have the part I want and can order from NLR if it's not in stock. They have a knowledgeable staff and they're always happy to help!

I love this place and yesterday I was there to get some gasket maker and a man was helping me he was a employee said they didn't have the kind that my husband sent me for so I got another and a lady was checking me out I was telling her about it and she went straight to the very one my husband sent me to get . O'Reilly's is typically the better auto store, in my opinion. Although, some may beg to differ. Bottom line is they had the part that we were looking for and at a very reasonable price.

I asked the counter man to come outside to my car and tell me what was wrong with my headlight socket and wiring.he told me what was wrong and we went to the computer to see if he had the parts to fix it correctly,he didnt have and nor could get them.he directed me to go on line or to the salvage yards.i bought a rain-x headlight restoreation kit and thanked him for his help and left.He was very helpfull and he knew what he was talking about,I had a very good experiance!

I was in the store today and a guy asked me what I was looking for an I said fuses for my 2004 Trailblazer an he said do you know what you need, I said no sir and he said go to the front desk and he can look it up for you, so I went up front an asked the guy if he could lookup it up for me and he said no its in the owners manual an I said the owners manual I have isn't right it's for a different year trailblazer and he said well there's nothing I can do.... I ended up goin down the road to Auto Zone where they looked it up an helped me with no problems. Me and my family has used O'Reilly Auto parts for years an never been treated like that.

I have given this OReillys a lot of business over the years but I will not be going back. I called and spoke to Greg (who was very rude and short) who put me through to the manager Danny. I asked if they would sponsor our church youth group for a late season car wash and Danny very rudely told me that he would not help with that and then he HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! So I called Autozone and they were very nice and are sponsoring our event. My family will be going to Autozone from now on and if you want to be treated like a valued customer, please do so also.
