Being a new customer at Glen Sains in Rector Ar I asked for an oil and filter change,a new cabin filter,tires rotated and a Courtesy wash. Oil and filter change were done but service attendent stated tires were below GMC standards to be rotated and the did not have time to wash my vehicle even though i did make make an appointment. Sounded to me that service dept. was trying to sell me new tires and were too lazy or did not want to rotate tires. Same with Courtsey wash.

My mother and I came to get an oil change and after they got finished there was a problem with shifter cable. My moms car is 25 years old and we were a bit worried. No reason to worry at all.. they found the part and ordered it for us! Such amazing service! I can not thank them enough! And to top it off, they gave us a loaner car to get home! Wonderful people, wonderful service. This will be my go to place!

I am very disappointed in the service dept. They charged me for other services I did not approve of. ...over warranty work.I do not recommend taking your vehicle here

I honestly have never had a better experience buying a vehicle in my lifetime. That service started from the moment I stepped on the lot to the moment I walked off. No pressure and just straight to the point. I regret having not bought all my vehicles from Glen Sain. However, going forward, it is the only place I will purchase. Thank you Glen Sain Rector.

Horrible service. If you want a bunch of kids working on your vehicle then this is the place to go. They have no idea what their doing. Mr Ford refused to handle the situation and told me to take my business elsewhere.

Brought vehicle in on Tuesday for a Wednesday appointment. Truck wasn't ready until Friday afternoon. Apparently only one mechanic was available to work on my truck. Not sure what influenced the delay but I expected to get it a little quicker. Apparently it was a 1.5 to 2 hr. job, a recall on a block heater.

Well my wife and I just bought a new truck today from Glen Sains in Rector. I tell you that you can t ask for better folks to deal with. Big shout out to the Glen Sain team! I called and told Jeremy what we were looking for and less than 48 hrs later our 2020 Chevy Traverse was delivered to us. They gave us a good price and great trade in value. The finance team worked their magic and came through with an excellent rate. The whole process was simple and hassle free! I would recommend Glen Sain to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Great people.Ms.April is the best!!!!!! However even though Brian was my salesman he is nice.even though he didn't clean inside of my new car like he said that he would have done,other than that good experience with them.Mr.Danny & Todd are 2 good men. Close family member severely lied to. Told computer was needed and that that is the only problem. 1k later old computer installed 3 wires were cut. Please higher people that know what their doing. She also enjoyed your moldy loaner. It was provided free tho so that's nice. I hope she never returns.

Very personable service, everyone that i talked to was friendly and helpful, if i called and was not able to talk to the person i wanted to speak with right then they always called me back which is very important to me. I will definitely buy from them again!

Small-town dealership with high quality service! You're not just another dollar here. The Assistant Service Manager shows genuine care for her customers, with a bright, sunny smile and a warm hello. She works hard to ensure a safe, well-maintained vehicle for me & my family WITHOUT pressuring me or selling me needless services, and by making sure that I get the most for my hard earned dollar. My wife and I actually look forward to our service visits at Glen Sain GMC. A true pleasure.

I was stranded on side of the road and a friend that helped me took me and my blown out tire there and the service dept can't be beat! The ladies were so kind and friendly and the service was fast and affordable, I was very pleased and happy to get on the road to see my grandson, I want to say thanks to the service dept!
