I purchased this vehicles for full asking price thinking they would have done a full inspection on the vehicle. I purchased a 3 year warranty and gap insurance, of which I was told very clearly that any electrical issues would be covered. What they failed to mention was that id have a 500 dollar deductible for any electrical issues. As I left the parking lot within minutes my sensors that detect cars to the left and right of my vehicle popped up on the dashboard as disabled. I called Toyota to schedule an appointment to find the issue with my brand new car. We scheduled an appointment a week out and, to my surprise, the sensors that showed to be disabled suddenly started working again. I was then told an appointment to check the issue was not necessary. Fast forward a year and a half later and the same issue appears. After speaking with them I was blamed for the issue. They do not check the electrical system unless there is an immediate sign that there is an issue. That is not a full inspection. The sales rep was rude and said I should have had it fixed within the 30 days of purchase in order to have it checked for free. This is after I payed full price and was flat out lied to about the warranty and gap insurance covering any electrical issues. These people are deceptive and are just looking to make money. I will continue to spread the word and make posts on every forum possible about the deception the people at this dealership convey. I will rent a billboard as well within the next few weeks near the dealership to warn others of the mistake I made in dealing with these people. I do not like being lied to, especially when I ve asked direct questions about the coverage and was generous to pay full price. Warning to those looking to buy. DO NOT BUY FROM LANDERS TOYOTA. They will lie about doing a full inspection on the vehicle. They did not check the electrical and now I must pay for their deception. I will make posts every day to help spare others.

Dropped off our tacoma we purchased from landers monday. It had an air bag light on from the get go. No clue what's going on its been there 3 days and no one likes to return calls. Each time I call a different service advisor supposedly is dealing with the vehicle and they'll have them call me back. Now FINALLY they're gonna offer me a rental car probably out of my pocket. Hopefully with my extended warranty that includes oil changes for the next 60k miles I can take it to the NLR dealership instead

I had a very good and smooth experience this year when i took my car for annual maintenance and oil change. I called in the day before and booked and appointment. I was also able to use some of the coupons that was mailed to me (as i bought my car from them 2 years back).. and that cut my costs to about $50 for the entire service including synthetic oil change, which would otherwise cost about $106. Also the wait time was not too long. It was about an hour and you have a decent waiting area with coffee and water to hang out or to do your work if u r visiting in the middle of the week. I had an afternoon appointment on a Thursday.

Always such an easy transaction. The staff is very friendly and I have never had to wait for long to have the service done. Highly recommend having your Toyota or any other vehicle taken care of here!

First review I ever took the time to write. Don t get ripped on pricing.Repair was clutch and fly-wheel. I ve had this done before and multiple quotes, plus I am a mechanic myself in a different field so I understand the pricing.First quote $1600, second $1700.Didn t think much when I dropped it off here because there was no wait. I now know why (price gouging). I ll never take it here again. Cost me over $2550 for clutch and flywheel.

The quality of service has drastically changed here. This is the only place I've had my vehicles serviced in the past 10 years. There's a grumpy old lady who should find another job. She's just flat out rude. I was quoted my usual price over the phone when I made my appointment for my oil change. When I got there she told me a price that was almost $30 more. I don't mind paying for good service. However when I asked about the reasoning for the price difference her response was a dry "I don't know." I had other questions and her response was the same. I later returned to the counter to ask a different associate about the price difference. She then wanted to intervene. His reasoning was that the price of oil increased from $6.50 to $7.24. That still doesn't equal $30. Nevertheless I proceeded to get my vehicle serviced. Upon checking out the rude lady told me they suggested additional work. I respectfully declined. Unbeknownst to her I'd recently gotten my vehicle back from repair at Lander's Collision following an accident and all those things were already done. She then told me that I am badly in need of wiper blades. Again I respectfully declined because new ones were JUST put on 3 weeks prior.

You just have to be patient coming to this facility. They are a little busier than normal places but the services they give is great with a very nice lounge.

Service techs keep making glaring ridiculous mistakes. Got charged for tire rotation that security video proved was not done! Asst Mgr gave a free oil change to make up for it. Nbut it's not the first time something like this has happened. Might have to start going to McClarty Toyota in NLR instead, a major inconvenience.

Did my oil change on 11/26 and did not reset my maintenance required light. Had to come all the way back to the dealership from Conway just to get this fixed. My next oil change should be discounted because of this.

They were fantastic. I got my oil changed and tires rotated. I was in and out as promised. Toyota Care great. I checked and their normal oil change price is competitive with my local jiffy lube. Even after my initial 2yrs free service, I will definitely be bringing my Camry back here.

The only good thing was my sales lady Tabatha. Ray from finance manager was not thorough. Threatened to take my car back when the mess up was on their end. Now they messed up again and 6 weeks later I still have no paperwork. Now I am willing to take the car back and get my money back but they won't allow me too. Why when they are screwing me around. I also wanted extra stuff done to my car and I didn't get very far with that. Guess they don't want any more of my money. His name was Justin. Maddie from titles was very rude from the minute she picked up the phone. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE OR SUGGEST TOYOTA! BIGGEST MISTAKE I EVER MADE.

over all i had a wonderful experience ; the saleman great, the person over lic, tag, titles, great the people that answer the phone, great also good coffee ! but there one person who treated me very poorly bad attitude, no patient, very rude , that the person that make you go somewhere else to shop for your next car . That male person whos office i went to to do my finance paperwork. very unprofessional .He took away two star needed to make 5 star

Took my vehicle in for a no start after a snow storm. Thinking maybe bad battery, alternator or starter. They diagnose a charcoal canister repair and stated that was the problem. Repair @ $1,555.00 then come back with with another diagnosis @ $1,450.00 . They are playing a guessing game at my expense. The have been completely uncooperative and rude. Ither I sign on for another repair or tow my vehicle away. They miss diagnosed my vehicle and will not accept responsibility at all.

Had some of the worst customer service and they could care less about the paint job on my car. had to go 4 different times to pick up my car and was not ready horrible customer service . And they tried giving my car back when it wasn't ready and they told me had to deal with the other department bc it was not their fault no accountability at all . I will not be going back there for anything because of the way I was treated terrible

Customer service was horrible! After over an hour of waiting I had to track down a supervisor only to find out that they hadn't even put my vehicle into the computer for service. Will definitely be finding another dealership to deal with
