Jeremy and his team are amazing! They listened to what I needed and was looking for and got me into the perfect car at a great price! Jeremy really looks out for his customers and treats them with the utmost respect. I highly recommend this location for all your used car purchases, I ll definitely be returning.

The amount of help they gave to me, a non-customer, put on display the quality of character and compassion the employees at this dealership display. I am confident they operate with a high level of trust because they went WAY above and beyond for someone that was not even buying a vehicle. Incredible people at this business for sure!Below is my experience if you want more details:Yesterday my car (that I did NOT buy from here) broke down. I managed to get off of the roadway and into their parking lot. Everyone I talked to demonstrated incredible compassion and a willingness to serve and help! They checked my battery, crawled under the car to check the starter, used their machine to see if they could get a code reading on what the problem may be, attempted to jump start it. One gentlemen went and got an entire new battery and put it in to see if that was the problem. Then, when none of these efforts helped, they connected me with a great tow truck company that got me to the dealership at a great rate. Truly above and WAY beyond what anyone should expect. Amazing people!

Buying my first car from car-mart has turned out to be the greatest decision I ve made in my young years. If I went to any big name dealership, and If it weren t for the dedication of Kristie and the team at the Rogers North lot, I would ve been out of a car a long time ago. When someone first told me we re dedicated to keeping you on the road I thought it was a rinse and repeat saying; it s not. Through thick and thin, this company has your back! Thank you to the hard working people who have changed my life and kept my passion running even in the most difficult of times.

If purchased a 2017 Ford fiesta from this lot. I'm appreciative about the fact they were able to get me in an affordable vehicle. However. I work for a car dealer and the amount of detail especially on safety should be more present. I bought this car thinking we were getting a good deal. I'm taking my kids to the park and gets this crazy grinding when braking. I knew immediately what the sound was. Metal too metal front brakes. Need an emergency brake job with rotors. Defroster don't work. Both safety. For a vehicle to cost 24k it should be safe to drive. I understand it's a used car and absolutely don't expect to have it rebuilt on their dollar. But the least you can do is insure my family is safe. Pretty disappointed on this matter and hope they figure something out. If I was management. I would have a come to Jesus meeting. It's your name going out there and you want to push referring people to buy cars from you through me. I expect a call back regards. I've called twice now. I hope they make it right.

Ive never bought a vehicle from Car-mart before. But over the years I have heard "horror stories" Recently I decided to give them a try however as my family really needed a reliable vehicle then what we have now. I found a vehicle in our price range and spoke to Michael about it just a few minutes after. Now Ive dealt with sales people before and most are pushy, or constantly bugging you, or trying hard to get you to buy. But these guys and gals were easy to get along with, laid back and just talked to me like normal human beings. They made no outlandish promises, matter of fact Michael was honest with me about a slight mistake that he made which I appreciated. Longer story short I am very happy that I bought from them and I definitely will again in the future. If you need a vehicle, so see Michael or Myles, or even John, they are solid guys that will treat you right.

I would leave ZERO stars if possible. Mine and my husband's experience with this car mart has been nothing but unpleasant. Pretty pathetic when you pay a vehicle down to 5k, transmission goes out and they don't want to help you out at all in your situation but tell you that they are taking you to small claims court. If you have an attitude towards everyone you deal with you shouldn't work with the public especially Teresa in billing and Tyler the manager who doesn't even have the decency to call me back regarding the manner. This is after car mart has sold me 2 cars with transmission issues that happened to die on me days after buying the vehicles. Guess car mart has never heard of the arkansas lemon law. I suggest you familiar yourself with it if you plan on taking me to small claims court :)

Great people, great cells, great warranty! I love these guys I do recommend this one off of Hudson road in Rogers Arkansas I think it's called America's car marts north like I said great place.

I have never had a more pleasant time car shopping. I was referred by a friend to Kendra at Car-Mart of Rogers North. I spoke to her and told her exactly what my wife and I wanted to drive away with. At first, the lot didn t have what we were looking for. She searched all over NWA to find them for us. She went above and beyond what any sales rep has ever done for me before. Not only did she get us what we wanted, but she got my wife and I approved for separate vehicles. Neither of us needed a co-applicant. If you need a car, go see Kendra specifically.

I have had my car for over a year, the car is great. I have some minor issue but I can fix them easily. I recently had to have surgery and I am unable to make my next payment in full, I went in today and talked to Abby, she was able to help me out so that I don't get any late fees and can keep my car! The people at car mart are great! Thanks Car Mart!

If you want to pay too much money for a car with too many issues, this is your place to go. Granted, they do offer a limited service contract for an inflated price good luck actually getting anything fixed. Your better off walking than buying a car from this place for sure

They lie a lot up there when I bought my S-10 pick up truck off of the place up there they lied about the extended warranty. They lied about everything the S 10 I bought was a piece of junk. The owner of the franchise does nothing about this dishonesty in the company, he should be put in jail for not standing good at the company. If it was me, I would have him in jail for the next 25 years but I can t do nothing about that.

Kendra is awesome! She was super helpful and great to work with throughout the whole buying process. Very easygoing and down to earth. If you re looking for a great place to get a vehicle that will work with you, definitely come here. The store manager was very nice & helpful as well and so was Shannon!

Absolutely the worst place you could ever do business! They are crooks! They do not pay their bills and if they have your car repaired they will use the cheapest parts available and have very questionable shops work on your vehicle! If you like being lied to and taken advantage of go talk with Tyler. Also if you have asked this location to fix your car have another shop check your catalytic converters as Tyler likes to have shops gut them!

At first everything was very prompt and everyone was so eager to help get me in a vehicle. Well after I got in one a few months later a part in my transmission went out so I contacted them about the service contract and they jumped on it right away. Here s the kicker my car was in the shop well over 3 weeks and it cost me my job. I am now in the same situation, my transmission has broke again and I ve been waiting a month for it to get fixed. I m about to lose my job again and all they can tell me is I m sorry. Don t be sorry get it done. I m 21 years old and I ve never had to be a Karen until I got this car through them.

I bought my last car from this same lot and the car was a great buy and super reliable! No problems. Thank goodness they have the sense to have the gap insurance and the maintenance plans available!! I hit a deer Saturday night. By Monday, I was in a new car with no stress. These guys treat you like family, are actually concerned and understanding when bad things happen. I can honestly say I wouldn't use another dealer!! I love my car-mart family!

Tyler and Kynzie at the Rogers location on Hudson are the absolute best! Never once did I feel like just another customer. They are very personable and treat you like a person and not just a sale. My experience was with Kendra Zaner, from the get go she was eager to help us and did everything she could to get us in a vehicle! We had a few obstacles to get around and work through and she did an amazing job at all of it! I highly recommend her! She made us comfortable and the process was smooth and I now have the car that I wanted!! I m so happy! Also Kynzi Eichler was sweet and happy to help Kendra with our situation. I am very satisfied!!Also this location was off of Hudson Rd.
