I ve had both good and bad experiences with RNR. The Rogers,AR location has never given me any issues. Robert is great he s top notch,making sure you get the tires you want!

Robert is amazing! Super friendly and helpful. The entire staff has always been nice. Always in and out very quickly. Have bought multiple sets of wheels and tires here and will continue to do so in the future. Highly recommend.

Jorge was awesome he got me in and out fast. I would highly recommend this store to anyone. No matter what you need they will find a way to make it happen. My truck takes an oddball size and they had them in stock. The team checked everything out and made sure it was safe to drive. Thank you guys for all you do..

I wanted to take this moment to speak highly of this awesome business. Numerous times they ve come in clutch with getting me the tires I need and have worked with me as far as payments go (mutually beneficial in that the payments aren t bad and I am able to get on the road immediate and make those on-time payments when they come in). Today I went by because last night I accidentally broke my lug nut key while changing the brakes on my truck. The associate gave me two replacements keys! Tbh, I am so grateful for the kind gesture and want to speak very highly of this business and its staff. If I could rate higher than a 5 I absolutely would! Thank you so much RNR staff for always being there when I absolutely needed it.

Walked into the store was greeted with a salesman. Explained what I was looking for my truck. He then showed me 3 sets of tires that he would recommend. Once I picked out my tires he explained to me about financing. They have earned my business. I will recommend them to all my friends. They also offer a military discount.

11.15.23Called in and asked if they could repair a leak due to a screw in the tire. The said that possibly could, to bring it in for them to look at.I said I could be there in about 45 minutes.Got there and Robert Goldsmith took down my information.We gave the tire to service, and 15 minutes later they returned back to the showroom with the tire. . Repaired!!When I asked Robert for the cost of the repairs?He said-0- we don't charge for repairs!AWESOME!!!RNR Tire ExpressEasy to find.Easy access from road.Handicap accessible.Well lightedSafe environment.Clean Restrooms.Clean environment.Friendly service.Nice ambienceTastefully decorated.Not overly noisy, conversation friendly.SELECTION. . .Did I mention SELECTION??? if they don't have it? These guys went above and beyond to get me taken care of. I called down here when another location couldn t get me tires when I needed them. Jorge had my tires in and waiting for me within a couple hours. He hooked me up with a brand new set of tires and an alignment and had it all done within about an hour. I will definitely be coming back for my next set of tires

Great service from this location. I spoke to Travis on the phone and he told me to come in for my flat tire. He let me know first come first serve so I showed up nice and early. Brandon helped me check in and dropped of my car. It was ready in an hour and I was surprised to find out that they do patches for free. Great birthday present for me

Got an over the phone quote from this place to do payment plans on new tires for my car. Typical bait and switch shady salesman upped the price to cost over $300 more overall than what I was told. Wasted my time to even come in.

Robert helped me out from the buying process, all the way through replacing my front tires after they were worn from a bent axle! He and his team also helped catch a road hazard after I had the axle replaced (elsewhere) and it was tightened properly, definitely saving me money and helping me avoid an accident! Great atmosphere, with honesty and very helpful for a person like me who asks a lot of questions!

Can't say enough about these people being friendly and professional. George is an absolute delight! Had a very bad tire and I wasn't going to get there before 530 and they close at 6! He was so kind, his reply without hesitation was simply" come on and ask for George, I'll take care of ya!" I did and he did just that! Matter of fact, he was so nice, instead of buying one tire I got an entire set for a great price! Go see George and the gang including Thomas and Robert! A bunch of awesome fellows with a really nice lady financial gal! Southern style and charm!

I m 22 and definitely can t just fork out hundred of dollars for tires and was looking to finance, but the first place I went to was a $500 pay now, so obviously I left and came to RNR. George, the regional manager, was the one who helped me and was super nice, offered me a more affordable set of tires, and just really explained the benefits and the process of financing with RNR. Very happy this was my second choice today and next time it ll be my first :))

Robert at the Rogers location on Walnut was awesome to work with! I went in for an alignment because we just put some new high priced tires on. He said the adjustment needed was very small and not to worry about a charge this time. All that tells me is this is a place I ll be back to for future services needed. This is how to grow new customers!
