Sydney was fantastic and the GM Kevin really made the whole experience easy and stress free. After talking with them over the phone it was already a much better experience than I had in Tulsa. The customer service and great deal were absolutely worth the 2 hour drive. They got me a great interest rate, and a GREAT deal on my 24 Jetta. I highly recommend Everett Volkswagen! Look forward to doing business with them in the future!

We just bought a 2024 Atlas Cross Sport from Everett, and had such a wonderful experience with Vasko, Kevin and Dee during the purchasing process. Their best deal was up front and was clear from the beginning. We were treated like family and will continue to purchase from Everett as a result! I would highly recommend using this dealership for your Volkswagen purposes.

This was one of the best sales experiences that we have ever had. AshLeigh was great and very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Kyle and Nate were also great with all of the financing. Everyone one there including September at the front desk went above and beyond to help us. We will definitely send people to Everett VW to get vehicles.

Josh came out right away to greet us and ask how he could help. He also followed up SEVERAL times via text after the deal to make sure I didn t have any additional questions. Being able to do paperwork online ahead of time saved time and created less stress. Being able to sign the documents using digital signatures made progress faster/ easier

They are the best in this NWA region. Sales and Service zero complaints one would have as they are very professional. They have the best and finest professionals who takes care of customers. Josh from sales is my best man very friendly, professional and most importantly honest. These qualities really made a stand out experience than most other dealerships I had experienced with. Got our VW Atlas SEL. Best for the price we paid. I would highly recommend them for any car buyers around here.

Josh Leaton was very helpful when i went to check out the Jetta. He made us comfortable during the test drive, explained all the features of the car. Later, he also explained the financing options and the process well.However, I realized the sedan class wasn t the best fit for me so I didn t forward with the car.Overall, great experience with the dealer and the salesperson.

I bought a used car here. TERRIFIED; it truly became an affordable and wonderful miracle for me! Shortly afterward, during the Christmas/New Year holidays, I became seriously sick with several hospitalizations. (I nearly died!) As it sometimes goes (realistically), there were some issues found with the used car I had purchased. The LAST thing I could worry about is fixing these issues...and I didn't have too either. The Everett VW Family/Team stepped right up and are taking care of things properly. I could NOT be more GRATEFUL. YOU too can count on being honestly Loved on and genuinely cared for by the Godly team at Everett Volkswagen of Rogers Arkansas. It, FOR REAL, isn't like ANY of those other dealerships out there. NO FLUFF-NO SHADOWS-NO GAMES; just pure, transparent, sincerely good business. Bought my very first VW at Everett VW in Rogers and my experience was wonderful. I worked with Chip and I can truthfully say that he was great and made my experience easy and quick. If you are looking at purchasing a VW, go see them! You won t regret it.

My husband and I had been looking for the perfect vehicle, for our growing family, since July. Several weeks ago we decided to visit and check out the new Altas R-line. We were so impressed we decided to purchase. Our sales consultant, Josh Leaton, was a dream to work with. The kindness of him and the entire Everett Volkswagen team is un-matched!! Great experience working with the Everett Volkswagen staff - they are all terrific. If you are looking for a vehicle and want someone to treat you well, you should stop in the Everett Volkswagen store and check them out. Even if you aren t looking for a Volkswagen, they have a great selection of used vehicles and can find you what you are looking for by using their network of other dealerships. Great company- I highly recommend them.

1. We had our 2024 Atlas camera system go out. What started as getting it fixed in a week, will now be 3 weeks just to get the part in. We had left our vehicle with the dealership with the one week understanding.2. We asked about the pricing for a bumper guard for our new Atlas while they had the vehicle. We were called & told the bumper guard was $320.14. Unfortunately there was no mention of the part being only $130 and the labor (just pulling off the wrapping and sticking the guard on )was going to be $150. This was a bit of disappointment. A gentleman came over and discounted the price by $50, which was a nice gesture. Breaking down the items cost would be a very beneficial for customers to know.

Best car buying experience ever! From the moment I arrived I felt like a valued customer. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable and has a warm and welcoming approach. I was on a time crunch and his team had me out of there in my brand new Atlas Crosssport in less than 2 hours. Cannot praise this experience enough will definitely be an Everett customer for life!

Chip Elliot was a delight to work with! His approach was informative without being pushy, allowing me to make decisions at every step. He provided various options and demonstrated extensive knowledge, not only about VW but also other comparable cars.Additionally, Kyle Henry made the business experience enjoyable. I'm recommending Chip to my mom for her new car, knowing she ll have an excellent experience.If it helps, I returned to VW to get a new car and I picked the same model that I had (Tiguan) with an elevated trim (SE) a great suggestion from Chip.

the welcome was warm, dint have to wait long. the waiting area was clean and pleasing. we had our time to decide and dint have any unnecessary follow ups.Better understanding about the car(on different trim levels) would come in handy for the sales person as we had some issues there which we had to handle
