I'm a tow truck operator from the Jackson Mississippi area. I was delivering a Jeep for a customer. Everyone there was very polite, nice and friendly. Which was great considering it was 100 with a heat index of 107. Its kinda expected to be at least a little cranky in a mechanics shop. But none of them were. I will definitely recommend them if ever near the area again
