My experience today was awesome. They went above and beyond helping us find a repair shop and ordered the part needed for delivery same-day. They have always been the best repair parts supplier for us!

Long wait for assistance and to check out, often due to salesperson taking a phone call to completion instead of taking info to return the call and leaving the customer who is in front of them and has been standing in line waiting. FRUSTRATING!The sales people are knowledgeable and once you have their attention they follow through until the sale is made.Free use of many tools and for simple things the salesperson will assist.Lowest or equal price guarantee...they'll match competitor pricing.

Great knowledgeable service with a smile!!! BUT... I ve been in this store several times over the past few months. Every time I come in I m so thirsty and there s nothing to drink. I would buy at least 2 drinks every time I walk in if y all would just add a small cooler or machine even. Your competition has a cooler. Please. Purdy please:)Update: they now have a small cooler near the front door, full of cold drinks!!

Went to the Hot Springs Village store on Sunday early afternoon Feb 16 with a dead motorcycle battery. The Asst Manager, shoot I can't remember his name, young bearded fella, was top notch! Got me the right battery, and, when he saw I was fumbling around trying to install it in my bike, he came out and installed himself in a couple minutes. Great guys, great service, always open, always helpful! As I get older I really appreciate this kind of helpfulness. I hope these guys are paid what they are worth!!!

I've only used this store a few times, but will definitely be going back. The knowledgable staff are very helpful in making sure you get the proper parts you need for your vehicle. If the part isn't available, they'll get it promptly delivered to the store for you.

Great group of guys...was in on 3/4/18 with my vehicle. They plugged in their computer and diagnosed the issue...I was also able to buy the necessary parts...get new wiper blades and purchase some brake and power steering fluid. I was really impressed with their knowledge, customer service and helpful attitudes. My go to parts store now!!!

Stays real cold inside. Staff keep the store real neat but they will follow you sometimes. Also very helpful when finding what you need and will explain what you need to know about the part your looking for

Check the part your self before you leave the store. Woman at counter looked at it before she sold it to me and said it was good. I looked at it as I was going out the door and saw it was scuffed up and dirty. They willingly tried to sell me a used part.

4 people standing in the store waiting to be waited on 1 person behind the counter working phone is ringing off the hook and 2 people supposed to be working just standing in the aisles just visiting with each other not stocking and not helping the group of people in store needing help. And every time I go in here they say sorry we don't have what you need till I pull it up online and give them their own part number.

I have been using this Oreillys location for years and have only had one unpleasant visit but I wasn't the customer I was with a coworker whom wasn't treated well. They always have or can get what I need in a timely manner.

Unknowledgeable staff. They are the direct cause of internet memes here.....are those wiper blades for 2 or 4wd?? The store is usually stocked well and clean. It's best to go in with your own part numbers though.

really great staff, helpful, dedicated and always ready to assist. sure.. it is part of a chain and as such there are generally ups and downs, but fact is, this one really is different... nicer ppl, really cool place

Called the number guy says oreilys I asked is the one in the village he said nope and hung up called back 3 more times before another guy answered and it definitely was the one in the village poor attitude guy trying to figure out how to let the manager know
