My friend and I have just purchased 2 vehicles from John White. He has went out of his way to help both of us. Even going so far as to deliver them both to Malvern Ar. Good job John. You are more than a car dealer. You are a friend.

For anyone who's thinking about going to this dealershit? I advise you not to. John White is the most deceptive underhanded. Used car salesman out there. He gave us a tag that didn't belong to him to us and said don't worry about it. Ask them questions about the car straight off. Because I could not look up underneath. Found that it was rusted all the hell back. Got this car home, we were lucky to make it alive.If you value your life or your loved ones, don't buy from him. And even if you're doing a short sale to sell to someone else, you'll be held liable for doing it. And John white if you reading this your liar and you can go to hell.

We've bought a couple of work trucks here. He's always been fair on price and allowed us to have a mechanic look at them before buying. They have been fair and honest.

John is an exceptional car dealer. He is honest and will let you know exactly what is true for each vehicle on his lot. John goes above and beyond for the customer. I can see why he s been in business for over 38 years. In my opinion he is the best in Arkansas!

They told me my car was going be fine after checking my wheels an a tune up cause I was driving back to New York . And on the way one of my car wheels fell off then boom fan belt breaks and car starts over heating . NEVER DEALING WITH THEM AGAIN.Also known to rip people off

I read the reviews before I went and checked out a truck. The reviews are not great but I never let that stop me. I spent some time with John the owner, great guy in my opinion. I dealt with Michael and again, great guy. My experience was FANTASTIC. They both worked with me on what I was wanting. I purchased a dodge truck from them and am completely satisfied. Personally I would recommend them to my friends and family. Just saying

John White Motor Company is one of the best dealerships that I have ever had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle from. Excellent price on a excellent vehicle. I bought a 2008 Cadillac CTS and for a very decent price and never had one problem with the car. I couldn t of been more happy or asked for a better dealership to buy a vehicle from. I will continue to send people to his car lot if they are in need of a good running vehicle for a price that is affordable and well worth it. John White even took the time and used his own money to fill the gas tank up for me before I left the lot. 5 stars, no doubt. I highly recommend John White Motor Company to anybody looking to purchase a vehicle.

Father in law spent $8,000 cash on 2006 ford super duty. It broke down the very next day. Called and was told they would get back, never did. Replaced the fuel pump, filters, and both batteries. The truck is still undriveable. 0/10 would not recommend, not even to people I dislike.

BEWARE! I bought a truck from these guys for over $15000 CASH! I was told the title was in his safe and I could get it within a 2-3 days. Here we are well over a month later. Now I have a truck I can't tag/drive and I'm out over $15,000.... I'm a very hard working father of 4 and $15k is a lot to me. I feel robbed. Last communication I had with John ended in him abruptly hanging up on me when I mentioned seeking legal action. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE FOLKS.. There's much better dealers out there.

Please go somewhere else. We traded in a 05 Toyota Highlander for a truck. We traded in our vehicle with no title. We offered to file for lost title but was told they could get it faster. We go to drive the truck we traded for and didn t even make it home. We had to spend $874 just to get it drivable as it overheated on our way home. Come to find out new radiator, new water pump, and a new oil tube as it had tried to be welded in two places. So I called the same day and asked for him to at least cover the parts. Well of coursed didn t hear from them again until he needed the lien release. Which it has a clear title but I guess still shows a lien. I called and have since received it. Then for two weeks been given the run around about him talking to his brother at Car Rite. (I guess they swap vehicles between lots since they are brothers) However we made the deal with John White. Please if you are looking for a quality vehicle or honest people go somewhere else.

He sold my friend a car with a bad engine and basically told her she is screwed i wouldn't recommend anyone to get a car from this car lot

Luckily the older fellow there was nice enough to keep me from losing it, but if the price of a vehicle is $5,500, you offer that, then put a deposit on it, you figure that's what you pay right, nope, they'll just call you later and raise it another $1,000. Didn't see a Mr john white once during the whole thing.

I reached out to inquire about the purchase of a vehicle. Instead of the kind and professional responses I read about in reviews, I was delivered a much different experience. I was called names, spoken down to. Then when I clarified his misunderstanding of what I was inquiring about the salesman continued to say hateful and rude statements, hurling insults and profanity at me, telling me to chill out and not get so upset over being called a name. This is not the experience I expected and certainly not one I m willing to tolerate. I will not attempt to ever buy from this dealership again. Hands down the worst buying experience I have had!

This man sold a truck a veteran Army and Air Force vet. This truck frame was rusted through. John White refused to talk to my friend or anyone else. Do not buy from him. He is a jerk and can not be trusted.

If I could give a 0 I would, this man doesn t know anything about vehicles, he won t return phone calls, I was purchasing a truck from him and it broke down 15 minutes later, took the truck to a shop and they said it needed to have a transmission rebuild and a new transfer case. Plus it wouldn t start if it sat for a few hours, he buys terrible vehicles from the auction, and not only did he tell me he trusted this vehicle to go anywhere and said that many people have owned it and he bought it back from them every time because it was a good truck, that was a lie, if you want to spend $10k on a truck I suggest not buying from him because you will have to spend thousands more to keep it running.

Horrible service
