Hayden was very helpful throughout our buying experience. He was able to secure us the price that was a little over our budget but still workable. The employees were willing to stay late to finalize the paperwork. We traveled 86 miles to this dealer because they had the exact truck I was interested in. It was great when I purchased my 2020 F-150 new. No problems, but I just purchased a 2023 F- 150 and they messed up the paperwork. I have made contact with them several times by phone and in person. They have yet to resolve this issue and don't have the respect to even return a phone call to update anything with you.

Jennifer Turley is AWESOME!!! We were looking for a 2023 Expedition 4x4 Max either a Platinum or King Ranch and Heartland Ford happened to have a King Ranch, our trade was a 2022 Expedition 4x4 Limited, nothing wrong with it, my wife and I just wanted the Max and better equipped. So when we call, we got Jennifer, and we were so fortunate to get her. From the very beginning she did everything she could to get us the deal we wanted, and believe me I beat her up pretty good and she took it like a champ... lol. Now we got the car we wanted and Jennifer has a customer for life. She is exactly the type of person you want to do business with. I recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a new vehicle and AWESOME customer service. I can not say enough great things about Jennifer. I honestly believe that people can make or break a company, Jennifer is one of those people that can make a business successful. Jennifer, thank you so much for getting us in the car that we were looking for and making my wife very happy. My experience is with the service department.We have a 2005 Ford 500 that developed a miss in the engine. I made arrangements to have the service dept diagnose the problem and it turned out to be an ignition pack on 1 of the cylinders. So I followed the service writer's recommendation and had a complete tune-up done. $723.00 later, I picked the car up and on my way home it started missing again. I called and was told to bring it back, which I did and it was a minor issue that the technician fixed right away. Afterwards I was advised that it would be a good idea to replace the EGR valve, so I made another appointment for that. It was well over $300.00 for that job.The next day Afterwards, my wife got in her car to run some errands and told me the "brake fluid level" light was on in the dash. I raised the hood and the brake master cylinder was nearly empty. I filled it up and really didn't think much about it until yesterday my wife said that the light was on again, and this time I looked under the car and could see where fluid had been leaking on the driveway. So I filled the reservoir back up and left it to sit overnight. So this morning, the brake fluid reservoir was only half full. I filled it back up and called Heartland Ford back, the were able to look at the car this afternoon.Now I had already found the source of the leak and it was the plastic brake fluid reservoir. So I was able to save the service Mgr some time there.Now here's my problem....the car has been in their service department 2 separate times and both times the technician was working in the vicinity of the brake master cylinder, and the service Mgr wouldn't even entertain the possibility that one of the technicians could have bumped the master cylinder causing the leak. However, for $578 they were going to be happy to install a new one. Needless to, that's not happening. Disappointed doesn't begin to describe how I feel about this situation, however, regrettably Heartland Ford will not be getting any more of our business

This was our first appointment with Heartland Ford/Quick Lane for service on our vehicle. Once we figured out where we needed to be, the service was quick, friendly and professional. They were able to pull up our Ford Pass information and connect to their systems. Once the vehicle was ready, we were given a high-level summary of what was found, and we were on our way. Thank you for taking care of our vehicle!

We just bought a new mustang for my wife at heartland and the staff at this dealer was super helpful and they made it so easy to get what we wanted .go see triston hill and the sales manager.also the finance manager was super awesome .thanks heartland ford will definitely be coming back

Okay, I'm going to update this review. The sales team helped me out as best as they could. It did take a while to get the paperwork to get my tags. However, the service department is mainly with this complaints about how can you go and say you're doing a service but don't even check an air filter and then on top of that missed two fuel leaks. Do not recommend going to them for services.

Posted an Expedition online, so I contacted internet sales. Drove up by appointment only to be told that they were going to add $1000 to run the vehicle through inspection. After driving the vehicle, informed them that I didn t feel good about my wife taking it with a screw that we found in the tire. Salesman was not concerned and never offered to repair if we purchased. Only told me that that would be included in the $1000 add on inspection. We worked on a deal, but after all of this I felt that my business was not important to these guys, so we walked away as the sales manager then started to ask what can we do? I have purchased a lot of vehicles and have never felt so low as a customer. My business was obviously not important to them.

She got me approved with no hassle in just a few hours! And as if that wasn t enough she personally delivered my new vehicle to my door that very afternoon! I never had to step foot on the lot!!! If I hadn't been in a hurry and could have waited for them to locate me a ride I would have waited and used Heartland. Friendly. Helpful. No adding to the bottom line, fair trade in prices without haggling. And wonderful maintenance incentive!

We had a great experience buying a truck from Ryan. He had handled all the details before we got there and even had the truck we wanted delivered from another dealer! Less than two hours and we were out the door in the exact vehicle we wanted. The finance process was also streamlined and extremely expedient and easy to navigate. Nothing negative to say about the experience at all.

Randy Qualls in finance was awesome! And The sales manager Tex Holmes did an excellent job! At Heartland Ford, they made the whole process easy and worked hard for me. 10/10

We took our Ford F-350 to Heartland for some repairs and they were amazing! They loaned us a Bronco when it was clear they needed to keep the truck. They found an additional issue and were able to get all the work done when they told us it would be done. We were so happy that we took our truck to Heartland for service. Tara and her team do great work!

Do not use them, absolute scam. I was charged 2000 dollars for brakes and an abs censor i barely make more than minimum wage they fixed it in a few hours and charged me 500 dollars in labor!!!!! All because i was changing my brakes and decided to take it in due to not having the correct tools, they replaced the abs censor and didnt even change the brakes right and when i left the car was extemely unsafe to drive. After taking it to a mechanic i trust we realized that while it was parked it magically had the rear hub assembly destroyed and i have a 8 month old son i have to care for and drive with. In addition to my car being more messed up they disconnected my battery cable while they waited for me to come up with the 2grand and nobody knew how to put it back on!!! This place takes advantage of good people and doesnt care about the working man or children i wish i could warn everyone in this good town

Had a great experience with everyone at Heartland Ford. Not a negative comment from me. Best deal I could find and I checked other dealers plus I got to buy local. From sales, finance and service department, everything was top notch. They went out of their way to accommodate me. Highly recommend!

This is a dealership is a great place to buy a vehicle from cause Jerald( salesman) took care of my wife and I. They found the truck I wanted and offered to even have it delivered to me. Payment was a little higher than I wanted but the experience was good. The only " bad " thing was the time it took to get the deal done but at least they took their time to make sure we were taken care of. Buying a vehicle is a commitment and it should take some time. Will recommend them to anyone.
