I moved from Siloam where I was always pleased with the Walmart auto service but since moving to Rogers, both the Pleasant Grove and Walnut locations have been terrible experiences. I went by several days ago to get an oil change and asked how long it would be and was told 2 hours to get it in even though the bays were totally empty, so I went today exactly at 7:00. I asked how long and the attendant said I was first in line so it shouldn t be that long. I went shopping for 1/2 hour and checked back and the car still wasn t in the bay. I asked if it was done and he said he didn t know where his guy was and I d have to wait for and attendant that was filling a tire to do it after. No apologies after almost an hour and a half. Also, the chairs in the waiting area are falling apart.Never going back

I like getting my car serviced here. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I've never had any issues with my oil changes or simple maintenance.

Not happy with how they handled my situation. I brought a tire from them back in January. I it was supposed to last me 65,000 but it only lasted me 6,486. The tire started to delaminate, and so I took it to 5260. I told them the situation and they didn t even look at it and told me there s nothing that they can do about it. So then I took it over to store 1 and told them what the situation was and they looked at it and they told me they were going to cover 50% of the tire. I went into the store to shop and when I came back they said actually the tire is a grade 4 and that they would only cover a little bit of the price of the tire. Then when I tried to get my old tire back so I could get a full refund from Goodyear they said no it s our property now when their policy states, We will, at your request, return your old parts to you or hold them for your inspection. Overall I m not happy how both stores handled this situation.

Never any time to service my car except when they open 7:30 a.m. 4 hours to patch a tire? Some of us have to be at work. I've been calling for 3 weeks no one ever answers the phone. There is never anyone Manning the desk and all the manager guys are just standing around talking in the bay. It's that way at pleasant grove and walnut. I know I paid for the lifetime tire service but I'm going to take my car to advantage auto in Rogers and just pay for a new one.

Got a full set of tires. The price was decent but it took nearly 3 hours. It seemed like several of the employees were just walking around or just watching the 2 doing oil changes and the 1 guy doing tires. 5 or 6 guys standing around the vehicles or the computers. That was quite disappointing

Best service in NWA! I do recommend getting in early if you don't have an appointment. Comfortable waiting room

Sold us a warranty for our tires then the tires wore different than normal and they say too much air in the tire.

I was able to purchase two new tires and have them installed all within 10 minutes of pulling into the Auto Center before they closed and guess what? None of the employees who assisted me at the register or the men who completed the hands on labor ever complained once or had a sour attitude about having another vehicle to work on 10 minutes before closing.

Do not go to Walmart to get your tire repaired. I went here with a screw in my tire and they said it s their policy that they can t patch tires. They didn t tell me this until checking me in and leaving me in the lobby for a while, They wanted to sell me on four new tires because they said I didn t have any tread left, which was completely untrue. They even went so far to say my tires are bald when they clearly aren t.

A+ best in NWA. Avoid Bentonville auto dept at all costs....this is the spot for good service, accurate estimated completion and overall attention to detail.

Let me start off with the good. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and eventually gets the job done. The only thing keeping them from being 5 stars is the multiple 2-3 hour waits it took to have one tire installed. If you are needing an emergency repair, go somewhere with a more experienced staff, because you will be camped out here all day long.Service: Tires

Takes far too long to get anything done. The last two times I ve been in (once to have new tires installed and once to have a tire plugged) the staff was rude and gave me a completely inaccurate estimate of time. The new tires took 4 hours to get installed with only one person in front of me and they were almost done. This last time I was told an hour. The tech was complete with the one before me in about 15 minutes and then he disappeared for over an hour. It has now been an hour and a half and my car is finally in to be worked on.Poor customer service! The cashier (David) has been short and rude with everyone who has come to the counter since I ve been here.Absolutely ridiculous!Unacceptable!

Four hours of waiting when we were told it would be much faster. The worker that was left said that the other employees had disappeared. They were gone for about an hour and a half and there were only two other cars there. Definitely would NOT recommend this place if you want quick serviceServices: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Justin, in the Automotive department, was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He and his mechanics were able to get my sister's car up and going with the quickness and had us checked out quickly. Great job Justin.

I had a tire that had went almost flat over the weekend and so it took it of my truck and took it in to Walmart on walnut. The guy took it found nothing in my tire but said the bead had some dirt in it so they unmounted it and put bead sealer on it and then charged me $15 for a flat repair. I find that totally uncalled for. If I had of took it to Rogers tire shop they wouldn't of charged me a few dollars if they charged me anything because they didn't have to repair it.

Jack at the front counter was an exemption to the unprofessionalism I experienced. I have used this auto care for the last 5 years and up until the last two times I used it(both times being this year and on two seperate vehicles), it was excellent for the price.I waited almost 4 hours for an oil change and new tires to be put on. This was an outrageous amount of time considering there was only one person in front of me. I will not be back. I recommend anyone to avoid using this Walmart's auto care service. You can go elsewhere for the same price and better service.Services: Tires, Oil change

Great, great, great!!I got really good tires at a really terrific price, on in short order followed with a courtesy call to pick up. Jack, the Service Manager, was helpful, pleasant and super informative answering all my questions. As well, the technician who installed the new tires was thorough and attentive to detail. These are the reasons Walmart's Auto Center is my go-to car care center. They take good care of their customers.

Usually pretty decent service but today was not that great. Bought my lube service which like all of except pit crew is supposed to come with external window wash and internal vacuuum, but nether were done as well as they didn't bother to put the odometer on the service sticker. So after my 30-40 min wait had already been almost 2 hours I took back in my receipt and asked about the missing services. Super nice guy at the desk apologized and said they would fix it. Ok no prob , few minutes goes by, says it's ready and they made sure they checked the fluids. Go out to the car which they have parked at the far end of the mostly empty lot, still had not vacuumed , still had not done the windshield and slapped a handwritten next to the other one. What's the point in paying for the upgrade if they aren't gonna do it.

Was told it would be a 2 hour wait for tires to be installed. It ended up taking these morons over 4 overs to put tires on. I understand there were people waiting before me, but don t tell me 2 hours and then take over 4 hours to do a job. I didn t even want to take my car here but was in desperate need of tires so I did. Huge mistake and I would never in a million years let these clowns touch my car again. Huge waste of time and completely disappointed. Walmart is garbage and and so is there service.

The guys at the counter are nice, only in the workshop it took about 1 hour just to say that they could not do the oil change because the drain screw was damaged. That took a long time to take a picture and say we can't do the job..

Don't even waste your time. I took my car there for an oil change and waiting for almost two hours even after CALLING before hand to make sure they weren't busy he ensured me it wouldn't be too long. I was fine with waiting, but when he paged me an hour and a half later, I get back there to find they didn't even do my oil change because the handle on the dipstick was broken. They couldn't have told me that before hand? Then they were extremely rude when I asked why I wasn't told an hour and a half ago and said he couldn't call my phone cause it would have taken too much work to put in the code to call my phone number. Seriously a joke, save your time and go somewhere else.

I was shocked when the store clerk said it would be 2 hours to replace my Battery. This is what I experienced while there.Another lady had been waiting 2 hours to replace 2 tires.A sexy women came in and somehow she got special treatment and even though she came in behind everyone else, she left before all of us and only waited 45 mins. Then I saw 3 employees just standing around chatting with each other, even though so much work needed to be done, and we were all waiting for hours.I was not pleased with my experience, and if I need a battery or tire, WalMart will be my last choice!!!

Wait times will depend on the circumstances of your vehicle. Such as vehicles with engine splash shields, that may be covering the oil drain plug and oil filter. This will need to be removed to do the oil change and then put back on.Then for having tire work done. Circumstances such as bent rims, or curb damage causing a sharp edge. Damaged or missing lugnuts. Damaged or missing wheel lock key. Damaged or missing studs. Damaged and or uneven tire tread wear. Large or oversized tires. Punctured tires with fix-a-flat inside them, Ect...All these and many more are factors to take into account for how long it will take for your vehicle to be completed. Completion times are estimated.Oil Change (15min - 30min)Headlight Restore (1H - 3H)Flat Repair (20min - 1h)Tire Replacement ( 20min per tire)*Example* Having a 4 tire replacement would be approximately 1H 20min.Add more time to your estimated completion time, if your vehicle has any of the above listed circumstances. So do the math people. If this shop has 10 vehicles already waiting for tire work, and you come in for a flat repair and they tell you it's an approx 3 hour wait. You have an approximately 2 and a half hour wait till they get to your vehicle, then another approximately 30min for them to complete your flat repair. That's also if your tire is even repairable, see the above circumstances. So those of you complaining that it took 3 hours for them to do a flat repair, that's how the world works. If you're the 11th car in line on tire side to have work done, you're the 11th car on tire side to get finished. Those of you getting tire work and complaining about people getting wrote up for work after you, and getting their vehicle finished before you. Its most likely because they got an oil change. Oil side and tire side are completely separate sides. If you went in to have work done on both sides, expect the appropriate wait times. You're not special, and you will not cut ahead in line to get your vehicle done sooner. Not unless you previously made an appointment. Appointments are also for tire side only. If you have an appointment, you will jump to the front of the line at your scheduled appointment time. If you speak to Jack, the shop supervisor. He will tell you that his shop is completely and utterly 100% all about safety. So in other words, this shop wants to make sure you leave with a safe vehicle. They are not there for you to just get wrote up for work, and then get home in record time. Yes, they will get it done as quickly as they can, but they will do the work correctly. That way you can leave with a SAFE vehicle, and then actually make it home to your family. Have common sense people. You know there is going to be a wait time. If you don't want to wait around, drop your vehicle off and pick it up later. I'm tired of coming in to have work done on my vehicle, only to hear some "Karen" complain that she's not getting some kind of special privilege. Or getting to have her vehicle done first or in a quicker way. Or complaining about her wait time, when I clearly heard them tell her how long the wait would be. Yet she still chose to get wrote up to have work done and wait. If you're an adult, know how to act like an adult, and not lacking in common sense. Then this is the shop to go to if you want your vehicle to be safe and done correctly. If you want to act like a child, and cry about how long you have to wait, then go to the DMV. They are better suited to handle your hissy fit.Yes, unforeseen accidents do happen. The people that work here though are extremely honest, and will always do what they can to make things right by you. We are all human, some of you just lack common sense. I will always go to, and I will always recommend this shop for anyone's needs.

There is no reason as to why they should be standing there for 30 minutes talking. My car was left there for a while and no one was working on it. No cars in the lot either

Very very disappointed.. I know walt-mart wants to cover all markets to serve people. But o. The auto service they are very very unprofetional. I had to wait 3:30 hrs to get a flat tire fix.. When it was time to close qithcj was 9am. The tech noticed the time and he hurry up to get to my truck and got the tired fixed in less then 20 min. WowwwwWorkers there take their time because. They get paid by hr.. If it was comission im sure it was a different story. Any ways never ever again or i will not recommend Wal-Mart auto service..
