I made an appointment to get a noise checked out on my 2020 Crosstrek and SubieGurus were able to get me in the next day AND have the repair done - plus I was able to get some regular maintenance done! Stellar customer service overall from knowledgeable and personable staff members fosters a comforting atmosphere during (sometimes) stressful circumstances. Subie Gurus replaced my cracked head gasket, timing belt, compressor, and miscellaneous other things while it was in their shop. They were lovely to work with and called with multiple updates, giving me a run down and a helpful explanation of cost/benefit analysis before doing the work. They offered me a much cheaper price than where I d taken the car previously, and I will absolutely go back if this vehicle needs anything else. (Which hopefully will be quite a while.)

I wish they did everything I always take my Subaru s to SubieGurus first. I checked, over a couple of years I have saved about $1200 on an A/C job.They re fast, thorough, and I feel like they re honest and the prices are excellent.

Great and thorough service!We went to SubieGurus for an oil change in my 4Runner and it was a very great experience. It was a speedy service with a comfortable waiting area. Associates were very knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend taking your vehicle to these folks.

SubiGurus deliver fast, thorough and friendly service. They had me in and out and about 30 minutes. Gave me some great advice on my next set of tires. Looking forward to having all terrain on the outback.

I found Subaru Gurus about a year ago. I can usually get in within a week of calling and the service is great. I trust what they tell me and the advice they give. After MANY bad experiences with the local dealer ship, it was a blessing to find them and they will be my go to for as long as I own a Subaru.

What a great experience today at SubieGurus in Rogers, AR. I was given some false information at a local dealer and we are getting ready to take a long road trip, so I was a little frustrated. We needed to make sure that the Subaru was ready for a long road trip.However, after speaking with a couple of friends who use SubieGurus, we decided to give them a chance and we are so happy that we did. If you have a Subaru you should let SubieGurus be your choice for your service needs.

Consistently, fair, reliable, and exceptional customer service. Today was no exception. It all started the second I walked in the door when JT greeted me with a huge smile and a warm greeting. They even have a very comfortable waiting area with a desk where I was able to work while I waited. If you don t need to work, there s a television, interesting books and magazines, and even a guitar if you want to play a tune! Oh, they ve got a well stocked fridge with cold bevies, coffee, and snacks (healthy ones too!). We wouldn t take our Subie anywhere else!

Needed 120K miles service. When they noted my head gaskets were also failing, they respectfully explained why it would be good to fix them now. I approved the work and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much for keeping my Impreza purring. And for controlling my costs!

I had a great experience here. Had a torque converter going out in my car. Called around then called SubieGurus. I felt super confident with them just talking on the phone. They gave me a lot of information and we're very helpful. Got me in and got me fixed at a fair cost compared to what Subaru in Fayetteville was saying. Been driving the car for about 6 months now after they fixed it and it runs like a dream. No issues at all. Good communication. Honestly couldn't get a better experience than what I got. Thanks guys!

This service and repair shop far exceeds the local Subaru dealership in Fayetteville in terms of price, honesty, communication and quality of service. I ve used them for over three years and will never go anywhere else! Just ask for JT!

Hey what a place! I brought my vehicle through for a timing belt and water pump. Not only was the price right, but the people are too. Fast but not rushed, they delivered me a finished product that I just simply couldn't be more happy with. I came back with an issue and they fixed it without hesitation. 5 stars across the board. Take these guys your Subaru, or Toyota and pay half what you would at a dealership.

Extremely trustworthy and only repaired and replaced what needed to be done at this time. They fixed other things that I thought would be a major expense or helped me solve the problem. Very honest knowledgeable and reliable. Highly recommend.

Went in for some general maintenance for an older Crosstrek. Everyone in the office is super nice (including the office cat, which is awesome that they have). I felt they were very thorough in addressing my concerns about the car and very upfront and honest. Nothing like previous experiences I've had at car dealerships where they try to bully you into expensive and unneeded repairs. They are clearly more concerned with cultivating a loyal customer base than trying to make a quick buck off people. I'm hoping to drive this car for many more years and I will definitely come back here for my maintenance and repairs.

Noisy Subie in, silent Subie outAfter researching a CV axle replacement, I quickly realized the OEM part cost and my labor vs. SubieGurus was minimal, so I called them to do the job. Upon inspection, they identified another issue I had been dealing with bad rear wheel bearings. I chalked up the rotational noise to a tire issue . Sure enough, the repair was not only needed but after it was completed my Subie was silent again! Having used Adventure Subaru several times, I do not have anything bad to say about the dealers work. Adventure Subaru has always treated me well, and backed up their work. However, living in Bella Vista is tough to make it down to Fayetteville dealership. SubieGurus is much closer and came in several hundred under dealer quoted cost. Not only that,but Clay took time to explain everything thoroughly , and shared his expertise with me on the repair as I am a DIY mechanic and can manage through most repairs. I highly recommend this shop, and will be using them in the future for all mt vehicles. (Despite the name, they can service many makes/models)Service: Steering & suspension repair

Logan and Justin took care of us and our 2020 Outback Onyx XT recently by installing a new LP Adventure Lift and four new Falkan tires. They were very timely in the process of the install, tire mounting, balancing and alignment. These guys know what they are doing and do excellent professional work. We could not be happier for the service we received at SubieGurus! Our Subaru is a 2002 Forester and we are the original owners. I had the best experience at SubieGurus with my vehicle! I haven t received that level of honest care and professionalism from a mechanic around the area in many years. I will keep taking my car to them in the future for any of my car repair needs. Also, JT was incredibly helpful in explaining my repairs and anything else of concern. The guys at Subie Gurus are not only professionals they are honest and direct with needed repairs. I was able to reach them the first time I called and get an appointment set up immediately after they were able to determine the issue.I felt comfortable asking a ton of questions to help educate myself. They were informative and super polite and patient They also worked with my warranty to see if the solution would be covered.They stayed in communication with me about my car status, and it was done within an hour of the scheduled time of the appointment.I will ALWAYS recommend Subie Gurus to people in need of trustworthy mechanics for their Subarus.This quality of service is a rare find in this area, especially for Subarus! They also work on some other foreign brands!!!

These guys are the best. They are professional, reasonable and trustworthy. We use them for all regular maintenance, and they have been very thorough. We have never been surprised by unexpected expenses. They are also great at explaining what's going on with regular wear and prepare us for future expectations and costs. Very lucky to have SubieGurus. They are very knowledgeable, honest, and prices are very fair. If you own a Subaru, look no further. Support these guys so we don't ever have to worry about where to take our car. They overlooked my car completely and let me know issues to be aware of and addressed all my concerns perfectly. Followed with reasonable quotes to fix each issue. The waiting room is also very neat and comfortable.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection

I ve saved over $2,000 by taking my Subaru here versus the dealer or franchise shops for belts, brakes, and general maintenance. The prices are fair/competitive and they will actually tell you an honest opinion of what needs to be fixed
