I feel so lucky to have found this full service a center! I had some much needed exhaust work done & Seeburg was so great to work with during the repair.They called whenever they ran into something that needed a little more, so that they could get approval & require the new price. The price was also very reasonable!I highly recommend Seeburg Service Center!

Great experience. Needed an exhaust repair on my car and it was near closing time, but they accepted the work anyway. Their technician Steven did an excellent job. Best auto repair experience I have had in NWA. No reason to go anywhere else.

I called a few mechanics and they all recommended Seeburg. It means something when you're recommended by your competitors.That aside, they charge a premium. But it's worth it, they are fast, and all parts are covered by warranty at a fraction of the cost charged by other shops. If they say they'll get the job done in one day, you can trust them.They fixed my muffler last week. They are willing to install customer bought parts. I would recommend them.

I needed a new transmission so I called Seeburg. They ordered my transmission and put it in. Car runs perfect now. I have an SS and they all had great knowledge of my vehicle. Communication was great as well. Going forward, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

Car repair is on the same page as Attorneys, when you need them you have no idea what the outcome maybe, you really are entrusting their character and integrity on your checkbook. With Seeburg in Rogers I am truly appreciative for them leading with fact based solutions for my vehicles. The no hassle approach and the communication is impeccable. Give Scott a call there, he knows his craft!

For the amount of money that I spent to change all the rotors and brake pads on my car, I would have expected to at least get what I paid for. I got a full brake job, because they said they wouldn t do just pads but it will be warrantied for three years. The brakes almost immediately started grinding, and I took it in twice only to be told there was nothing wrong. I got a second opinion from a competitor, who fixed the issue within hours of me just calling them. Word of advice to people looking to use seeburg: don t. It seems strange that I had a warranty on the work that they claimed there was nothing wrong with, but taking to somewhere else resolved the non-existent issue. I wasted $1,600 dollars at seeburg so you don t have to. Go somewhere else.

I would come here over any other shop in the area. They are honest and trustworthy. They are very knowledgeable and share what needs to be done before they do it. Scott is a great man. Thanks again! Will definitely bring my vehicles here in the future.

If I could give them more stars, I would. Scott and team know what they are doing. They are honest and have the best interest of their customer. No guess work. Very skilled team. Can I give 10 stars? The guys at Seeburg made it so easy and actually fun to take my car to the shop.I have had exhaust problems for over a year and have taken my car is 5 different car repair shops. None of them have been able to diagnose the problem correctly. Ford in Bentonville recommended Seeburg to me and vouched for their quality work. They diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes, ordered a new part, and had my car fixed within the week once the car part arrived.The customer service is like no other. The guys at Seeburg are kind, informative, and honest. When discussing my car with me they didn't make me feel dumb and explained everything they were doing and diagnosing on my car. They took me into the shop and showed exactly what they were seeing and then showed me the broke up with part once they removed it from my car.What cannot recommend Seeburg enough!

I had an interlock in my car for 11 months and 4 days, instead of just the 6 months I was supposed to. With this thing in my car, it was beyond a hassle. No one would give me straight answers. No one I talked to was kind. Until I went to Seeburg Muffler and Brakes, that is. They were so nice and straight forward. I'm sure they could tell I was having a hell of a time with this whole deal. I am beyond grateful to them for making me feel like I was a human being still and just treating me with kindness. I greatly appreciate it and I will for sure be telling others about it as well.

The left hand does not Know what the right hand is doing. Was told to come in on Monday to get muffler and exhaust work done and when I arrived on Monday they said they only have one welder and he works on Wednesdays. Despite my best interest I allowed a newbie to install muffler because I took off work that day and made the appointment to get it done and did not want to reschedule and lose a whole another day again. Boy do I regret it. The job that he did was horrible. I should have shopped around. Don't make the same mistake I did. Shop around first and if you choose this place make sure you do your appointment on Wednesday when they're only welder shows up.Service: Exhaust

I like the way that everyone was pleasant. They knew me by name. They found me quickly in the system. They did my inspection and gave me a clear breakdown on what needed to be repaired in the suggested order that it needed to be repaired. They gave me a breakdown on the cost of the services and answered all my questions pertaining to their findings. This is my second vehicle I have gotten inspective by Seeburg and I'll continue to go to them because they're thorough and cool people.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Seeburg Muffler in Rogers Arkansas is fantastic. Nice, friendly, and very helpful people. My favorite thing is that they did a completely thorough inspection of my entire exhaust system from the exhaust manifold to the tail pipe and did not charge me anything for it. They offer this service to anyone along with a free estimate if you do have issues. Luckily I did not. Their pricing is very fair and they will treat you very kindly. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for exhaust issues. Thanks again Seeburg. I would refer anyone I know to your services.

Entire replacement of the exhaust system from the motor back (including manifolds) on a 1989 Buick Reatta. They helped locate hard to find parts, and did an excellent job. They will be my go to place in the future for all my cars old and new.HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDService: General repairs & maintenance

Very nice people, fixed everything my car needed and didn t fix things that didn t need it. Replaced front brakes but they told me my back brakes were fine. They could have charged me to fix the back brakes but didn t. Me and my husband had initially put our GMC truck in for an coolant leak. When it came out, more issues arose. They were awesome in getting it towed back and fully repaired. Had a rattling noise on my 2005 tundra. A loose part between the trans yoke and the drive shift. Quoted me an hour to remove and replace driveshaft and fix the issue. Took between 30 to forty minutes and only charged me for the time in the rack which was a little under 70.00 instead of the full hour. An honest mechanic to be sure. Recommended for sure.
