It s worse than you think, and worse than any other franchised hotel/motel I ve stayed at. I can t take enough pictures to convey it. I have family members who hoard, and this feels like staying with them. Also, I would not let any women I know or care about stay here alone. Staff wise, Bobby and Dee were great and very helpful. The owners should not be renting out these rooms at all, and certainly not for $70 a night.

This was to be our landing spot after driving all day to view the eclipse the following day. Upon arrival we found that the hotel had over booked and even though we had a confirmed reservation (proof in hand) we were told "Sorry" there are no rooms available. We were told that we could stay at the Motel 6 on E. McCain in North Little Rock at no up-charge. This was totally untrue. When we checked in at E. McCain we were told that these locations are franchised and that we would have to take up the cost difference ($68 for our confirmed reservation and $177 at E. McCain) with our original booking if we wanted our monies returned. The kicker was we had gotten a call at 2 p.m. from the Airport location asking us to confirm our arrival!!! DO NOT use this product!!! Our whole experience was horrible.

we booked our room in advance when we arrived expecting everything go as planned boy were we wrong. They said they had no person with our name or debit card received to book a room for 2 days. We tried showing them out reference number still that didn't work. We literally had to call the main office which they found it a faxed the reservation to the Motel 6. We finally got a key after waiting an hour and driving 300 miles to get there. The room was no where near what I consider clean it had lint and hair every where. The tub constantly leaked water. Had no microwave No chairs No coffee pot, the tub had corrosion around the drain. ,it was hirrible. It literally had nothing except a bed , TV, 2 towels 2 wash cloths 2 rolls toilet tissue. Very Disappointed with the whole out come. We went to Waffle House For dinner and literally watched drug deals . Then they came inside where we were and another was made inside. We told them we'd like our food to go . We asked for a sweet tea they had none. We asked for fork and spoon they had none. when we walked up to cash out we stood there seem 15 to 20 min. The girl never once added our food to the register, she added it on her fingers , The register drawer never was opened . She put our money in her pocket. Very Sad how ppl are these days. we got to plates 11.00 piece and 2 cups coffee. I would like to know one thing. We were charged 39.54 for 2 plates at $11 pc. that adds up to $22. And 2 cups of coffee costed over $ 17. We didn't say anything we were just ready to get away from there.

I don t think I can say enough bad things about this hotel. I was lead maintenance for four months and I was told to ignore common sense safe work practices. If you don t mind sharing the pillow with the roaches, it s a great rate. I would recommend that you go to firehouse hostel though. There s too much going on here for anyone to be safe. The clerks regularly skim the till and then commit identity theft.Rooms: The hotel was built in the early mid nineties. They used building materials from the eighties. The carpets and drapes are originals.Safety: There s a thousand master keys running around Little Rock. Door locks are sketchy at best and the camera doesn t face anything that it should.Noteworthy details: Roaches, unauthorized credit card charges, no ice machines, cold showers, water runs from the ceiling to the floor.

Friendly crew members but Terrible management . Manager John Alvarez racially profiled me based an error that was made by a staff member in which the staff member did admit to accidentally charging me for wrong date but yet the manager still proceeded to racially profile me and even threatened to call the police because I asked him why was he being rude to me when all I was trying to do was pay for my booking . He avoided my question, told me I have to be off property and refused to allow me to pay for my booking . There was witnesses and I do have a recording of him being rude for no reason he even stereotyped me by asking me who dropped you off? I told him no one and he proceeded to mock me saying ooooooohhhh I know someone dropped you off which made me feel disrespected because I do have a vehicle

As a person who travel as a part of my career I stay at many hotels, one in particular stands out. I was in Little Rock, Ar. By the airport I stayed at the Motel 6.I was first greeted by a charming woman named Yolanda, she was such a character and just enjoyable, she checked me in quickly and efficiently.Then after dinner one evening I cam into the office to extend my stay a day and the GM. John was training a new 3 rd shift employee who s name was Bobby I think he walked the guy through the entire process of extending a stay and was what appeared to be thoroughly.I guess what I really wanted to say in this review is that the team at Motel 6 Little Rock airport. Go above and beyond any expectations I had and will return.

I always go to this hotel for business trips. Really enjoy it because its quit and peaceful there and located close to the airport. The staff has always been super nice and helpful.Rooms: The rooms are comfortable and at a great value

I am a disabled older lady. I loved my experience there. The staff and the manager went out of their way to make my stay there very comfortable and the manager actually came to see if I was ok! John Alvarez the manager at Little Rock Motel 6 was very kind and helpful!! Thanks John and staff for all you did to make my stay comfortable. Some of their rooms are specifically designed to be ada accessible!!

ABSOLUTELY NEVER STAY HERE!! END OF STORY. Everything bad you could think of to happen at a motel, you WILL find here! I cannot believe this place is still open... Bugs, mold, water pipes broke while I was there so no water pressure, could smell the neighbors smoking METH from our room, and loud music at all hours... Smoke alarms broken, no extinguishers in their respective places... This motel is absolutely AWFUL. Tweakerville... I am totally disgusted and will NEVER stay here again.

I was traveling to see family. I stayed the night at Motel 6 in Little Rock Arkansas Airport. I was totally impressed from the moment I checked in. I arrived late that night. Tired and exhausted. Bobby at the front desk made me feel welcomed. He also got me checked in quickly. My room was nice, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job. The next morning I got coffee and checked out. The GM John and Yolanda at the front desk were super nice. All around great customer service. Very quite and pleasant at night. Thanks everyone at this Motel 6 for making my stay a great experience. I will definitely recommend it to anyone.Rooms: The room was very nice and clean. Great job to the housekeepers.Safety: I felt very safe here. It was very quiet.Walkability: There is a Waffle House next door and a shell gas station.Food & drinks: There is a waffle house, Shell and Boston's in walking distance.

The management there is very friendly and I highly recommend any visitor here as he s been improving the overall experience from cleanliness to greeting you with a smile! His name is John and any issues he ll make sure you leave with a smile he says he s been doing this for over 20 years and we can tell!Rooms: Very clean room, way better experience than the 90s-2000s.Nearby activities: Ask the GM he has great recommendations!Safety: Very safe place for a familyNoteworthy details: It s been getting cleaner since the new GM has shown up.

Bed bugs Rude staff(except 1) & Management Refusal for full refund Called a liar with proof of bed bugs Unsafe, rundown property Amazing Waffle House next door I checked out within 24 hours of a 2 night stay!! Near airport, no microwave nor refrigerator in rooms. About 75 dollars a night. No breakfast. No ice machine. No frills. Stay somewhere else. No laundry bags in room but laundry facilities on site.Food & drinks: Wafflehouse next door and Boston Pizza and beer across street connected to a different hotel.

Overall this hotel is great, easy and convenient near airport and next to a Waffle House! the manager John is wonderful and takes care of his guest.Rooms: The rooms are always clean and front desk is friendly.

The manager John at the motel 6 on Bankhead is a very kind manager always staying ontop of your satisfaction and is very friendly! And Bobby another new worker there is very hospitable and friendly to new guests I couldn t have enjoyed my stay more the staff is very respectful and before you leave you ll consider them a friend! Thank you Motel 6 for a very comfortable stay

I have been here 9 days, and have had NO housekeeping whatsoever. 1 time they came around with towels and took out the trash. That's it. I've asked for housekeeping several times and been told that it would be done the next day. I need fresh sheets, toilet and bathroom cleaned and floor vacuumed at a minimum, please. Also the shower head diverter does not divert but about 20 % of the water from below to the shower head and I was told that part was ordered and would be installed last Friday.Rooms: Service is NONEXISTENT!

Never book this motel based on reviews and pictures. They scam you with their decades old images. The reviews are purchased by giving 5-10$ discount to their extended customers. The motel is full of roaches, bad smoking rooms and all broken/rusted amenities. Their employees and manager, all are rude. They do not change your room if you request for bad experience. They will not refund your money if you forget to collect. The complaints are on and on but all reviews will be shown good to snatch your money.

Stayed here 10/9/23. Have to say the reviews on here are super misleading. Not sure how it possibly got to a 3.5 rating. I have stayed in my fair share of low end motels and generally have low expectations but this was by far the most disgusting place I ve ever stayed. I generally have had good experience with Motel 6s and this place gives the chain a horrible name. Specific highlights : Non smoking room smelled terribly like smoke. Toilet almost tipped completely over while I was sitting on it and appeared to only be held in place by several layers of caulk. There was a nice pile of hair in the bed. Tiles in bathroom floor were sinking in to the obviously rotted floor and I half expected the (disgusting) shower to fall right through the ceiling while in it. Roaches everywhere. Sitting chair was disgusting. Cobwebs hanging off the lamp next to bed. Smoke alarm missing - hole in ceiling. Carpet torn up with roaches scurrying in and out.

This place is a dump. We were put in a room with no bathroom door, no shower head, and the handle broken off the sink faucet. There was a dead bug in the bathtub and a live spider. The man at the front desk said he needed to put a handle on for the cold water in the bathtub, which he did. The fridge was old and not working, so he brought in another. But he said there was nothing he could do about the bathroom door. He said the room was being renovated....At least he was courteous and helpful. Don't stay here. Spend the money to stay somewhere better. My husband wanted to book based off the overall rating on Google. I don't know how it's rated so highly. It's truly awful.

Had me looking at sleeping outdoors maybe in this heat wave.Thank you Margaret, Iva and the service friendly focused, manager.for providing a clean room and a warm welcome, at an affordable price.

There were a few bugs and no mini fridge But the price you can get online by booking through a second party It's more than enough reason for me to return for future trips.Food & drinks: There's a waffle House across the parking lot so you won't have to travel through the hectic highways if you're feeling hungry.Noteworthy details: Only like three or four miles from the airport.
