They are very straight forward. This is what it needs, this is what it costs and this is when it will be ready. I had a GM 6 speed transmission rebuilt and everything went perfectly

They wouldn't make me a appointment because there 14,000.00 computer didn't give the correct codes I was told. I took it to my uncle's car lot and his transmission guy was there and he had the same computer I seen at Wilcox, and he simply reset my computer. My truck is fine now!!! They need to learn how the computer works!!!! They lost a customer for life.

If you want it fixed right the first time this is the place. As a mechanic I've seen the results of several transmission shops around the area. If you want good honest work at a fair price just done, there's not another shop in town.

not happy at all. i will be taking my car back for the 3rd time. if it gets fixed to my satisfaction i will gladly rate them higher. they are very nice , but myt 2000 dollar rebuild ran bad so i took it back and was told it was ok. a few days later ive got fluid all over my driveway. ill be calling next week to give them a chance to redeem my faith in quality work. i think they will do the right thing because i do believe they try to do a good job. i hope to be changing this to 5 stars soon. we will see.

Friendliest people around! Laughed as soon as I walked through the door until the time I left. They made me feel comfortable and at home. And they also got my car aligned quickly.

I took my 87 Ford for the transmission,Wilcox did an amazing job. She runs perfect now,the price was good and the service is amazing. They gave a year warranty and would like to do a check up in two weeks.

Honest business the manager stuck to the estimate only took a week to do a full rebuild and reinstall had to wait two for them to be able to do it but was well worth it it would highly recommend this shopService: TransmissionService: Transmission

Honest. I thought I was having a transmission issue. They diagnosed it, drove the truck, it had nothing to do with the transmission. No charge.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Had to take my car back to get the trans fixed 3 times. I'd break down everytime on my way home with my 3 kids in the heat bc they didnt fix it. They got it the 3 time.

The guys at Wilcox know transmissions & they're very polite. They rebuilt a transmission in our GMC Gimmy about 9 years ago....no trouble and still working great.

They took a month & a half to fix a sensor on my transmission.... & messed up another part in my car & won't take responsibility....

I went to this company needing a transmission rebuilt in my Jeep. The guy at the desk standing for me they only rebuild automatic transmissions. Really that's what they said.
