These guys are not top-notch, nor do they know what they re doing. They done put a bumper sticker on my car to help advertise for them and then I go change my oil right after they do and they did not put the spacer back in my filter housing. I m lucky that my car did not lock up, due to a crushed filter I highly suggest that you do not and I mean absolutely do not let these people change your oil Rapid Lube in Van Buren did the same thing so if you win the oil change off the radio like I did DO NOT DO IT

These guys are top notch. If you are in the area, they will pick up your car and return it to you with a very affordable oil change. This is one of the gems of Fort Smith.

This place is the best!!! Once I came to ask if it was necessary to get an oil change since I would be driving 5 hours the next day and my car burns oil faster than normal. They told me no I don t need oil, and even showed me how to check if I needed an oil change myself. No charge. I came again later since I d be driving to dallas that day and they said I was low but not low enough to get a change, and topped off my oil with no charge. Absolute sweetest workers and super quick service!Service: Oil change

Went to them for an oil change and they said I needed new wipers. Ever since they changed them, the wipers haven t worked right. I took it back twice and they told me it needed a new wiper motor. Went to two mechanics who told me the motor is fine, but the wipers just weren t aligned right. So instead of making an easy fix, they wouldn t take responsibility and tried to send me somewhere to spend an unnecessary $400. I m glad the other mechanics were honest. I won t go back to this place.

Went to the oil doctor while in college, great service but they over tighten your oil pan bolt and the oil filter. Now that I m home I m able to change my own oil and can t even take off the oil filter. It s a shame I have to spend more money just to take it to the shop.

We ll never go anywhere else!! They not only have incredible customer service, but they re fast too! Not to mention they vacuum my floor boards when they re done. Highly recommend for mechanical work. I mean, I m so pleased with the service I actually took the time to write a google review.The mechanic did a tuneup on my 2013 Xterra, which for this vehicle requires removing pretty much the entire top half of the engine. Also did shocks and struts. Did everything I requested, and additionally upon inspection realized he had also taken the the time to grease all the front end components (above and beyond what work was required). Everything was done to standard and no issues to note 2 months on now.Additionally, the prices were more than reasonable. Totally affordable. And they worked with me on my crazy work schedule getting my vehicle in and out. I highly recommend giving them a shot. Super hard to find a good mechanic you can trust and afford.

They have fixed our van's air conditioning and other issues as well as doing our routine oil changes. I love to support local business and I use them for all of our vehicles. Super friendly and always great pricing. I will not go anywhere else for oil changes. This is our go to place!

I can t say enough great things. Every time I go, I m in and out in under 15 minutes. Not only do they change my oil I come in for, they also clean my floor mats as a courtesy. The staff at The Oil Doctor treat me so well I was compelled to get on and leave a review. They handle all of my oil changes (not to mention they pick up my car and bring it back) and all mechanical work. I cannot stress enough how honest and trustworthy they are. Just as i prefer most things, fast and efficient in 15 at most 20 minutes. I didn't finish a car and driver mag and anywhere else I would have needed at least 3.

These guys do excellent work and they do it both fast and well and for a fair price, if you price match them against anyone in town you will find they have a better price and their work is better than most anywhere else as well. They also offer a 10% discount for military. I have been doing business with them for about 3 years, friendly honest people. I recommend them to all my friends. If you haven't tried them, Call them and request their pick up service. Never leave your office-they come pick up your car; service and clean your auto and return to you.

Our mechanic was James. We pulled up to the front and he took it from there. Donnelle was working front office. She was fun, courteous, and professional. We paid the price quoted ($55 for synthetic oil change plus tax) and they checked every thing. They vacuumed our truck floor, removed our full trash bag, and topped off our washer fluid! All included in the basic oil change service. That was a couple of days ago and no problems with it. Now, I'll be taking my other car to them for engine work. Nice team!

I came here to get an oil change awhile back. I was in and out within 15 minutes, it was $20 cheaper than at my car dealership, AND they vacuumed my car out! They were super friendly too. I ll definitely be going back.

Good place for oil changes and that's about it. Loved this place at first but then after I had to go back multiple times for the same repair on my car I felt like I was being scammed. Was told a price by the mechanic but when I went to pay for it the lady at the front desk told me a price $80 higher than the original price and was told I could go else where if I wasn't happy about it. I feel like if you didn't fix my car right the first time and I have to come back within days, the repairs should be free of charge. Needless to say I WILL be going elsewhere now that my car is broke down once again with the same problems that they did not fix the first time.

Pretty happy with this place. The mechanic was a bit brusque over the phone as I was unaware that only one of the two locations did more than oil changes, so be warned. Other than that, I was pleased with the service and pleased with their pricing.
