Okay, it's a little more expensive than Auto Zone on some things. Check the prices, is all you can do to get a better price.

They were fantastic. I have a volvo and it told me the battery was going bad. I went in and they confirmed that was true. They put the battery in for me and I am glad they did as I do not have all the tools it would have taken. Not only that I have never even heard of a battery vent so I am not sure I would have pulled that off. He did it all with a smile on his face and was very helpful.

Was coming into Rodgers Arkansas from Chicago and needed a part to be in-store when I got to town the next day.I called and ordered the part while in Chicago and got to Rodgers and the store had the part waiting on me . Great service and yes no other places had or could get the part the next day like this store did .

Decent service. Called ahead and they said they had 2 wheel bearings in stock. Drive up there and they can only find one. Service was fair though.

Always have had good customer service her. If they didn't have it I've had them deliver if it was a must have part. Good when you live at the lake like I do

The manager is fantastic. My wife s car needed a battery and they sold us a good one and also installed it for us. I am a physician who is temporarily disabled and have to use crutches to walk. This meant so much to me! Give this manager a bonus of some sort. I tried tipping him $20 but he wouldn t take it. He said he likes to pass it forward! God Bless him!

Fantastic customer service! Got my battery and alternator tested. The guy who helped me, Justin, was so friendly and even managed to diagnose the issue I was having! As a woman going into an auto parts store, I usually get some flack for not sending my husband, but not here. I felt respected and understood. Will absolutely be coming back! Thanks again Justin! You rock dude

Great service just price are too high because I can order online From serval websites much cheaper. One customer told me he's known the manger for several years so he got hooked up on his parts with a major discount which is totally against company policy but it happens. So unfair

Went in to get my battery checked and was really impressed with the staff here. Andrew went above and beyond to help me and was super friendly. My battery wouldn t stay charged and he helped me order the parts I needed and used his personal vehicle to jump my battery for me when my car wouldn t start back up. He also offered to take out my battery and fully charge it up for me so it would last until I had time to get the part installed which was really helpful. Overall the best O reillys experience I ve ever had!

So very pleased with the service! I was pulled over the other day not knowing my taillight was out. I called this store that morning and the guy said he had the bulbs I needed and that they would be happy to put them in. I came by around 8PM and met Ariel. She said she would help but sure has only changed the bulbs once before. She did a fantastic job. We both figured it out together but she changed the bulbs for me and got me the right lights. This young woman needs a raise or promotion!!! Not just a Job well done.. Her customers service skills were excellent as well! Very happy to have my lights fixed!

Junior, the manager at the Oreilly in 2808 Walnut in Rogers is very knowledgeable and also very polite. He listened and understood my frustration as a customer. I am not very adept at cars nor auto parts but Junior explained to me what I need to know. He provided great customer service. I will definitely go back to this store. Kudos to this team!

I had the lights on when I first unlocked my car in the morning. I was really worried about the battery level so I walked into this store. The associates are quick and super helpful. They had my battery tested in 2 minutes. I would definitely recommend this place.

My god. Long story short I've been without my car all week because of the negligence of the employees here. I called and asked about a part they ordered for me and they told me they didn't have it all week only to learn just now they've had it. But sent it back so it had to be reordered. Upon finally getting to their store to get my part they said it wasn't there (even though I had just called to confirm it was there) and after causing a fuss this dude finally gets his manager and low and behold. My part is in the store. If you can avoid dealing with these guys, do it. What a freaking endeavor

told the Gentleman at the counter, the bulb he selected was the wrong part, it just didnt look right. He assured me it was correct sure enough it was the wrong part. Grrrr

Outstanding service! They quickly found the wipers I needed and told me how to easily put them on. If I had my vehicle there they were going to put them on for me. I will definitely shop O'Reilly when I need anything for our vehicles.

Had 2 different associates check and make sure I was doing well. Ended up checking out with a pleasant older gentleman who was extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely continue to do my local auto parts business at this store!

Ant time I've ever had an issue with my car, these folks go above and beyond to help. If you buy a product such as a battery, wipers, headlights, taillights. They'll put them in for you. Everyone is very knowledgeable. Very friendly.

Now this isn't the whole store but one employee was terrible, acting like I was an intrusion to his phone scrolling.. "ordered" a part from the Fayetteville location 2 days ago and STILL have not received nor have not got a call....

The staff at this location are bar none the most knoledgable of any parts store in the area. They are the only store I trust in the area to not only provide the correct part the FIRST time but also privide the most competitive pricing you will find. wont listen bobby said that was radiator cap for my car would not budge or listen 30 yr mechanic wasnt sealing to temp for fans 2 come on pressure testore showed sealed and no over pressure when fans came on cap released to soon y 2,4 dodge are in j yard wrong cap no head gasket problem wrong cap will only deal with napa or dealer or amazon from now on dont need rewards for wrong parts had same problem with azone never go back walnut rogers ar store good luck online going to get my money from now on smarter than employes

If I could give zero stars I would. I just called the store to ask for some help identifying a part and asked if I brought my car there would the associate help me in identifying the part. Where the part is located on the car is visible by simply kneeling down and looking at it. The associate on the phone told me I could bring the car there and he would help as much as he could, but then said I can tell you one thing I m not getting on the ground and under your car to look at it I m not a mechanic that there are several mechanics around town I should go to one of them, when simply all I wanted was help identifying the part all while he had the worst attitude. This guys attitude towards me was so bad that I can promise you I will never return to oreillys ever again. I will be taking my business to autozone for now on and will be persuading my friends as well to take their business to autozone as well
