Andras was great to work with on a new bike sale / order. He was always friendly and down to earth. He kept me up to date while waiting on delivery.The rest of the staff was friendly and did good work. They got me the accessories i wanted and had no problem installing my own aftermarket items for a reasonable price.

Today I was in need of a replacement Shinko tire for my bike so I visited Sunrise Honda in Rogers. There I met a salesman, Hunter. Hunter was so friendly, helpful and courteous, as a matter of fact the whole staff was. He had good knowledge in tires and got me exactly what I needed. Also the price of the exact same tire was better than the one I found on the internet, minus the shipping charges and the 2 day wait I would have been facing if I d ordered online. He and the Sunrise staff were pleasant and friendly. In my opinion they went above and beyond their duties in assisting me, so I just want to say to he and the staff, thank you guys and gals for all your help. Hunter, keep up the good work, and I look forward to doing business with this super Sunrise staff in the future.Thanks again, Dee.This is an edit since I can t post two reviews on the same establishment When riding our motorcycles and having fun, in the back of our minds we know that there is the possible chance of having an accident. Now if this unfortunate event does happen we d all like to get up and walk away with as minimal of damage to our bodies as possible. So wearing proper protective riding gear is a good way to increase our chances of coming out of an accident unscathed. Proper protection would include some type of protective clothing, a good helmet, gloves, and proper shoes are a great start. Now a way to boost those chances even further is to wear leather clothing so when I visited Ryan at Sunrise Honda in Rogers today, he helped me get just what I needed to boost my chances of staying safer when riding by walking me through the benefits of leather gear. Ryan is knowledgable, friendly and was helpful in getting me the gear that I needed. So if your looking for a place where the people are just super nice and friendly and willing to go that extra mile for you, look no further than he and the super awesome staff that he has at Sunrise Honda in Rogers Ryan thank you very much for making me feel welcome with your superb service and hospitality this afternoon it was much appreciated you an your staff ROCK!!Thanks again Dee.

Sales staff are alright, the parts/service department guys were helpful despite having to return a chain that needed to resized, I didn't have the tools to break it, and they wouldn't cut the chain without having the bike in the shop for a service charge. Seems like a push to gain service charges, which is unnecessary since I already know the number of links it needs to be, so i just returned it to avoid the hassle. The guys at the end seemed agitated, rude and aggressive with ensuring the returned part was still sealed by slamming the part on the counter while saying "he hates to have to do this". The part was still sealed to his amazement.As a first time customer, I'll just go elsewhere for parts or a new bike I was considering. Being nice isn't easy, but it never costs you a thing.

Bought a new 2021 Honda Talon 1000-4 X from them & they all were awesome. Eric, Ryan & Kyle all made it come together. Ryan got all the accessories & extra stuff put on. He did incredible & got it done very quickly. I d highly recommend them to anyone. I will but from them a again.Mark W. Strough

The staff at Sunrise has been wonderful in the years I've been using them and always greet with a smile. I've referred folks who have also had good experiences. The staff have been more than happy to stay a little past close to help in more than one instance. Ryan has always taken good care of me or anybody else I've referred in years past. Charles and service team were beyond helpful on multiple bikes and got one in and out same day and back on the road. I will continue to use Sunrise for years to come and couldn't be a happier nor, more satisfied customer. Thank you Charles, Rob, and Ryan as well as the whole team there!

I recently moved to NWA and bought several Honda 4wheelers from another dealer. The customer service was mediocre and service was tedious and unfriendly. The a friend told me about Sunrise Honda in Rogers. OMG, what a difference. NIGHT & DAY. You can not find a friendlier staff than this place and they honest and they follow through. A service problem was diagnosed and resolved for $161.00 VS. over a thousand at the competitor's place. IF YOU ARE NOT BUYING FROM THIS PLACE, YOU HAVE MADE A SERIOUS ERROR :-). Thank you Kyle, Charles and rest of the staff. I am very grateful for your honesty and hard work.

went in for a wheel balance and got talked into a really good deal for new tires. sadly though, the front wheel was not balanced and my chain is now too tight. i tried to see if they could adjust it as i just bought brand new tires from them but they said they wouldn t be able to get to me and never got back to me on when they could get it taken care of. the guy who was helping me put the wrong name, number, and address when putting my information in.

I had extensive internal damage after failing to winterize. The mechanic attempted to save me some money by performing a fluids flush, but I had to return for more extensive repairs. For over six hours of labor, they charged me only two hours, and now my motor runs like new. Angie at the desk is especially polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this location for anyone who needs work done correctly.

Can t rave enough on Sunrise Honda. We live in Springfield, Missouri and the treatment at Sunrise compared to our local dealerships was night and day. They were accommodating on our needs to finalize the paperwork and we are so grateful for the service we received here. We were only going to get an ATV for our son, but Andre went above and beyond to find one for my husband too. Thank you guys for giving us the best buying experience! We ll use you for all of our future ATV needs. The drive was well worth it!

Brought in my 1977 Hondamatic 750 to get new tires and have it checked out. I was not surprised to find out that they don't work on bikes that old ,but they pointed me to a great guy that would. They also found me the tires for it and said they would mount and balance them. Everything went smoothly and they even did each wheel while I waited for a very reasonable price. Big thanks to Rob and the guys!

I went to Sunrise on Saturday after riding for almost 300 miles from Jonesboro. My rear tire had gone bad and was showing the thread. It was 2:30 in the afternoon, just before a long weekend. They were able to make room for me and change out my tire. I cannot thank them enough and Angela was awesome. I would like to thank all of them for helping me out that day I wish I could give them 10 stars. Thank you all so much for helping me get back home safely.

Just completed 2nd major purchase in 2 years from Sunrise Honda of Rogers. The Parts Manager, Ryan, and Sales Manager, Kyle, were very professional and took the time to make sure I got the bike, the accessories and pricing that leave me feeling well taken care of as a customer and appreciated. They know their stuff, and they will treat you right. Don't hesitate to do business with them.

Quick and easy to work with when I called from out-of-state and said that I was on my way with cash to get a new Talon.I chose one from their online inventory because of the aftermarket tire/wheel kit, which I would've installed anyway. They had put 32s on it. I got it home and realized they were rubbing. I've contacted the dealer a couple times via telephone, emailed once and opened a case with Honda Powersports, who told me to definitely go back and have them fix it. I've even sent photos of the rubbing and damaged inner fenders to Brian, upon his request. No response. They are not interested in rectifying their poor modification choices. I shy away from heavily modified units from private sellers, but this one had zero miles and you'd think a franchised dealer would know more about the fitment of bolt-ons. The machine needs 31" tires instead of 32s, or it needs aftermarket forward-swept control arms. I'm appalled that they haven't rushed me in to make it right. It's unsafe to ride as is. Will never make another purchase there again.

Sunrise has honestly the best customer service I've ever had. I bought a Honda Ruckus from them and ended up crashing and burning the day after sadly. Took it up to Honda the same day, and they got everything put back into place, and even patched me up! They really do care about their customers, Brendan and Noodle especially! Brendan spent time looking for security options for my Ruckus and Noodle was the one that ended up patching me up after my incident. They're all really great people that will definitely have your back when push comes to shove. Love these dudes!

Bought a Honda Grom last year. Was having issues and brought it in, they had it 3 weeks only to tell me there was nothing wrong with it, and that I was shifting improperly. Guy even told me my Grom was an automatic transmission and that's why the shift lever was sticking down, he was just talking out of his a** like I haven't been on bikes for 30 years. Will not go back again, I don't appreciate being lied to.

The service tech quoted me for a set of tires telling me it would be $400 plus tax mounted and balanced after dropping my bike off and leaving it for 5 days I show up to pick up my bike and was given a bill for $575 without even a courtesy call to let me know that the bill had gone upor make sure that I was okay with the bill going up before performing the service sighting that he didn't know that he had to remove the exhaust pipes to perform service

Bought a Shadow Phantom from Heartland Honda and it has issues! Finally decided to go to a different location after several times of them saying nothing was wrong! We went to Sunrise Honda and it was a completely different experience! They found 2 things wrong with it and fixed those two issues! (The original issue wasnt fixed though.) Someone please tell me how Heartland can all but call us a liar and Sunrise knew exactly what we were talking about?! Wyatt and Bryan were completely awesome! The ONLY reason why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because the original issue is still there! However, Bryan and Wyatt are the only positive experience we've had with Honda!!!!!!!!

I got a Rubicon from them and also had a crf70 I had get repaired. These guys really went above and way beyond what could be expected from a dealer. They also kept their word on the original quote. The service team was willing to work with me in any way possible. I live an hour and a half away and will make the drive every time.

Was there today. Super clean friendly. Wyatt the service mnger has gone above n beyond for my families equipment words couldn't express our appreciation. Never like to visit a service dept. Call meh old fashioned . If life gets too busy or something a bit too.. new tech. He is a good man to seek out.
