I was greeted when I came in. Also asked if she could help me find something and I said yes since I had never been there before. Someone helped me find what I needed and everyone was friendly.

I always enjoy going into this store because they do not mind your dog coming in with you. There is a wash station in the back and regularly on Saturdays they host a vet for a quick "care day" for you animal. The customer service is always a plus.

I love this place. The staff is so friendly and willing to help when you need it. We were looking at training collars for my dogs when the gentleman helping us made me laugh so hard when he ask my husband if I wanted the collar for him. Great attitude. I would recommend this store to everyone

Prices are a little higher than local farm supply stores. But they have a great selection. Stores are clean and the employees are always willing to help.

Picked up a new Generac electric start power washer today. I purchased it on line at Tractor Supply. I was having trouble getting it put together.I went into Customer Service counter. They had the best help available. Crystal came out to the truck and assembled it. Eric also helped. In just a few minutes all was well.Anytime I need a power tool, that is my place to go.

The place was filthy, customer service was terrible, seen five employees all standing together, they all seen me and not one word was said to me from any of them. They watched me as I searched to find what I went there for and one offered any assistance to me. I had to approach them and ask for help. They need a customer service overhaul

TSC has items that you can mostly only find here. Prices are good on most items but their quality is better than most stores.

Heber badly needed a place like this, especially on Sundays and Saturday afternoon. They have a wide selection of products, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Alycia and Jamie were especially helpful.

Staff were helpful in helping me find my shopping needs. Also, the dog bathing station was immaculate and totally outfitted. Makes washing an Aussie Shepherd so easy!

Brought a load of T post in was almost unloaded when the guy on the fork left came up to my truck and told me I couldnt sit in my truck why wasn't I told this before you started unloading me not after
