We stopped in for insurance quotes and found they have great competitive rates. Ashley took care of us and everyone in the office was kind and friendly...that hometown Arkansas feel that we have grown to love here. We appreciate being able to shop local and give our business to our hometown. We definitely recommend Melbourne State Farm for all your insurance needs.

Absolutely love Mike Watson State Farm!! Agent team member Luci has always been very helpful to me, and assisted me with any/all my insurance needs. The Melbourne office seems to go above and beyond to make me feel cared for and important! Great Team!

Luci Blankenship is the most professional, and customer friendly insurance rep I have ever met, she is it reason I switched to state farm! I would recommend all of my family and friends to come see her for any of their insurance needs without a question of doubt.

I highly recommend this agency for any insurance policy you may need! Brooke has always been very helpful She's professional and a pleasure to deal with. Always has the answers for me and is quick to respond to my texts and phone calls! They beat all other insurance quotes given to me by a long shot!

I want to thank you Kohl very much, for coming so quickly to my accident at the stop light Monday afternoon. You were there in minutes making sure Carla and her granddaughter were okay and reassuring her that State Farm would take care of anything she needed done plus taking good care of me (your customer)+ talking to the cop, taking pics, taking time for whomever needed you, I honestly can't thank you enough.

Sometimes I feel that State Farm has a stigma for having higher auto insurance quotes. I took a chance and reached out for an auto quote after being with a different agency 15+ years. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY could beat the automobile quote including the type of coverage that State Farm offered. ( I shopped around everywhere including online) I not only initially saved $50/mnth on my premium, but with the Drive Safe and Save program for me and my teenage son our premium just decreased another $19/mnth!!! Do yourself a favor and give them an opportunity to quote you. You have nothing to lose!Morgan at the Melbourne branch has been the kindest person to deal with. She's courteous, knowledgeable, and never makes you feel as if she doesn't have time to talk to you even though I know she stays extremely busy. You get the full customer service experience from her.

This is one of the friendliest, most helpful insurance offices I've ever dealt with! Morgan and Michelle went above and beyond to give great service, truly listen and make sure I have the coverage I need, all while SAVING ME MONEY over the competition! The personal attention and genuine caring attitude from these ladies sealed the deal for me. You're not just another account here! This office is a great asset to the State Farm company.

Morgan has been most helpful helping me save on my insurance. I have care, home, and business insurance covered by state farm and am happy with the reliability with my agent Morgan! She also helped me save on my car loan when I traded recently! Mike Watson- State Farm in Melbourne is an exceptional office to work with!

Morgan, Robbie, and Cole have all been amazing. Morgan helped me with my car insurance and Robbie was able to get more life insurance coverage for pretty much what I was currently paying. Everyone is professional and responsive. The girls make me feel like family when they speak with me. I hope all their good and hard work is rewarded and acknowledged as they definitely deserve a ton of recognition.

I moved to Melbourne 4 weeks ago from TX. This office is so friendly. Brooke, Shellie and manager Cole took my information and fixed everything from my old Texas office.I had no home Wi-Fi and they shared theirs with me. Always smiling. Always professional. State Farm is by far the best insurance around and the Mike Watson agency in Melbourne is top notch! They always go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of in a fast, efficient manner. Jim Golden took care of us when we had a car claim and made the process painless and easy. Staff is always friendly and helpful.!! A+++ service!

This is a great place. Cody worked hard to get me good insurance at fair prices. He was super friendly and made my experience with State Farm so much better than anywhere else. If you need something just ask for Cody and he will get you taken care of.

I have been very reluctant to get life insurance because of how overwhelming I thought it was and what others have said about it. Morgan was very helpful and very polite. She answered all my questions and set my mind at ease for the future of my family. I encourage everyone to ask for Morgan to help you with all your life insurance questions or needs. I truly thank God for the Mark Watson State Farm in Melbourne and I thank God for Morgan.

Robbie was very helpful walking me through the insuring of an RV and a new (to me) car. She had my temporary insurance card in my email within 10 minutes. Was very pleasant on the phone. It was a positive experience. Thanks for having a human answer the phone !!!!!

I recently requested a quote for insurance from this agency and Cody Mynatt was the agent who helped me. He was very friendly and helpful. After just a few minutes on the phone with him, I felt as if we had been friends forever. He listened to what I needed, and asked all the right questions, and within a very short time, he got back to me with a very good quote on my insurance. I highly recommend this agency,. Do yourself a favor and ask for Cody. I promise, you won t be disappointed!!

Morgan saved me money and lower interest rate on my loan. And it was a 24 hour turn around. Couldnt be more pleased with Morgan s service and attention to detail and with state farm. Mike Watson runs a great ship along with Cole Caraway.
