These guys are fantastic, great customer service, very kind and helpful! Helped me get my tire fixed and back on the road and then I was blown away by the incredible price they charged me... Only 5 stars because 10 is not an option!!!!Thanks- Tesla guy

Amazing company !!! Amazing people !!! I m an older woman who is not from Heber Springs, so I don t have family and friends who live here. I was in a big jam and needed help with my vehicle and I was surprised and impressed by their service and assistance. The boss is a young woman and as a woman I felt I was dealing with a company that wasn t going to take advantage of me just to get my money. I would highly recommend North Arkansas Tire Center. They are now the place I m going for tires , oil changes, brake repairs and maintenance. Thank you

They removed my flat tire & repaired it, put it back on, in like 45 minutes. Them young men work very fast. Only cost me twenty dollars and was back on the road in under an hour.

Great place for repairs, no matter what repair,Office is quick to answer the calls and book your repairs. Shop behind front building has best Vehicle Maintenance Man in town, but if Randy isn't doing your work have him check it.Good tire prices

I had a horrible experience today and the ladies at the front office argued with me about the parts that I know that I had replaced on my truck today and in front of other customers as well and they were both very unprofessional and the technicians need to be certified so that they actually know what to look for that has been replaced or not. I am very dissatisfied with their service today and will probably not ever go back to their establishment again not with this kind of service.

Repairs I paid for but wasn't done I tried to tell them I could prove it right now but they run me off the parking lot they lied to me about taking the things off to get you the plugs I took them off they have never been took off bottom line they lied

My husband works here, but besides that,....it's a great place to go if u need tires and DNT have alot of extra money, they won't let u walk out without help. They dnt ever have a prob workin with u.

Used to be the best place in town ! Hired new people that take advantage of people! Had my oil changed there went to change my oil the other day! Oil pan bolt so tight can t undo it and it s stripped. Took my wife s car and get new tires and they changed your oil that was at 30% without asking! Changed our back brakes without asking! And charges us for it. Call the owner he was supposed to get back to me! 3 weeks ago and still not heard nothing! Will not be back until they fire few people and Apologize!

"If your really man enough then come by the shop" is what they told a customer who had a problem with his service and wanted a refund. That doesn't sound too professional to a customer now does it? It's sad that someone who is controlling Facebook messages within this shop isn't able to resolve a problem in an adult manner.

This is such a friendly place! If there is a woman out there reading this who s having anxiety over their vehicle, this is the place to go. You can count on them to fix your problems for a fair price. They were able to work something out with me for my tire needs recently and I highly recommend North Arkansas Tire Company.

Would leave 0 stars but that s not an option. I called this establishment in order to acquire some assistance with a vehicle I had. My car needed some lug nuts replaced because they were locked and I had no key. So I inquired if they could assist me with this matter. I told them if they could send someone out at 1pm. They sent someone earlier removed only 1 tire, and then left it beside the car. Then when I called back to inquire how much it d cost for the service, I was charged $72 for only one tire removal and for sending someone over to my house. Which is barely or not even 1 minute away from the establishment. Then the receptionist had the audacity to make me wait to overcharge me for a service that wasn t even met properly. Then had the audacity to promote their business card and informed me to call them to help with future instances. They couldn t even listen to proper instructions why would I ever want to do business with them again. Terrible service and outrageously crooked prices!

IM from out of town so you can imagine that i would be a bit apprehensive. Bu the people and service i received was second to none. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND NORTHERN ARKANSAS TIRE!

Very rude woman at the front desk. I just left after standing at the front desk for several minutes. The lady there never acknowledged my presence and kept on with what she was doing, even had time to converse with another employee. Only after I turned to leave did she tell me that she would be right with me.

I had heard from a lube tech that my steering rack was bad so I took it down to North Arkansas Tire s front end mechanic. Anthony checked it out in detail and explained to me what he was doing as he was doing it. Turns out that nothing was wrong.I would definitely recommend this place for tires or any other service that they provide.Thanks North Arkansas Tire!

They came out to the farm and changed a flat on my Tractor. Service was prompt, reasonably priced. The Man that came out to change the flat was very pleasant

Great customer service and quick service! Had a flat and rolled up at 4:52 pm Connor had my tire patched up in no time and was very friendly and helpful even though it was so close to closing time. Thanks!

Will rip you off if they can and if you want tires go to extreme treads if you need mechanic work go anywhere else they won t stand behind there work but will gladly charge you to work on it every time until it s right and if you bring your own tires they will charge you $80 to mount 4 tires and not lose any sleep about it...
