Just bought my first brand new motorcycle and I will say I am very pleased with every aspect. Lindsey is a wonderful sales rep. Dee is a very knowledgeable shop manager and Syreatha helped me with all the paperwork. They all worked so hard to help me with this purchase and I will continue to return here for any of my motorcycle needs.

I have ridden off and on for most of my lifeAnd had been off a bike for almost two years.I missed it and decided to get back in the saddle.I contacted Lenzy and told her what I was looking for I purchased a Yamaha Bolt from her .Everything was great and so easy the whole experience was great.I'll be back probably next year for a upgradeI highly recommend them

After researching the many options for buying a new Kawasaki Mule, we decided to visit Wheeler Powersports. Mainly because we like to shop locally, but also because they have an excellent reputation for service and value.Upon arrival, Lindsey approached us and made herself available to guide us through their inventory and answer any questions we had. Her friendly professionalism and stunning expertise enabled us to feel very confident with our final decision to make a purchase. Once the initial paperwork was completed and we left, Lindsey continued to regularly keep us up to date with relevant information about the completion of accessory installation and the timeline for delivery. The whole process was seamless and timely and extremely friendly. We could not have asked for a higher level of service and attention.Our brand new mule was delivered today. Just in time for Christmas. We were so excited!Seriously - The entire experience was a pleasure from start to finish, which is pretty unusual these days.Kudos to Lindsey and her relentless commitment to ensuring that her customers are 100% happy!

Wheeler Powersports is great! I'm a new rider and they helped me get everything set up stress free! I got a great used 2021 ninja 400 and it rides excellent. Lindsey was great with helping me find the right bike, Alex really knocks it outta the park helping you find the right gear and to top it off Syreatha did a stellar job going over the ins and outs of how financing would work and all cool services Wheeler powersports offers. Definitely would recommend this place!

Great experience. Good bike selection. They worked well with me to get me a good deal. Paperwork was quick and easy. Syreatha messaged me quickly with my paperwork for registration and was willing to mail it to my house so I didn t have to go back for it. Happy with my bike.

The customer service is top notch. Very professional all across the board. Sales, Finance, Service dept. all of them are easy to deal with and don't try to sneak in extra charges or such.

The prices are definitely Fair! Customer service is excellent! Syreatha was Great. Quick reply communication, fast service. Very helpful. Answered all our Questions and was very informative of information we didn't think to ask right away!Simon was also very friendly, helped up load the bike and get all the extras we needed for the up keep maintenance in part section. Syreatha was also very informative of all this information. I'll definitely be back soon for another purchase.

5 Stars! Impressive inventory. Needed a MuleSX for the farm, Aaron helped us with the perfect fit, since he is/was a stockman, too. Syreatha efficiently handled the transaction. All very professional and polite. Delivery was flawless. Outstanding all around!

We had such a great experience with Lindsay when we bought 2 new four wheelers, a couple years ago, we knew exactly where to go for a side by side! She is very knowledgeable and never pushed us towards any certain one. We asked questions and she answered them and never made us feel any pressure! Highly encourage everyone to work with her as well!We are going to have THE best time in our new 2023 Polaris RZR Pro XP 4 Premium!! Thank you, Lindsay!!

A good variety of name brand bikes, fourwheelers, UTV's etc. While I can't comment on prices or the Repair shop, I can say Everytime I've been in to look at the stock and kick tires debating on another toy, they've been helpful and seem pretty down to Earth with new potential customers. I would recommend stopping In and Seeing their stock for yourself, If You're new to Motorcycles and want to start I recommend a rider Safety course class for getting your endorsement. It will help prepare you to ride safely and it lowers your Insurance

My husband bought me a motorcycle for my birthday. Jimmy made a trip in the wee hours to deliver the motorcycle without me knowing. These folks really go above and beyond for their customers.

Super easy just walked in and walked out with my brand new bike, Facebook marketplace is trash just go get you a new bike, the lady Lindsey was really good at her job and made it super fast to get the bike now I m cruising down the freeway like a kid with hot wheels! And the finance manager Syreatha was good too!

Just bought a 2023 slingshot from here. Buying process was fast and easy. The people are great to work with. Jimmy was our salesman, he was awesome! He kept our kids entertained while we did paperwork and everything else. My 1 year old daughter learned to walk while we were there too! Thanks to jimmy lolSyreatha was great as well! Made the paperwork process go by super easy!!

Lindsey was great! Got us approved for a brand new 4 wheeler and was super friendly and helpful! Syrethia (sp) was really nice and helpful with our finishing paperwork and Austin was super friendly with the delivery! Great experience overall!

I recently purchased a Kawasaki KLR650 from Wheeler Powersports in Fort Smith. The shopping experience with Aaron Jones was low stress and handled very professionally. Aaron handled all my questions and was very knowledgeable in the Kawasaki line of motorcycles I was shopping for. After deciding to purchase I received great advice on financing, maintenance options and warranties from Syreatha. She was extremely knowledgeable in all financing options and made the process smooth and very quick and got me out and riding in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend Aaron for your Kawasaki purchase and Syreatha for all your finance and warranty options!!

My wife and I have been looking at four wheelers for some time now just hadn t pulled the trigger yet. Found a couple of quads we were interested in and checked them out. We were not pressured or hounded to buy. We met with Jimmy and he showed us a couple of different ones. We were very pleased with his knowledge and he was very honest with us. Ended up buying two four wheelers and he even had them delivered to us as well. Pete, the delivery guy was extremely nice and did a great job! We will definitely be back to buy additional equipment from Jimmy. Go see him if you want honest and great service.

We weren t able to find the bike we were looking for locally, but Wheeler had what we needed 4 hours away. We made the deal remotely, and made the made the drive. They were ready for us when we got there, and they had everything in order. Less than 30 minutes later the paper work was done and the bike was loaded up on the trailer. It was a great experience. Woody was great but Kaitlyn that handled the paperwork was the star of the show. She got us in and out in no time. I can t recommend them enough. Wheeler power sports was great.

In starting to think this place is a rip off. They took my order for parts, say 2 of 3 items are in stock but won t ship them Ave stopped responding to emails. Parts were due by January 3rd according to their invoice and still nothing on January 18th and no communication from them. This will be my last order from these jokers.
