My experience with Impact Cycles was great. Russell is an awesome mechanic and very thorough. He got my Street Glide Special fixed up and it runs and handles great. Impact Cycles is my new go to Motorcycle repair shop. Thank you!

Russ is very knowledgeable and was very open about the repairs I needed. If there was something I didn t understand, he was more than happy to help explain and took the time to show me the issues in person.Reasonable pricing plus a shop that loves what they do equals priceless. Go to Impact Cycles if you want to have your bike worked on by professionals with a passion for their craft.

Very friendly staff and there was a couple small things with my bike that they fixed while they were just putting my tires on? This is the 2nd time I ve used them and to be honest they will only work on my bike. When people go out of the way, they need to be recognized for their efforts! Thanks!Service: TiresService: Tires

Truly honest guys that know what they're doing. Real nice job on my repair done in a timely manner at a reasonable rate. Russ gave me not only what I asked for but went above and beyond. This included indoor storage...You can trust your bike in Russ's hands.

These guys are great! Great communication, great prices and excellent work! Got an honest quote, had my bike in and out fast! What amazed me more was their attention to customer detail. Took my bike up there 8months ago for a quote was there total of 5min and guy remembered my name, bike etc.. thats pretty awesome with all the customers that go through there. These guys will be the only repair shop i take my bikes to and will recommend!Services: Electrical repair, Engine repair

Best Harley service in NWA. Wouldn t trust anyone else to tamper with my bike. Russ is excellent, honest and fair. If you are in need of Harley service weather local or BBB prepared you d be crazy to go anywhere else.

Russ is a top mechanic. Took my bike in to have a 30,000 service and it came out like a brand new machine. Honest mechanic with honest prices. I tell everyone I know to go here.

Won't change a tire on my Yamaha because they only work on Harley Davidson!!! Really don't see a difference between a Harley rim and tire and a Yamaha rim and tire!!
