He can fix petty much anything and things others can't here in town. Definitely a good place to go if your car has given out on you. They've fixed my car when I thought it was totaled, didn't cost me much at all. Him and his wife are definitely helpful!

This is an excellent auto shop. They are knowledgeable, experienced, and fair in how they conduct business. Any of these negative reviews I d venture to guess are unfounded or from people without a southern humor intelligence or common sense. It s called being personable and keeping the mood light.Aside from that: I came in with a vibration issue after getting a new set of tires from discount tire. W & W found the issue and assisted with getting me in touch with discount and getting the problem fixed.Thank you Mark, Phil, and Kelly.

Do your research, DON T COME HERE! Took my truck here for an alignment and replacement of ball joints. Turned out they don t know how to work on lifted trucks. Told me I needed to take my lift off before they could work on it. I said no yet all the sudden they knew how to do it with it on. Red flag number one. Number two, drove away and 6-7 miles down the road my tires was shaking turns out they DIDN'T PUT MY LUG NUTS ON TIGHT. Lost three of them on one tire. These tires were brand new 600$ all terrain 35s. I ve driven almost 4K miles and now have to replace the front two because they also don t know how to do a damn alignment. When I called about my lug nuts they told me get a lawyer and hung up on me. I warn you all don t come here!

I took my jeep and I can not believe how they treat people. I was indirectly told I did not know how to drive a standard. I picked up my jeep and it would not get out of four wheel drive. And it drove very jumpy. I have driven a standard for years. Longer than most of them have been alive. Short story.....I paid the tow back to them. They denied anything wrong. He was surprised someone else drove vehicle and then admitted he removed the skid plate. Why....if nothing was wrong?They let me drive away in a very dangerous unfixed vehicle. They fixed it the second time to get it driveable but would not admit it.

When I called for prices lady on phone was rude. I don t know my way around fort smith. She was hateful. That should have been my red flag.Then when I got there every one was just standing around gossiping about the people cars they were working on.One car several guys was passing around nobody wanted to work on it. Should have been second red flag. I took my car in for alignment. Then guy comes back and says such and such needs to be done. I tell him I don t want that done don t have money right now. He gets attitude. Asks me if I worked for a living. I said yes he said so do we. I don t really understand what that meant. I didn t ask him to do anything for free. Just wanted alignment. ONLY. I guess because he couldn t drain me for more money.I heard him mutter well we thought you would say yes.

Called several places. Told them that my thermostat was registering normally, but water was boiling in the overflow tank and steaming. One place told me it would cost over a thousand dollars to fix. Others said several hundred. W&W said that they were booked but to check the radiator cap. That's all it was.

Although my repairs were more than expected, Mark called and explained my options in a timely manner so that he could see me safely on the road for the upcoming holiday. There was no pressure to continue the needed repairs as he assured me I would not be left stranded and it would be best to complete the whole task at one time. This is not my first experience with WW Automotive and as in previous visits it has been a pleasure doing business with them! I highly recommend them for honest reliable service.

Had an issue with my truck, but not totally sure what the problem was. I called in for the first time to this company to see if it was something W&W thought they could help me with, and not only did they give me a few different options of what the issue may be, but actually gave me a recommendation to check something simple that could be the cause of what I thought would be a very expensive repair before bringing it in to them. That's the kind of service I look for and appreciate. Obviously will bring it in to them if it turns out to be a larger issue that needs resolved.

I took my vehicle in not knowing really what was wrong with it just realizing I didn't have any heat coming out of the dash.And I kept overheating and also had a rough idle.They took care of it very affordable more affordable than I have ever seen and a lot of people around Fort Smith try to screw you this place does business legit.I recommend everyone and their mama to get their car fixed here.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, A/C installation & repair

The people here are so nice! They treat you like you are important to them, not just a customer. They really take care of you with superb hospitality. The prices that the owners of the shop are amazing! I would recommend this shop to family, friends, and neighbors. God bless them for their smiles and friendly services! I found some true friends there! The mechanics truly know there stuff! I will always come back to have my vehicle serviced here!!!!!

Most honest and kind mechanics I have ever done business with!!! Turn around time to fix vehicle was insanely quick. Talk to Mark and get an estimate today!! I won't take my vehicles anywhere else in the future!! Thank you guys for all that you do, and fixing my subaru where it drives like new! 10/10 WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I had called to see who can work on my car because some other auto repair shop messed my brake up. I explained to him what had happened and he basically said, "I don't know what to tell you" that was the most unprofessional thing that I have ever heard. All the other shops that I called, were very professional and one of the shops were actually willingly to take a look at it and to do a diagnostic test on my car. I will not be doing business with a shop that has someone tell them something like that. People already go through enough. I wish I can give a -10 starz (if it was possible)

I had a great experience with W&W. The service was super fast, and the professional. The mechanics were very friendly as well as the office personnel. Just moved here about a year ago, and have struggled finding a trustworthy mechanic shop. I will definitely be using them for all my mechanic needs from now on! Thank you, W&W!

These guys are awesome. Kelly is extremely nice and Mark is very open about explaining how he knows what is wrong. Great atmosphere to be around. Do yourself a favor and let a these real mechanics diagnose your problem. Save yourself the headache. You'll understand quickly that this shop is actually diagnosing problems and not just swapping parts to take you to the cleaners. Highly recommend them to any one who asks

The guys here are awesome. They always are honest, upfront, and fair. They are great trouble shooters and have gotten me out of more than one tight spot. They offer wrecker service if you need it. They take debit and credit, but cash often comes with a discount.
