The customer service representative was very nice, professional, and all around easy going. He made sure I understood everything completely and that I received the best for my buck. It is so hard to find his level of customer service these days, I truly appreciate it.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Took my car in to replace the suspension and "make it safe". Was charged $2,500, took a week. A few days later it was obvious the wheel bearing was in wrong and the alignment was pulling right. Took it back, said my wheel bearing was defective and took almost a week to fix it it. Didn't touch the alignment. 3 days later my brand new fixed twice wheel bearing fell apart and locked, abruptly stopping my vehicle (while I was approaching a red light thank God or I could've died). They have had it back now for four days (it's Friday), and are telling me the wheel is fixed but because of the alignment, and the fact they don't work weekends and Monday is memorial day, I can't have it back til Tuesday. I'm beyond fed up. No effort to even act as if this is ridiculous, no refund offered. DO NOT BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment

Whiteys has excellent service, friendly staff and very knowledgeable mechanics. I've trusted them with all of my rigs. Light duty to heavy duty. They're usually covered up with work, so sometimes you need to schedule ahead if possible. They always working as hard as possible to get me back on the road in a timely manner. I would highly recommend.

Whitey's takes the time and care to make sure they're actually fixing your problem rather than throwing parts on and hoping it works. Gary and Alan we're both extremely patient and helpful during the process of fixing my truck. I absolutely recommend that you go here. I'll be back if the need arises in the future!

The service writer Gary and the mechanic Josh did an awesome job on my truck. They won't lead you astray at Whiteys. Some people whine but this stuff ain't cheap especially for professional work and they do it. I am very happy with the work they did on my 07 Duramax. I would send my best friend there. If they tell you something it's the truth. I cant find anyone in my area to trust so I trust Whitey's. They are doing something right. I'm 61 yrs old and they been there long as I can remember. Dont whine if you aren't doing what they recommend.

Just love this place..Whitey's Truck Center... they have already worked on several autos in my family. And the people (Kathy and Gary) just fantastic. Very friendly EVERY time. And they will tell you the truth about repairs. I've had great experience with Whitey's. Check em out.

Initially took truck (2006 Duramax) to dealership for coolant leak and was told it was a heater hose which they fixed. Truck continued to loose coolant and when I went back they kept the truck for two days and informed me they would need to remove the cab to find the coolant leak. I decided to take the truck to Whitey,s for a second opinion. They diagnosed the leak as a head gasket that day and completed the repairs in a timely manner keeping me informed of the progress and no they never removed the cab. I'm very satisfied with the work performed and will be servicing all my rigs at Whitey's in the future.

Whitey's checked out my 2004 Dodge 3500 truck. They are probably the best place to take a diesel truck in central Arkansas.

Sat. May 19, 2018 @ 10:30 a.m. - Went to go pick up a truck from them only for the lady at the counter to be rude and she seemed agitated the second I walked in the door but no one else was there. She informed me that she is not obligated to allow me to purchase the truck and ultimately refused to finalize the sale due to her own personal feelings. Will not ever go back. I ll keep my $500 in my pocket for your over-priced trucks.

Great shop!!!Cascadia was down w bad alternator and these folks were quick and efficient to replace and get my driver back on making $$$

I love using Whitey's for my mechanical needs . Easy in and easy out . Fast check in and fast check out . The remember you each time and call you by name . Their work is outstanding .

Had my truck serviced here 5 times in the past 9 months for a variety of issues. Twice for the same injector. On my most recent experience I was giving a price for the labor only to find out days later the quote increased about $150. I've been driving my truck or 2 weeks and now its doing the same thing as before.
