All I gotta say is don't work here what so ever they do not pay their employees or cleaning crew and overall don't fix damages that occur in rooms and from behind the building and there is a man who doesn't work there that hangs around the office and access your rooms without permission

We stayed with our RV one night, only because it was advertised as right off the highway and we could pull through with the car we were towing. We arrived at dark due to traffic. There were 3 spots left, and only 1 had working electricity which was awkward driving around in the dark and mud trying to find working hook-ups. It appears that most of the RV people live here on a full time basis. Many of the spots looked nasty. I question the authenticity of some reviews. Maybe 10 years ago this place had beautiful grounds and a pool. But now the pool is empty and an awful eyesore. We would never stay here again or recommend it even for one night.

I've been traveling all around the country for years and I got to say this is the worst motel I have ever stayed in I'm uploading some photos the cartons are falling down bunched up don't even cover the window somebody has tried to use Scotch tape to tape them on one side there are exposed electrical wires in the bathroom ceiling I feel like they put me in this horrific room simply because I am here with my service dog. They also illegally charged me for my service dog to stay here. When I first saw this room I did ask for a different room and I was told they cannot change rooms and they do not issue refunds.Live electrical wires hanging out of the bathroom ceiling no light in the bathroom shower curtain is not even attached it is just resting on the tiles fell and hit me directly on the top of my head.

Inexpensive place to stay if in the area, full hookups only $25/night. Front desk people are nice and helpful. It is close to I30 so road noise is noticeable, the entrance is not well marked at night. Best to find and setup during the day. There are several locals that live here full time, view is only of the highway, so plan do something away from the RV park. The Clinton Home, the Confederate State Capitol in Washington is only a few miles away.

Stopped overnight in a 40 ft motorhome. 50 amp and full hookups. Concrete pad pull thrus so we didnt have to unhook the car. Nothing special but only $20. Easy on and off I-30. No complaints here.

Is not bad at all!...it may need some flowers to make the place more happy not all regular normal place the pool is shut down the Landry room machine suck so u better off going to the one on by the shopping center.....i think the hotel gives it a bad feeling about staying here by the look of the hotel. trust me you will be okay with it of u are not to picky ... pricing... is right by the highway. Is not to far from KFC, Wal-Mart ,mc DS,waffle house, taco bell, amigo Juan ,dollar tree a 24hrs washeria and lots more..I like it...there's a 24 shell gas station right beside it so if u need something quick n small u can just walk...Is a good spot to stay in if u in town for the day or for the week....is dog friendly good ppl...I will post pics ..me n my husband travel a lot due to his job and I have 2 baby's with me and well I'm the one looking for a rv park to stay I've moved from some that I didn't like so far I've been here 3 weeks haven't moved..

Okay for a quick stay over night. Concrete pads but very small sites. Full water, 50 amp electric and sewer hook ups. No cable TV or internet. Convenient and close to the highway.

Run down dump , crack house, and typical smell in lobby (wreaks of incense ). Wouldn't change rate from weekly to monthly when we found out we had to stay longer... some BS about taxes.

Not a safe or family friendly environment. We reserved a spot online and upon our arrival there was no suitable space for our RV. As we tried to figure out if we could squeeze in a smaller space we heard people outside screaming profanities, not to mention we also heard what sounded like gun shots nearby. Park would not refund any of our reserved 7 day stay. Landed up sleeping in a Walmart parking lot.UPDATE: RoverPass, the service that processes reservation payments for this RV park, worked with Hope Village Inn and refunded our reservation in full.

The first rv spot we tried, the electric didn t work. Google Maps indicated there were restrooms and laundry facilities, but I don t see them. The place looks rather unkempt.

For some it may not look that great but very nice and polite people, you can empty your RV tanks in half what other places charge very convenient.

Electric and water worked, concrete slabs that were level, we stayed one night in a motorhome and if absolutely necessary would stay again while traveling through and couldn't find another RV Park

Sweet clerk's but the pull throughs that were open all had bad 30 amp connections and we're super soggy muddy, we got our money back and had to drive on.
