Kayla Curl was able to help us troubleshoot the refrigerator in our motor coach. What a help she was in determining what we needed to do to fix it as well as save us some money. Kayla is very knowledgeable and shows her dedication to her job. I would highly recommend rv parts USA for all my rv needs.

First and foremost I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to Kayla. You are amazing . As a person in general not just as a sale person. You helped us out tremendously. Great customer service. Very nice to work with. Which goes to show that the reviews left were more then accurate Our door and/ hinges were warping. I myself couldn't close our door anymore neither could my sick year old. And my husband was getting to where he was lucky if he could close it. Im sure our neighbors in the rv park were getting sick of us. But with the help of Kayla she instantly asked what are the dimensions of the door. Which way does it open. Where are the hinges located. Whats the shape of the door at the top. Told me how to look at the door she found. She told me call before 12 and it can be shipped out today or tomorrow and be there Friday. Sure enough our door arrived within two days after ordering. My husband and I watched a video and we learned how to do it ourself and what do you know. We have a brand new door. That clicks so smoothly when it shuts. Im so thrilled. I for sure recommend this place. For those couple people who had a bad review in the past. It must have been an off day because so far this is the first place we tried and it went so smoothly. Considering we have never had to fix our own rv or get parts before. So thank you so much again Kayla. Your job found a great employee when they hired you.

Excellent company to deal with and the staff is exceptional especially Kayla. She helped us several times with our order. Couldn t ask for better service. Quick response on questions and so easy to get our orders quickly. Highly recommend

Ordered new new refrigerator coil for rv, if you can do it your self it saves you at least 1500 to 2000 because new absorption refrigerator cost between 2200 and 2900. Great product and the video on how to take it out and install it was great . Customer service and tech support was great. Will always buy from them in the future.

When they say that they process the order the same day it was received means that they take your money, you then wait a few days to get an order status and after a few phone calls and emails they will tell you when it is expected to be delivered yet still not provide tracking information, then a couple days later you will actually get tracking information that says they created a label today. This is the third order that has gone like this. I will not be ordering anything I really need from this company again.Thanks for the response.... Software that takes three days to check for a fraudulent charge and policies. Clairvoyant emails that provide delivery dates prior to the shipping label being created. I get it. I still stand by my statement that if you need anything in a hurry DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
