I am very pleased with the work I have needed done. They change my oil and filter when needed. I buy my tires here and also rotate tires. They have fixed a flat for me also.I need to know that II can trust what is needed for my car; that the cost of work is a fair charge for service; and that I can ask for advice. I have found all of these atHowell's.

Came here while visiting my parents in Langley. My car had started smoking out of the blue on my way to town and it appeared to be an oil filter issue.These guys were kind enough to not only check my oil and car on the spot but they gave me a whole bottle of synthetic oil AND changed my oil filter and add more oil FOR FREE!I cannot express my gratitude enough for these guys I thought something worse was wrong with my car and wouldn t make it back home to Dallas. Thank you SO MUCH!!! Y all are a lifesaver!!!Service: Oil change

We got banned from this location this morning because the lady at the front was extremely rude, unknowledgeable, and belittling (yet again). When asking nicely to speak to someone who wasn't absolutely mean, we were told to leave and never come back. After years of business. I highly recommend if you like being talked to like a human being, don't go to Howell's Muffler and Auto. Or at least if you're feeling disrespected by the service just don't ask to speak to anyone else or you run the risk of being banned.Service: Tires

The service was impeccable and the staff was super friendly. I felt like they took extra steps to resolve my problem without trying to price gouge me. I was stunned at how affordable they made it I would recommend them to anybody.

I had a bad tire, but I wasn't sure which one it was. They took the time to put my car up on the rack to check all of them to make sure they fixed the right tire. I sure appreciated that!

Very helpful. We were visiting and got a flat. They fixed our tire quickly and we have had no trouble at all.
