Wanted to leave a positive review for this company, even though we had a less than perfect experience. As our car was being loaded onto the flatbed, the driver lightly damaged our vehicle. I watched it happen, and it was an honest mistake that could have happened to any towing company (our car is admittedly a little high-maintenance when it comes to being towed).Luckily, after speaking with the owner, she immediately committed to making it right and had a positive attitude through the whole process. A lot of businesses would have brushed us off, but these guys showed a lot of integrity by being so willing to work with us to get the car repaired. Our baby is now back to new, and I wouldn't hesitate to use this towing service again!

This place is a joke. First of all, it's not even in town. You have to drive down some hill have eyes road to get to the place given that the gravel road is not washed out. There is no official office so you have to call when you get there to have some rude old man come out and overcharge you. And worst of all, this is where the city sends towed cars. You would think they would want some a little more user friendly.

Very professional company , needed a 2011 Peterbilt moved and the truck operators knew exactly how to hook my truck up and tow it safely and without damaging anything further, would and will recommend this company for any future towing needs.

Well my key was stuck in my ignition and my car battery was dead and so my key was locked in the car because my key fob won't work and I called and Steven came out and unlocked my car and jumped the car and showed me how to get my key out. I would highly recommend this place they are awesome and I've also used them for towing and they are always there quick always nice courteous and I do the job great. Thank you all very much. They were very quick to respond. The man went above and beyond to fix our truck, not tow it, right then and there on the corner of Central and Grand at 8:30 pm. Had a time limit of 9, because that's when Auto zone closes. This dude got me the part first then just fixed my truck on the side of the road in under an hour. Very reasonable prices and excellent service

I had the misfortunate to come out of an lengthy doctor's appointment on yesterday afternoon to a flat tire on my car. They were prompt in their response time and were able to repair my tire enough for me to get to the local tire shop before they closed for the day. I can't thank them enough. I would highly recommend them, and if I find myself in a similar predicament, I will definitely use them again.Service: Tire change

Of course, we had a flat while on vacation. It was Sunday night. A1 called within minutes of my insurance company's on-line service request. Flat tire was plugged quickly and help recommended a local tire shop for a more permanent repair. Perfect solution to a traveler's worst nightmare!Service: Tire changeService: Tire change

Quick, easy and inexpensive. Called for tow truck to have car picked up and taken to local mechanic. Tow truck arrived prior to specified time given. Dropped off to mechanic. Called me back to confirm vehicle at repair shop. Further, text sent from tow truck owner thanking me. $40 is the least amount i have ever spent on a tow. In summation, biggest bang for my buck along with Excellent customer service, friendly. If in need of a tow truck give A1 Towing a call.Service: Car towing

My car died in the middle of Albert Pike. Called A1 Turner Towing and in no time my son and I were on our way home. The driver that showed up, Richard, was wonderful. He was extremely professional, knowledgable and he was kind and patient with my autistic son . Definitely a great combination in a stressful situation. Truck broke down at 11:30 PM on Central Avenue. Called A-1 Turner Towing. Service was fast and professional! Very curious and got my truck home and didn't rob me in the process! Will definitely call again if needed.

Very professional! Did a great job loading and did more than he had to by waiting around at my destination until my trailer he towed was fixed! Recommend this company to everyone in need of a tow.

I called A1 Towing because the towing rate was the lowest, but when Steve arrived and as he was hooking up the car, he asked what was wrong. I told him the car wouldn't start and it was either the ignition switch, the anti theft key with a chip, or a starter. He quickly identified the problem as the starter and said it was an easy job and he could fix it in an hour. (Note: the book rate for a starter replacement on this NorthStar engine is 8-10 hours.) I was surprised to hear that he could do it so quickly. We called O'Reilly and they had a starter in stock and within an hour and a half, which included a trip to pick up the part, he was done. The car started right up and Steve had saved me a few hundred dollars. It is an amazing story and I tell it to everyone. Thank you Steve,

Never have had a car towed by them but I did work for them and they are great ppl love helping in any way and will treat you right probably the best towing company Ik on top of that so if u need a tow call turner towing

Honestley this is pertty but this company stole my moped my gf wreked the moped this companey recovered it then told me they did not recover it come to find out it was in his back yard the entire time and his son was driving it around i then reported it stolen because one week after the incident i seen someone driving it around and then again thre weeks after then akso today wich i confronted the person driving it and first lied that it was sitting for a year then then admitted it was sitting for two months on top of that it was the towing companys son wich live three houses from me and the tells me i owe 1900 for it back and that he sold it to his son for 100 im contacting the towing board to have it resoveld he states that he ran an add in the paper thank god for the internet come to find out he didnt i have phone records that i called the company he says i didnt but again proof that i did the police cant help until i go through the red tape but crooks like this cant walk away like that the towing company lied and stored the vehical in there back yard wich again three house down from and also proceeded to use my vehical the entire time of haveing and to top it off drove by my house to spite me after all of this i had no idea where it was i did not give consent to sell i have reciepts and title to the vehical this is not right and this company is a crook
