This place is amazing. Same as cash in 9 months is way better than the other wheel and tire places. Was in and out in a decent amount of time. The place is very welcoming and chill. Tony and the crew took care of me and my tire situation. Price was upfront with no gimmicks. I ll definitely keep coming here for all my tire and wheel needs!!

They have gone up and above to help me out. It turned out I was struggling with payments so they helped me out several times above and beyond. and then my car went kaput altogether so they found some tires to put on so I could sell the car and still maintain good standing with them. Thank you guys so much. Come here if you need tires.

I purchased tires from this company while being an account manager for this company. While attempting to remove my wheels yesterday they were unable to remove one lug nut on my passenger rear vehicle. Instead of using a breaker bar they used the air gun until it snapped. I purchased the proper tools for them to use to remove it, and even purchased a replacement for the stud. However at the end of the day a different tech put my lug studs back in, and instead of tightening them by hand, and then using the air gun they only used the air gun which caused them to go in at a weird angle, and stripped each and every single one on that wheel. When corporate was reached out to I was told they would not cover it, and at that moment I quit. Within the next 30 minutes after leaving I received a call from corporate asking why I left, and I explained exactly why. If you re willing to treat an employee like that then you will definitely treat your customers like that, and it all comes back to principal. If you break it. You buy it.

The service quality was truly exceptional The team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful The process was extremely smooth, and it was the best deal around they offer 9 months to pay your tires and wheels! The sales team was extremely helpful, and it made my experience so much better! Tony was very helpful a big plus was that the wait time wasn t long at all definitely recommend coming here very easy approval!

I really needed tires and I came to LOCAL TIRE and they hooked me up with a new set of tires and the costumer service was amazing the guys are friendly and they will help you out on anything you need on tires wise I recommend this business to everyone.

We went in to get four tires dismounted and mounted on other rims and they quoted us roughly 200 without even balancing them, and let us walk out rather than trying to get our business. They had no vehicles or customers and rather than trying to earn our business, us being TRUE LOCALS, they were condescending and would rather us leave than try to work with local customers. They are extremely over priced, and as I said had no love for local people just needing a cheap unmount and mount. We took our business elsewhere and got a way better deal. I feel this place is not worth going too unless you enjoy overpriced work accompanied by pretentious speaking people claiming, actually having LOCAL in their name. This place might well do better in Bentonville than Rogers. So many cheaper and friendlier tire shops on 71b, in fact no less than 6 fairer priced and friendlier tire shops in just a two mile radius. Two thumbs down and would put zero stars if it was an option

I had a bad blowout over the weekend and came to them with 2 broken rims and 2 bad tires. They put me in all new rims and tires. Friendly people that make you feel right at home. So thankful for them highly recommend!!!

This establishment is amazing, greatest group of people I ve ever seen in a shop, they get their jobs done right and fast!! Very knowledgeable and experienced! There s no other place I d go to for tires if it s not here! The chemistry between these guys and their team you d think they were all a family! Not to mention they add a little comfort and comedy to the process in order to ease the nerves of buying new tires! And the guys in the shop are really fast and you can tell they ve been at it for a while working on cars! Local tire and wheel is where it s at!!! At other tire places you pay for tires her you pay for an amazing service! I recommend EVERYONE coming here.

Very impressed with the professionalism of the Local Tire & Wheel staff! When I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and warm welcomes by Paul and the rest of their team. Shop was very clean and had a small-town local feel to it. Overall, my experience with Local Tire & Wheel was 10x better than any corporate auto shop. Happy to support local and refer any and all friends to this business!

I went to them after I was worked over by another tire company. Everyone was very quick to help me. They worked really hard and fast to get me in to some new tires for my truck! The day before opening day deer season and these guys came through!! I was down trails I d never even seen before!! I felt confident my tires would hold up because I told them what I had in mind and they immediately went to work with finding options that fit my budget and my wild adventures. I really appreciate it fellas!! 10/10 recommend!

The staff were amazing and friendly! I had a late night mishap, and was afraid some lugnuts came loose, and I wanted to get it checked out. They were really understanding and they were able to get things squared away! Would definitely recommend.
