Brought my truck in here, Mike was very helpful as was anyone else I talked to. Full rebuild with extras, no problems at all. Had an exhaust leak after rebuild that they fixed when I came in for checkup. Excellent customer service!!! Thanks guys! (Don t listen to these negative reviews, Superior is very easy to work with if you just let them know your problem)

I used to work at this shop, but about a month ago my transmission in my 05 ram 1500 decided to go out. I was starting to realize how expensive it would be considering the fact that drive and reverse were completely out. I didn t have time to rebuild it myself, so I called my friend Kaleb to see when I could get it taken care of. Not only it was a great price, but they overachieved my expectations. It shifts excellent and everything works like it should. I couldn t be more satisfied considering that I run a mobile mechanic service. Kaleb and Travis both did an outstanding job on giving me a quality product, and I would be willing to recommend them on any mechanical work that I can t get to.

I ve had my car looked at by three different shops in town and Superior was the only one who gave me noticeable results for a much better price. I was charged 2K at another shop for a job they estimated would take about $750. Every time I ve brought my car in, they ve been extremely thorough and always willing to work with me on my priorities and payments!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Auto brake repair, Brakes, Auto interior vacuuming, Oil change

Excellent service. Had my Tahoe towed to their shop and repaired the same day. Even helped me get financing to cover the cost with zero interest rates. I highly recommend them. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Took my expedition in for a fuel pump. When it took it in everything worked. When I got it back I didn't have my automatic locks or radio. Upon looking at my fuse panel they Jerry rigged the relay system. I will never be coming back

I recently went in for brakes and to have my rotors turned, they called me to talk to me about my transmission jumping. I appreciated them calling me and talking to me about it. I have the go ahead to fix it. A $100+ part is so much cheaper then a potential transmission rebuild. They had everything done in such a timely manner. They were pretty easy on the pocketbook considering all I had done. I will absolutely recommend them and will be going back for any of my vehicles needs!

Untimely. Not reliable. Had front bumper damage fixed. Took much longer than promised. Hard to reach on the phone. Failed to meet ALL promised time lines along the way from ordering parts, getting estimate done to finishing the job on my car. The job took more money than originally stated and even tried to go over the estimate they gave the insurance company but failed to include an overall paint job in the estimate so they just did patch and blend work. Now states for 1000.00 more I can get a full paint job. Should have been included in fixing the damaged car if it was going to be needed. Will not go back. The reason I'm giving it two stars is because I took my daughter's car to them to install a hard to install battery and the technician was awesome in his effort and knowledge and didn't charge me anything! So that was beyond expectations. As far as my car was concerned, the only expectation that was met is that it still drives well. Oh and I got it back missing my windshield wiper that was "broke so they had to remove it." Kinda thought that was why my car was there to begin with

After one year of my truck dieseling and rattling, $100s spent on engine remedies and no change, Mike identified the problem in 5 minutes... torque converter and broken motor mount. He rebuilt the transnmission and then did the motor mount and changed transmission lines at no extra charge. No noise and still working great for last two years!

We had them rebuild our transmission but they neglected to change the seals, or add the correct amount of fluid. They were also supposed to replace motor mounts which they charged us for, and later we found out they did not replace them. We ve had nothing but trouble since taking our vehicle to their shop numerous times for them to fix their original mistakes and neglect. And just after a year of our supposedly rebuilt transmission, the transmission went out again leaving us stranded on the side of a road for hours. I would NOT recommend Superior Transmission and Auto at all.

This is the best transmission shop I have ever dealt with! The owner and staff are friendly and professional! Not to mention how fast they repaird my vehicle. The prices are more than reasonable. I highly recommend this business!

Superior rebuilt a transmission in my race car that another company messed up by installing the wrong parts in it.. I dropped it off on a Monday the owner quoted me a price and said should be ready Thursday afternoon.. they called first thing Wednesday morning said it was ready and it was $75 less than the quoted price because he found one of the parts cheaper.. very honest for letting me know because I was all ready planned on paying the orginal price.. I've been severely times since then they do much more than just transmissions...

I will never take anything of mine for them to work on I paid 452 dollars for a new fuel pump and it was still messing up and I took it back they said bad battery so I changed the battery and they said my spark plugs needed changed... they said it would be a week before they got to it .. that was fine until it didn't start and was bubbling from the gas tank again... then I called them he got rude with me and said bring it back up there and they would put my old fuel pump back on and refund me and me not come back... awful place
