Beautiful place. Quiet and peaceful right on the lake. Made us feel like family from the minute we got there. No wifi but lines being install next week. Will definitely be back.

Easy access. Really liked the spot. Priced right.Restrooms: Yes..they are there but shower was very chilly.

We were having problems with our camper tires and had to find an immediate place to stay. The lady who runs this place (possibly the owner) was fantastic. Luckily she answered the phone because it was after hours (9:10pm). She treated us like family and was very accommodating. This is a very nice place and has mostly semi-permanent sites. We would DEFINITELY stay here again. BTW full service, weak wi-fi though. 2022 price was $25. Not bad at all. I m picky if I could give it more stars I would.

Very quite and pleasant place. Lake view is simply awesome. This is our Frist RV trip .Martha is very welcoming and helpful. Made us very comfortable. Highly recommend this place.

Stayed here in Dec 2021. Great place to stay if in the area. The owners are great, very friendly and helpful. While we were there a storm came through and some of the long termers that were not there, had debris in their yard and the owners cleaned up for them since they were not there. I really liked seeing that. The owners take pride in their property and they have a great lake view.

Most of the folks in this park are annual residents but a few sites are available for short-timers. The owner is named Martha and she is incredibly kind! Somehow we missed her at check-in but a wonderful resident named Laura saved the day. Laura showed us several available sites and we ended up staying in #62 for 4 days. The pull-through full hookup site was mostly level and very comfortable. We spoke to a few residents and everyone was very welcoming. Excellent access to Lake Chicot and there is also a large dock for guests to use. Bathroom & showers were clean but the lighting was a little dim. We did not use the laundry. Lake Chicot State Park is less than a mile away and definitely worth checking out. They give $10.00 boat tours on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. So much fun! Ask for information on the levee tour as well.

We stayed here about a year ago. Staff was excellent. Martha goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. We will be coming back in afew weeks to stay for a year. Beautiful right on the lake.

Owner was just lovely and kind. Nice spot close to the water. Quite place most other spots are a yearly so they are sitting vacant. Some truly live their. But so kind and a quiet place to go.

Beautiful and peaceful. Lots of Happy retirees, a community really. Quiet and safe for someone like me to rest from my travels. The manager was helpful and welcoming.

Feels like being at home. Everyone was so helpful and sweet. As private as u want it to be or enjoy a meal with the owners and annual guests. Felt like life long friends were welcoming me back

Absolutely love this park and the people. The owner is super sweet. This is our lake "home" away from home. Very well maintained and safe. Beautiful lake.
