I am extremely disappointed in the service provided by Brent during my recent interaction. In my 28 years of professional driving, I have never encountered such a experience.Brent would assure me that the repairs on my truck would be completed within a specified timeframe, for example by the next morning or in the next 5-6 hours. The repeated setbacks and misinformation severely disrupted my schedule and my phone calls would go unanswered. Because I was not receiving answers to my calls I decided to pay the shop a visit. Brent claimed to be actively working on my truck on multiple occasions when in reality the truck had not been moved from its original position. During my visit, Brent mentioned that his family, including children and wife, resides on the premises and conveyed an aggressive, unwelcoming, and rude attitude, stating that I was not allowed on the lot. It raises the question of why a business is operated from a residential property if customer access is restricted.During the repair process, I decided to stay in my truck as I did not trust work was being done and I could not afford another week staying in a motel. The parts added to my truck during the repair turned out to be subpar quality. This required the replacement of said parts after arriving home, furthering the inconvenience caused by the initial repairs. Adding to the overall dissatisfaction, I observed that the seat of my truck was left in a dirty state after the repairs.

Called and asked for roadside assistance to replace a leaf spring mounting bolt. Got quote and been asked to wait for around two hours. Great shop. Original call was for road service. Brent came out within the time frame he quoted. Checked out the truck told me it needed major repairs and he couldn t do the job on the side of the road. Arranged for a tow truck promptly. When I got to his shop he repaired it and returned the truck. Within the estimated time he gave me. Went out with me on a test drive of the truck and even called to check on me after I left his shop. Excellent customer service and quality of work was excellent.

Guy came out and damage my brand new bearings with a hammer and then decided he'd get the bearings puller afterwards. So stuck on me using his parts when I had my own. Didn't value my parts at all without paying him anything I lost money when he destroyed my parts.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! The mechanic/owner will not care about your safety, if it means less work and more money. The mechanic was supposed to fix/replace a few parts after an air bag exploded. He only did half of the work. Less than a week later, my truck dropped its transmission as I was driving. I took it to another mechanic that showed me all the parts that were not fixed/replaced from the first mechanic. I called them to get my money back for the work that was not done. The owner is still dodging calls. Guess this place cares more about money than safety.

We were on our way home from a nice vacation when our diesel pusher Class A motor home broke down on the highway, 5 hours from home. It was Sunday afternoon at 1:00. We searched for over three hours trying to locate a tow truck company that would haul our coach with a trailer behind it. We were about to give up when we made contact with Brent Willyard, owner of Willyard's truck and trailer repair. Brent located a driver and tow truck that would come pick tow us. He got us in for an appointment first thing in the morning when they opened. Found the issue, ordered parts, and got us back on the road. As he was working on our coach, I was watching how he did even the smallest details correctly, he really cares about doing the job right. Great family owned and operated business. Brent really knows his stuff. Thanks to his connections and knowledge, we made it to his shop and back home with no issues. Thanks Brent

In June I paid ~$1400 to have my oil pan gasket, and rear main replaced due to an oil leak.Now just over 30 days later I find it leaking again and take it to a different shop to find out the rear main seal is dumping oil.Now it's going to cost me ~$4600 to redo the work already done by Willyards and actually fix the issue properly.Next time I won't bother with this place.

Willard's they take care of you, I was on my way from Little Rock to western Montana when I needed help. Brent and his crew were fast and took care of me getting me into a shop and got me going quickly he made sure that I was taken care of from the start to getting back on the road. YOU GUYS ROCK !! I would recommend this place to any trucker out there...I just got my truck and trailer repaired by them and they did an awesome job and the price was pretty reasonable... nice job you guys... thank q alot...

Bad attitude, they don't feel like working . Took me an hour to get hold of someone. And the price they estimated me is a robbery. Would not suggest
