This place is a black hole of cars where no one calls you back. 4 days 4 promises then crickets. Finally had to threaten to send a wreaked after my car for them to call us back to get any info whatsoever. Then when we picked up our Jeep they had dinged the passenger door, a part of not even being worked on, and wanted to act like it was just a massive inconvenience for them to fix it. Same your time and sanity these people are just here to milk insurance companies. They don t care about customer service

I called ahead to ask when I could come by for an estimate. The receptionist told me they don't give estimates. She said they only give your insurance the estimate after they take your car apart. What collision service doesn't look at your damage and give you an "estimate"?! She also told me that USAA, my insurance, does their own estimate. Of course, my insurance gave me an "estimate" based on the pictures I sent my insurance, but the car has to be taken to a repair shop to "have eyes on," for an in-person estimate. I was not impressed by the knowledge of their customer service associate.

There are too many things to list here, so I'll make this short. I got T boned, and they replaced the door to my car. Upon return of the car, the air is really loud when driving, and when I wash my car or it rains, water leaks inside the car. After they repaired it, they drove it to the dealership for some extra work. How they didn't hear the wind in the car is fascinating to me. This took from January until May to get it "fixed". They tried telling me they weren't sure if insurance was going to fix it, but when insurance called me, they told me this collision center ticked the "prefer to total" box in the scan they sent sent them. I just wished they would have told me in January that they didn't haven't the time, care, or wherewithal to deal with my car. I could have gone to a decent collision center.Service: Auto body & trim repair

My visit was a lot better than the last. They didn't quote the parts hanging off the bottom of my car for some reason and told the insurance everything was fine down there. There was a lady at the collision center that was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to answer all questions that I had. Very pleasant experience with the collision center except for having my barely damaged car totaled. Didn't seem like 10k worth of damage.

Never a fun time to have to come to a body shop. Thankfully, most of my work was just front end cosmetic. 2 & 1/2 weeks is fairly standard I suppose. The job was done well and the full detail of the car was a nice touch. Jess was the estimator and she was great. Very responsive and communicative.

Sent my vehicle there to get it repaired and estimated it over 3k. Took them over a month to get my vehicle repaired. Plus Rashoun will flat out lie to your face and his manager is just as bad! I got my vehicle back and drove home and everything was OK. The next day headed to work I have my traction co from come on and two warnings. One said from sensor not available and a warning that said see owners manual! I immediately called them and told them what had happened. So they said to bring it back in. Then they call and say they need a diagnostic test from Infiniti, which they charged me for and would t release my car until I paid. Rashoun calls me and tells me that Infiniti said I had underlying damage on thevehicle and my suspension arm was bent and some other things! I called my adviser at Infiniti and she stated she never told Rashoun any of that information! This is a corrupt place and do not use them or trust them at all! So they did nothing for me bc even they said it was unsafe to drive and they fixed it! You don t have to respond with your cheesy response that go no where but I hope people will listen n look at how horrible your reviews are and plus I had to file another accident claim to get my car repaired correctlyServices: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Disorganized or dishonest?My Tesla was rear-ended, and I was surprised to see Sherwood Gwatney available as an authorized service provider. I dropped off my MYP (with a key card), and was told that they would start working on it on a certain day and time.My car wasn t touched for days, and my service advisor L. was unable to let me know why my service appointment was evidently ignored. I took my car back after L. eventually found my key on a desk, and I made an appointment with Icon Collision in Memphis. Icon communicated better, they repaired the damage, charged the car (unlike Gwatney), and the work was completed as estimated.Then -TWO MONTHS AFTER driving away from Gwatney, they called me for a follow-up...apparently with no knowledge of my service attempt and me going elsewhere.I ll never know if they are incredibly disorganized, or if they are dishonest. I can avoid Gwatney for all services, so I will. If you are a Tesla owner and need service in the Little Rock area, I highly recommend just driving to Memphis instead. Icon Collision gives realistic estimates and knows how to handle Teslas; from charging, to remote unlocks and using Maintenance Mode. They are worth the drive.

We chose to bring our Tesla Model 3 here due to the type of damage the car had, and did not want to go all the way to a Tesla Service Center. We knew that it would take some time to fix and I remained patient and understanding until it went past 60 days.The good: Now that we have our car back, it looks great. They did good body work and paint matching, no complaints there.The bad: Our car was in their shop for 73 days. The final 30ish days I was being told maybe late this week and a whole lot of probably, should be, expected to be never a definitive answer. Overall this shop blamed Tesla shipping for why it took so long. Also the last 2 weeks I was attempting to get the money side of everything figured out due to multiple adjustments to the insurance claim and was never provided anything. The representative that I dealt with throughout the whole process was professional and courteous but failed to provide some of the information I asked for.The morning of the final day our car was in their shop I emailed asking for an update and was told that it was in line to be buffed and is expected to be ready that afternoon (still not a direct answer). I replied that I would be there that afternoon to pick it up. When I arrived to get the car, the original person I had dealt with throughout the whole process was nowhere to be found. And just as I had expected, the financial side of the paperwork was messed up, and they were going to attempt to contact my insurance company before they let me leave, however as it was their mistake and I voiced that I attempted to fix this ahead of time with zero communication back they ended up at least not making me wait any longer.Overall I would not recommend bringing a car here (especially a Tesla). This place seems task saturated, the management side is lacking quite a bit, and communication isn t the greatest.

I went through my insurance to get my car fixed. Gwatney has had my car for 2+ weeks without returning any of my phone calls or providing updates. I left several voicemails to attempt to speak with someone to get an update on my car and no one would ever call me back. I called Kendall personally several times & got no answer. Left him voicemails for a week & a half. I had to send my husband to the site & have the insurance rep to call to get an update and they both received basically no information on my car. They called my mom to tell her that all of my parts were in, just left the paint shop & my car would be ready by today (7/6/22). My car is still not ready. One part is apparently on back order after we were told everything was in & now the one part that they re waiting on will be in stock in about 2 weeks. So I ll have to drive back up there again just for them to add that one part. Out of all the calls & messages I left, no one could ever call to provide a small update of that. A 2 minute phone call. This is my first time working with them & it will be my LAST. I do NOT recommend for anyone to come to this collision center. You d be better off going to U-Pull it & fixing your own vehicle yourself.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Not gonna lie the quality of the work they did was pretty good! Not great but decent! I was hit on the side and they fixed everything. Took them longer than they said. I was without my car over a month. Next, the problem mainly came in at was that I had a full tank of gas when I gave them my car only to have a little below half a tank when I got it back. Also the damage was to my left back door and tire so with that being said there was NO need for someone to go into arm rest and take out all of my belongings. I also have a picture of my deceased dad hanging on my rear view mirror and it was also removed.. thinking that someone went joy riding in my car!!! I knew they went in my arm rest because things that I had inside was later found under my seat. Also once it was ready they didn t call me I had to call them ! I won t return here I only chose them because of my insurance. So if you choose them take out all belongings especially if you have a nice car they will take it out for a spin and joy ride.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment

Dewon with Gwatney Collision Center-Sherwood was absolutely fantastic to work with throughout this whole experience. Getting rear-ended is a pain, and the rest that comes with it is never easy. Dewon made is simple, painless and he answered my phone calls and every question I had over the last month. The bodywork that had to be repaired looks flawless! Wish I could give more than 5 stars, and will definitely recommend them to everyone!Service: General repairs & maintenance

He communicated each step clearly, professionally, and I received my vehicle back in pristine condition. I will definitely be referring people to this location.

My car smelt like cigarette smoke after the repair. They didnt look at it for 5 days after being on their lot. The person that deals with lizard insurance may not even be a real person. Phone calls not answered. Messages not returned. All in all, it took 35 days for $5800 in damage.

Rear bumper replaced and painted due to a rear-end collision. Kept car over a week because another part, discovered damaged b4 bumper installation, had to be ordered and installed. This was understandable but they should have called and told me.Paint job was near perfect this time around. Very satisfied.Service: Body & Trim

I would like to give this company zero stars, but that's not an option. I have used the Jacksonville Gwatney Collision Center in the past, and I assumed this location would be of the same quality service. Big mistake. My car sat untouched for over a week. I had to consistently call and ask when something would be done and when I would get an assessment of the damage/repairs needed for my vehicle. I ended up having my car moved to McClarty Nissan Collision and received better service. Please do yourself a favor and have your car repairs done somewhere else.Service: Body & Trim

Took my car in for body repairs to be done & they were so nice, very helpful with any questions I had. Also got my car back in the time frame they said which was very quick- 7 days to be exact. My car looks brand new! Will keep these guys on my radar for any future car needs

I took my wife's MKS after a deer hit. I got a text telling me they were repairing it to pick it up in two weeks. A few days from then I called and was told the car bad been a total loss that the text was in error. We had made arrangements for getting the car back. Badly handled by either them or Geico.
