This was most definitely the best oil change experience I've had. I'm usually stuck at a place for 3+ hours with my toddler- this was 15 minutes tops and we didn't even leave the car.They were so nice, checked other things on the car (tires, lights, etc.) and it was just so easy! Exclusively using Valvoline for our oil-changing needs here on out!

My service was quick, well done, and reasonably priced for what it is. It beats the heck out of spending 2 hours in a lobby hoping that your car is next, and I got to see directly the results of many of the checks they did on my fluids and tires. It gave me confidence in the service, and that's one of the best ways to keep me coming back.

What an amazing CREW they have at this Valvoline located at 307 W. Hudson Rd., in Rogers, AR! For exemplary & phenomenal work & explaining all they did,... I just had to praise this crew team: Dani, Christian, Chance, Cooper & Drew! You guys are awesome! That's why I love this location!

Had my oil changed at a different location and different company. The crush washer was not installed correctly. These guys ran me through and replaced it in about 5 minutes. Wonderful people and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended this place.

They ruined the thread of the oil pan and left the iol filter loose, staining my new car.I went back to complain to them and the manager helped me but he were unprofecional and indifferet,.(the oil pan still liking ,I always go over there ,not enymore,,))They have ,""childs"""without someone responsible to check their work.Now I have to pay the herror of their irresponsibilityMake sure your car leaves there the way you expected it to

Very unhappy with this place. Just changed my own oil. And have now realized that I ve payed for 4 oil changes in the last year, with oil and oil filter change. And when I did the service myself. My oil filter was marked that it went on at 28,000 miles. My car is at 101,000 miles. You mean to tell me I ve payed for an oil change and filter!!! AND THE FILTER NEVER GOT REPLACED NOT ONCE IN 4 SERVICES! WHAT IF MY VEHICLE HAS EARLY MOTOR FAILURE! Then I m left with a vehicle that needs major repairs. Because i PAYED for a service and they couldn t do something as easy as change the filter. My last oil change was 5,000 miles ago. My oil WAS BLACK. Way too dark to only be a 5,000 mile interval. Someone please reach out to make this right with me. I have pictures of the oil and old filter as well as receipts and car fax reports of every time this location serviced my car. Very disappointing as I ve had my other vehicles serviced here and now I need to check my other vehicles and see if they even did their job.

Wonderful service and friendly employees made getting an oil change a delightful experience.The service also included checking tire pressure, air filters, wiper blades and that all of your lights and signals were working properly.If the filters or blades looked like they needed any changing, they showed you the condition of them and gave an honest assessment as well as the price it would be to change them. Even when a filter was still relatively clean, they recommended not changing it. And when saying no to any particular service, they don't try to pressure you into changing your mind.Honest, quality service at a reasonable price is why I'll definitely be returning to them for my next oil change.Service: Oil change

Caleb and his team were so great today! I had a lot of services taken care of, and they worked fast and were very friendly. I was out of there really fast, even though they changed the engine oil, transmission oil, and rear differential oil. Plus, the two filters.

What can I say. Best oil change in my 40 years of driving. Adrian, Corry and Christan provided the upmost service today. These young men came together as a team and throughly went through my vehicle. All fluids, lights, tires. The works. And price is right. You can find coupons on line.They were well mannered and very professional by far. I was so impressed. You don't see this kind of devoted service anymore but you do here. Good job guys! I will certainly be back. Thank you. Jordan Griffin

I went in for an oil change and asked to have the front end greased. They only greased the tie rod ends. They didn t touch the ball joints. Un greased ball joints break. When a ball joint breaks the entire wheel assembly comes off. It can be an extremely dangerous situation. Their careless actions put me at risk. The guy also leaned against my fender which is a big no no on antique cars. When I asked him to not lean on my car fender he became very defensive. Then asked me what my problem was with him.If you don t mind your front suspension coming off while driving 70 on the interstate go to this place. If you are not suicidal maybe go anywhere else.Service: Oil change

This place was awesome. I was glad that they service deisels cause a lot of oil change stores can't.They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were very quick for my oil change. They also let me know of a potential problem of a rear seal leak. I couldn't get it fixed this week, but they gave me a quote so I could get it fixed next week. I will definitely be back to finish the remaining repairs that need to be done. Glad to find a place I can trust.

Came in for an oil change and the service was excellent and very thorough. They informed me I had a light out above my license plate a d replaced it, informed me that my dip stick for my transmission fluid was missing (from last oil change ) and provided places where to get one, and removed the guard under my car as it was about to fall off and didn't charge me for the removal. I was in and out within 20-30 minutes. I had more done in that time than any other place I've been to. Great that you don't have to step out of your car while they're servicing your vehicle which is especially convenient.

Very glad I stopped here today for an oil change... Staff was sweet, polite, and professional. Figured I'd wait at least an hour for an oil change (seems to be standard wait everywhere)... Dropped my car off and got a call 20 minutes late it was ready! They didn't try and upsell my on anything, didn't try and sell me filters, just did exactly what I asked for. Topped off my fluids and got the oil changed for $50... Probably not the cheapest in town but if you want fast and friendly staff this is the place to go... I'm never going anywhere else for an oil change! Thank you for the great service!

Service was quick and had a fully synthetic oil change. No complaints on the service provided .. BUT The service was 2X the price of going to Walmart for the same service .$95 paid - and that price included a $15 off coupon!! Place charges over $100 for oil change in a 2017 jeep Cherokee and you would expect them to fill washer fluid. They also left a vacuum hose off the air cleaner. O they have lost my business. I called customer service and they said they would investigate and get back with me within 24hrs and it has been over 48 hrs and no call back. I would not recommend***update just like their phone call within 24hrs they would investigate! No phone call and I sen an email to email below no no reply! So you can charge excessive price and provide lousy customer serviceService: Oil change

I changed my own oil this week to discover that your "tech" lost the crush washer on my drain bolt. Then to compound the problem he tightened the drain bolt so tight I had to use an 18" breaker bar and socket to get it loose. I'm going to have to replace the drain plug because it was damaged by the tech. You will never see my vehicle at Valvoline Instant Oil Change!!!Service: Oil change
