This is my two hour wait. No vehicles in the bays when I arrived and serviced one car in the hour I waited and it was changing one tire out. Was told one tech went to lunch And wouldn t be back until 6:45 and the other one gets off at 6:00 (this was 5:55) I arrived at 5:15. That s when I realized the one tech wasn t going to pull my truck in so I slipped around back and took pictures of 3-4 guys hiding in the corner milking the clock and doing ZERO WORK! I ll never do business at this WM AUTO again!

Dropped my truck off at 1:30PM to have an oil change done and 4 new tires put on. Here I am typing this at 8:26PM as I m still sitting here waiting on my truck to be finished. Unacceptable.

Not happy with how they handled my situation. I brought a tire from them back in January. I it was supposed to last me 65,000 but it only lasted me 6,486. The tire started to delaminate, and so I took it to 5260. I told them the situation and they didn t even look at it and told me there s nothing that they can do about it. So then I took it over to store 1 and told them what the situation was and they looked at it and they told me they were going to cover 50% of the tire. I went into the store to shop and when I came back they said actually the tire is a grade 4 and that they would only cover a little bit of the price of the tire. Then when I tried to get my old tire back so I could get a full refund from Goodyear they said no it s our property now when their policy states, We will, at your request, return your old parts to you or hold them for your inspection. Overall I m not happy how both of the stores handled this situation.

Needed 2 tires to replace 2 worn ones on the front. Set an appointment, and when it was time, I brought the car in to have them mounted. About 20 minutes later, they called to tell me they could not replace just 2 tires, I would have to have all 4 replaced. I would have to wait until they got two more in.So I called another company and they had the correct tires and could replace just two, no problem. In the future, I will not be going back to Walmart. I've been very happy with the tires and the other company and will use them for all work on our automobiles.

They aren t bad just too busy. They need more employees for this region.Update for visit after original one. - I paid for full checkup and fluid levels. I ran almost completely out of power steering fluid within a month. No sign of leaks found.

took almost 3 hours for a tire patch. 1 of those was inside the bay when its only a 15 minute job. guy took my car for a fun ride and was flooring it in the back lot. only stopped after he saw me standing there watching him. and also they scratched up my wheel. guess thats what happens when you dont take your car to a real mechanic

Terrible experience they broke my tire pressure sensors tried to say they were already broke replaced one and still don't work right dont waste your time go to bentonville way better

Horrible. ..I've had my car here three times. I keep thinking they will improve. It's just an oil change. Only car in the garage and has taken over 90 minutes. Gotta stop coming here

Had a oil change that took two hours. I was told it would take an 30min to an Hour. Recently went to Speede Lube and they got it done in 15 min. Same price for a synthetic oil change, got a way faster service with Speede Lube.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Moved to Rogers about a year ago from Siloam Springs where I have always been pleased with the service but used this location several time since and every visit to the auto center has been a nightmare. Taking my auto business elsewhere now or driving all the way to Siloam for service.

Zero stars. I ordered tires online Tuesday was supposed to be held 10 days for pick up I went on Thursday to be told it was cancelled on Wed. No one told me and I got 4 different excuses as to why but each time it was well maybe this or maybe that happened. Lisa the head of the tire dept flat out refused to even attempt to contact any other location to see if they had them. She was rude and hateful. I will never purchase anything at all from that store ever again after the way I was treated. Guess what 2 1/2 hrs later I found another walmart did have them after Lisa was rude saying no I wont call no one else will have them either. So she flat out lied on top of everything else.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Brought my low pressure tire in knowing that it would be a cheap, easy, and fast fix. I could not have been more wrong. Front desk girl had a major attitude problem and explained how it would only be a 45 minute wait as there was a car in front of me with a tire rotation. No problem at all, so I hang around the store for about an hour and then decided to check up on how my car was doing. Only to then be told it would be another 45 minutes till my car would even be seen as another car somehow got placed in line before me for a light bulb change . Because of this I just to take my car down the road where firestone helped me out in less then 30 minutes. Walmart is hardly a decent place to buy groceries and most certainly not a place to take your car for any sort of work. Horrible service and very disappointed.

I dealt with Julio & Jackie. They did very good job. I purchased 4 tires from them and had them mount them on my new wheels, then I brought in my Dads truck later that day and all they had to do was swap out the tires/wheels. Even though we had a 2pm appointment, bunch of people came in all at same time, but Jackie made sure that me and my Dad did not have to wait long. That was some good decision making & prioritizing on her part. I do wish that people would not go to the Walmart's Auto Service center to make Non automotive purchases. That cost them some time by allowing that. I hope I got their names correct? Jackie and Julio. Kudos and keep up the good work. Prioritizing of work is VERY Important issue that needs improving at most all auto service tire centers and it is key to not have people wait long time for minor task/repairs. I do not give out 5 Stars easily, but they earned it yesterday. Thank you both again for your efforts. - Cheers - Bill

I was here for literally 5 hours waiting for them to change my tires. It took them two hours to even take it back and in that time they had 1 car go in the tire section. Then it took an additional 3 hours before it was done. Changing 4 tires does not take 3 freaking hours. This is one auto center I will not be returning to anytime soon

Took four hours to mount and balance 4 new tires because there were 9 people ahead of me. One guy did my tires by himself. They quoted me over the phone promising that that was the price. When I got there they couldn t even give me a firm price. Ended up being $60 over. Outside of the price and time issues they were friendly and happy to answer all my questions.

Ok first off they guaranteed it was a 30 min wait, but somehow 30 min turned into 2 hrs. We had a loaded trailer that we had to I'm attach from our vehicle so we had no choice but to set in the parking lot with this trailer!! 2 hrs!! Fortunately, approx 30 or so red ants enjoyed biting me also. My husband finally gets someone to tell him what's going on. He says you guys have 5 empty car bays and workers standing around doing nothing... Why? Not surprised they had no clue they had been "looking" for our car which somehow they thought it was a '99 blazer, even tho our paperwork and everything clearly said freaking '04 Tahoe! Thanks to these dillholes, I wasn't able to deliver the load on my trailer and honestly my husband could've changed the oil quicker without the bs. I intend on getting a refund and complaining to corporate.

I have been waiting for 2 hours and 50 minutes for a simple oil change, and my car was just brought in, so I'll be waiting another 20 minutes. I came in on Friday at 7:40 am, was given a 1-2 hr estimate, and there were only a few cars ahead of me. I can't even imagine the waiting time during a busy time.Go elsewhere!

I was ready to pay for 4 new tires. The associate that worked on our car called to inform us that 2 of our tires were like new and didn't need to be replaced. We truly appreciate his honesty and integrity.

Brought my vehicle in for a flat repair at 1230. It was ready at 3, but the tire was not repaired. I had to air up within 30 minutes of leaving. I immediately turned around. They were nice and said they would fix it. It's now 532 pm and it's still not ready. This is absurd. Complete waste of a Saturday

My girlfriend and I went to go have our oil changed I was surprised when they said that they vacuum the car out as one of the services. When we were waiting for the car to be done my girlfriend asked how much longer and they said they had just got done vacuuming the car. When we got the car back the car absolutely was not vacuumed and it was even checked off as car has been vacuumed on the receipt. Now if they are going to check that off as it was done when it wasn't I'm wondering how many of the other things weren't done that were checked off on my receipt. You know how important it is to trust the people that are working on your car Walmart you guys need to get it together

How does it take 2 hours for an oil change?! Don t go here expecting to get a 10 min oil change like at Valvoline around the corner. I was supposed to be back from my lunch break an hour and a half ago

I had an emergency situation with my car that the guys at the auto shop in this Walmart were very quick at fixing. My battery died the previous night and so I bought a battery and installed it myself. Only problem was when I was tightening the positive battery terminal it broke off because it was so corroded! I got some electrical tape and taped the part of the terminal that was still there to the battery, and thought it'd be a good temporary fix until getting it into a shop. I explained the situation to the associates and they were very attentive and replaced both terminals positive and negative in about ten minutes. Only cost me about $9 too.

I was there to get a flat tire checked and was told it would be a couple hours before they got to my car. This did not upset me as I am used to this wait. I got a ride home and waited for a call from them to pick up my car. I never got the call and they kept my car overnight without telling me. I had tried calling the autocare center and tried calling walmart service but neither picked up. When I called back the next morning they told me it was checked the night before but no one had called me to say. Very unprofessional and the manager who heard all this happened did not seem to care.

Worst tire shop I ve ever been to. First they said that since I was buying two tires that they would put the new ones on the back, it s common sense to do so. Then they told me it would take 2 HOURS, I was getting two tires, shouldn t take that long but whatever, then I come back an hour and a half later and they haven t even started on my truck. So I walk up and they say it s gonna be another hour at least so I decided to wait in the waiting area. Then an hour later they tell me it s done and I go out and look and no surprise, the new tires are on the front . But I decided I just wanted to leave so I didn t have to deal with them anymore. And then today as I m driving home, in the rain, I take a corner at 10 MPH, And slide sideways. And then I decided to put the tires on the back as they should be, and I noticed a lugnut is missing. I don t know what they were doing, but regardless I almost lost my life because these people can t do their jobs right. DO NOT GO HERE

Great place.. cheaper than most tire places.... however I watch the crew as they did several cars in front of mine.. they did not complete everything.. to confident and cocky but notice several things not done for the price and knowing what's included, simple thing like washer fluid... and they appeared on camera to be doing it lazy .. sweet people tho at this location... also need better sitting area

Good job finding tires at a decent price however bad job at following directions. How hard it it to put the front tires to the back and the new ones on the front? Apparently it is quite difficult for them. They put the damaged tire to the front and the new ones on the back. I was trying to get rid of the bad tire. Not keep the stupid thing.

Guy at desk in the auto center was helpful, honest, informative, and listened well. I appreciate his help. I made an appointment ahead of time, and I think that helped with keeping wait time down. I've only been here once, but the experience was good from the desk to the bay and out the door. Thank you.

Worst place i have EVER experienced. Left my car thrre for 5 + hours to get an oil change. And a nail taken out of my tire and patched. Now its a week later and i have NO VEHICLE because nail is still in SAME spot in the SAME tire. Will never be returning to this place. Was charged for a service that was not even done. Absolutely ridiculous. They should be ashamed.
