Probably my favorite local auto parts store to reliably find what I need. Prices can be higher compared to some other online retailers but anything I have bought I've never had an issue with.

I was in town on vacation and needed parts that aren't that commonly stocked. The guys found the parts and got them from another store the same day - and called me to let me know they were in.Staff was friendly and knowledgeable - what I hope for in a parts house and don't always get!

Great! The young man helped me get item (in stock) whereas other part stores not have and most not even know what it was. Was ' in and out' w in 5 min because your guy knows his stuff! Will start doing business w NAPA hereafter....

I've always preferred napa hands down when it comes to reliable parts and quality service, today is another prime example of being able to walk In and told the guys what I was needing and they had everything in stock and at a reasonable price, customer service is outstanding at this store, will always continue to further my business with this store and continue to refer people to this location.

Never been to this store before, but man was i pleased!! Great customer service and super knowledgeable!!!! I took in some random hydraulic fittings and admitted i had no clue what i was doing. They got me fixed up and made sure i left with more knowledge than i walked in with!

Best damn auto parts in Rogers! Always very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Check out their other stores (Bentonville, springdale, and eurek springs). Always a 5 star experience at any of the 4 stores!

NAPA know how is why I come here for my auto parts needs! Often disappointed at the level of automotive repair knowledge I find at other parts chains. These guys are helpful and know their stuff!

Lots of cars, it's a u-pull-it. There is a dollar look around fee for you and any of your company. Also the staff's not that knowledgeable about what all they have. I called in looking for a power steering pressure switch and I was told that they had four vehicles of my making model and I specifically asked if they had engines in them and was told oh yes absolutely. After getting out there and paying the dollar fee for me and my children come to find out that not one of the four has an engine in the vehicle Erica poor information not knowledgeable about which parts they have and so on.

Very hard not to like the people working here even if you are handing over your cash for parts. They have a good selection of top quality tools and parts so the price is par with the quality and service.
