Friend had an rv problem, called jmsb and he walked me through fixing the problem. Clearly above and beyond the call. Great to see excellent customer service. Will be calling again when my rv breaks!

This is a great mom & pop rv store and mobile repair. They are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. The store has a great variety of goods and repair parts. Be patient, they are good, therefore very busy. They always work you in and are very helpful.

We were blessed to be connected with Marcus and Michelle. On our way to Batesville, AR from Millington, TN, we had an incident with one of our air conditioners requiring a complete removal and replacement. It was a Friday and about noon. Our campground gave us Marcus' number and we called, surely expecting to be told that we would not be able to be seen for a few days, then an a/c unit would have to be ordered and so on. But, we called as we didn't have many options.Michelle answered our call, took our information as to our problem. She asked for the a/c unit specifics which I didn't immediately have. I asked when the soonest Marcus could come see us and she said she would call him, as he was out on another job.I gathered the info Michelle had asked for and called her back. She said she had talked to Marcus and he said if he had an a/c in stock, he could do it today. But, that would depend on the information I had just gave to Michelle. Michelle said now that they had the info, she and Marcus would see if they had an a/c that would fit and call back. The only option to get it done this day though, if they had one, was to bring the trailer to their shop. She would call back as soon as she knew if she had one or not.About 45 minutes later, Michelle called. Marcus had made it back to the shop and they had an a/c for us. She gave us their address and we drove to their shop. 45 minutes later, we were on our way back to Batesville with a brand new a/c unit.Thanks to you both, Michelle for communicating with us and getting us there, and to Marcus for a fine job in replacing the a/c unit. You salvaged our vacation.Oh, one thing I failed to mention. When I first called, Michelle gave me the number to another RV Repair Tech in the area in the event that they would not be able to help. Hard to find quality and customer concerned businesses these days who puts the customers needs first.Thanks Barnett's. You're the best.Service: Air conditioning

Y all! This guy is AMAZING! I called him on Saturday even though it said closed praying he d answer - & he did! Not only that but he was able to talk me through my dilemma (replacing thermostat in 100 degree weather) over the phone! He helped me so so much, and was very friendly. Definitely use him! Kindest guy, and very VERY HELPFUL!!Service: Electrical

I DO NOT recommend these rv repair services. My A.C went out on the 3 of July and I call to see about getting them to come out to fix it.. And he told me it would be later on in the week. So I text on the 5 of July just to make sure. And I asked do you know if you will be able to be out. And he Text me back and said probably not it will be Friday. So I text on 6 of July & ask Just checking to make sure if you're going to be able to come out tomorrow. And I got no response. So I called at 6:30pm And this guy gets ignored. Needless to say, I will not ever use them again and I DO NOT!! recommend this company.

This should be your FIRST CALL for rv service.They walked me over the phone through a temporary fix to get my rv water heater working on a weekend day while I was on the first day of a stay in a National Park. Made my girlfriend happy, and that made me VERY happy! I pick up new part from them Monday.SUPERB customer service!Service: Electrical

Marcus is great! My slideout wasn t working at campground and I called him. I had never used him before but he showed up within an hour, had my camper fixed, and charged a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him!

Wish I could recommend this company but won't. Had one brake shoe lock up on 5th wheel and my insurance company contacted him. He said he was on the road and was close by and would stop. He checked to see if the emergency brake cable was connected. Billing said he jacked up trailer and inspected. I put the hydraulic jacks down after I put water on the wheel. Tire spun freely so I asked him to follow me to a station(8 miles away)in case I had an issue. I just think $150 is too much for following me and his ticket wasn't accurate.

Arrived to campsite late on Friday night. Air was completely out called and he was there within 45mins of call and had new AC unit installed within an hour. He was very professional and would definitely use him again.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

Was at Heber Springs park and had a few problems with my camper Marcus was promt when he said he would be there and fixed my problem in no time Pricing was fair and he explained what he was doing and gave me some tips on my camper. Without a doubt if I have any problems in the future I will call on him.

I had two separate repairs done to my RV while I was visiting Heber Springs and I was happy with both not only the quality but the cost. I believe that if I needed something else done it would be worth my while to travel from Memphis to Heber Springs to have it done.

When I arrived there was an open sign turned on I got out of my vehicle completely walk to the door and it was locked and nobody was working LOL. Now if I'm from this area I probably would know where this guy was that but since I'm not I wasn't able to get service I needed.
