I met John at my job told him the problem met with him and when I say in and out I was her maybe 45 mins I highly recommend him for your service needs

No better place in town to get your vehicle checked out and repaired!! John and his team handled my repair like champs! I took my car to the dealership for some recall repairs and was having some issues with me ABS/Traction control system. I ve asked them (the dealership) to diagnose it and provide an estimate. Note, my father was a mechanic (rest his soul), so I know a few things about cars and knew this repair shouldn t be a terrible fix. Well, the dealership quoted my almost $1000 to fix this issue. I called up John, took my car in and they were able to get the repair done at a fraction of that cost.They are a reliable team with integrity unmatched by others! I ve would highly recommend his shop to anyone needing any service done!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I called to ask about getting my car worked on, and the man who answered the phone was so absolutely short with me and rude that I decided to not even use them even though thats what carmart wanted us to go through for them to pay for work to be done. Id rather pay out of pocket for something wrong then go here. Ive never been talked to so disrespectfully by a car place. NOT the way to get new customers.

I can't say enough good things about John's Auto Repair I'm telling you everybody there treated me like a queen they were reasonably priced they fit me in and accommodated me I waited while they replaced my window oh my gosh it was amazing awesome if you're a single woman definitely go to John's Auto Repair they will not take advantage of you. And they know what they're doing!

I had them replace my CV Axel on front left and front right and they were some of the best pricing and even let me know of another part that needed to be fixed and did that as well. Great service and friendly folks!Update: I'm going to try and keep this short and sweet without going on a rant... First of all. My CV Axel on the front right and left needed to get replaced AGAIN just a week ago. This leads me to assume they didn't actually do it the first time. I did provide my own parts but I have NEVER had a new part (I provided) fail in such a short time. And to have BOTH sides fail is HIGHLY unlikely... On to my next thing - my AC quit working. I bought a $20 part online that me and a buddy thought was the issue. I brought the car in to them and said I think it's that part but only use it if they needed it. I ALSO mentioned about the noise I was having while driving (which was the CV Axel's - more on that later). They replaced the part I thought the issue was and also they said they "couldn't hear any noise after a couple of times driving it." Whatever.. I had to take the car back after my AC quit working. After a second look they said "there's a leak in your AC condenser" after they fixed it for $500 (and still said they couldn't hear much noise but recommended replacing the wheel baring - they must be deaf I heard it the second I took off from the lot).. I didn't test the AC as I was confident it was fine and it was already chilly. The next day I tried it and it STILL WASN'T WORKING. I said forget it I'm not going back. Took it to Kwik Kar (good folks) who found it was a half pound too low of freon and it's been working sense then, which cost me another $150 between labor and everything from them looking for a leak.Because of Johns Automotive at this point I've thrown away probably around $900 on stupid stuff. Words can't describe how dissatisfied I am with their work and quality. I WILL NEVER RETURN. Please consider this review before giving them your business. Sure there's some good reviews and mine was even 5* before all this happened.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto A/C recharge, Auto A/C replacement

It took 3 weeks just to have a simple fix completed.... Not very friendly but will get the job! The shop is Cluttered and in disarray.

I don t see how this has so many good reviews. Bought a vehicle and said nothing was wrong and ended up having to spend hundreds of dollars fixing it. He had a bad attitude and forgot to work on our vehicle and had to wait to get it. And was told our A/C would be fixed and on our way back from Little Rock now and our AC is out with my two kids and wife. All he wanted was his money and he kicked us out pretty much. John had bad customer service all the times we talked. He cleared the codes that showed up on the car and sold it as is and engine light turned on.. and all he said was it s all on you now I wouldn t buy anything from him ever again or go to his shop.

My husband Johnnie took our 93 f350 diesel, dually here to have the sway bar put back on and brakes checked. They did find a leak in one of the brake lines. We were told the truck was ready, after several weeks. Hubby picked it up and drove it home.The sway bar was hitting the tie rods, so he took it back the next day. Suggested perhaps some washer would give added clearance and added A.C. recharge. They did nothing about the sway bar and kept it an additional 6 weeks. We got tired of waiting and nothing further had been done, so we picked up our truck and brought it home. The next mechanic, found the bar had been put on backwards, of the way it was supposed to go.Unsure whether they had an inexperienced mechanic put it on, or whether it was done on purpose. We thought, because Hubby made a detailed list of what he wanted done (including, test driving it to check if there were problems still with the way it drove), that the list made him angry.And though he did reasonable pricing with fixing my Kia Amanti, again, the job was less than perfect, and we will never go back.

This guy has soooo many cars to repair fender benders!!! The manager is nice!! Josh Dormer probably remotely connects to your computer though.
