I had a engine failure on the way to work a few weeks ago (very early in the morning) and needed a tow to the repair shop. Colton came out and took care of me! He did a fantastic job, was very prompt, courteous and polite...overall a real good dude! I really appreciated the help!

I'm writing this review for my son who was in a wreck over the weekend and the staff at this company has been horrible! Worst towing company ever worked with. Very rude staff! Likes to add trauma to individuals who have just been in wrecks. Owned his vehicle pd for clean title had proof of ownership. Would NOT let him get his family's things out of his on vehicle? Requested at the scene of the accident that his vehicle be towed to his house, refused! His insurance company called and gave verbal ok to release to me to stop daily charges still made him come in and sign release. State farm agent said normally don't have issues, this company is being very difficult. If you get in wreck and they show up refuse unless you like poor customer service and drama! If I could have given no stars I would have!

Highly recommend this company. Quick and efficient with really great drivers. The driver has that towed my car today was very respectful and professional and even talked to me like we were friends. 10/10 fellas

Colton, was my tow driver and he was wonderful! He knows the area very well. Very respectful and very honest and very knowledgeable when it came to potential tire shops. He was very patient and even engaged in small talk. I had a great experience in an unfortunate event.

I was broke down on the side of the road I 16 degree weather and O Dell towing was there to help within 15 minutes. I thank Colton for his great help in assisting me in getting my truck and myself home safely. He was very professional and knew how to do his job. Excellent Joe. Thank you Colton.

These guys are the very best. Their customer service is second to none. Colton unlocked my vehicle after I locked my keys in it. Didn't charge me because I was close. This is the place!!!!!!

My Bike broke down on the road today and the response time was Awesome....35 or 40 minutes after I called the driver was there (Colton was his name)..He was Absolutely SuperProfessional and knowledgeable in loading and unloading motorcycles...Thanks for the Awesome Service

Dustin gave me a call about 15 mins till and was early (which is a first for tow trucks), having my 2012 high performance Camaro with a body kit and 1 and half inch lowered kit on it. He had no issues at all, came prepared to do the job with so much ease. I would use them from here on out especially Dustin because he took the care into my car as if I was doing it myself.Service: Car towing

Colton was a very polite and professional young man. I have had the worst day and then I have to get my car towed and he made the experience less stressful with his professionalism and the care he took with my vehicle. I absolutely recommend that you ask for Colton if you are in need of a tow.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place has a lot of good reviews which is why we chose this place but pay attention to the bad ones. Customer service is some of the worst I ve experienced and I regret spending a dime with this company. Don t choose them if you re traveling and need to get to your destination safely.

David went out of his way to make sure I was safely back on the road. He came analyzed the damage and quickly began to set up his safety cones. Once we were both safe he went ahead and started by changing my tire. Then he pulled me out with the winch. He went as far as to use his expertise to inspect my vehicle to make sure I would be safe to drive. I am from Detroit and was in Arkansas visiting my sister and the rental car I was given wouldn t make it up an icy hill after the recent ice storm. David was awesome and was quick and efficient. He went above and beyond by giving us a ride back to my sisters up the street so we didn t have to walk it with groceries plus, I was in a knee brace. I cannot thank them enough for helping me. Broke down on the freeway and called AAA. I waited for quite a while in the heat and finally I called them only to find out that AAA never even told them that I was waiting. They immediately came and got me . The tow truck driver gave me some cold water because I was dehydrated. They are also able to fix my car the very next day. Very fast. Helpful and professional. They are the definition of five star service.

I used Odell's Towing to tow my classic 1970 MGB Roadster to an auto repair facility. The driver, Colton, was very professional and took extreme care and caution handling my pristine and very sentimental British convertible. He treated it like a baby and it was very pleasing to have someone show that kind of respect for another's property. Would highly recommend to all! A second tow of the same vehicle involved a kitten that was trapped on top of the transmission at a local Sonic. I didn't want the kitten to be injured with the vehicle about to be towed. Josh, the tow tech jacked the car up and diligently worked underneath the car to free the trapped kitten. This employee showed great professionalism and human kindness! This company is all I use now! My husband accidentally left his key in ignition over night. Found through our roadside assistance with our insurance company. Hunter called and was on site within 20 minutes of me submitting the request. Very respectful and fantastic response time!

Friendly, professional service. The gentleman arrived on time and treated my vehicle like it was his own. I couldn't accompany my vehicle, so I really appreciated photos texted to me showing where he left my ride, it's condition, and where the key was deposited (business after hours). O'Dell's service is outstanding. I believe the man's name that helped me was Ryan. He was prompt and genuinely cared about me and my vehicle. He had to use a dolly because my car wouldn't even go into neutral. Highly recommend using their service.
