Christian took care of my work Van , had a chip in the windshield. Took the time to explain to me what could happen while it was being fixed which it didn't . He was kind and courteous . He even went above fixing my windshield that after he was done , he cleaned every window on my van which has a lot of windows , this is a 15 passenger Van . Thank you for you kindness . You deserve 5 stars . I just want your employer to know you are doing a great job for them .

My service tech shawn could not have been better. This man did an excellent job even going above and beyond. He stayed in constant contact with me throught the replacement. Discussed options and alternatives in depth with me and left me confident in my decision. I highly recommend you request shawn by name. No doubt the best service i could have recieved anywhere. Fast, professional, and courteous .

Marvin did a great job on the window very professional. And I would say one of the better people I have met in a long time. I can tell he cares about his job and values the customer. Good employees are hard to find when you find one like Marvin you need to keep them. Thank you sir

The staff and technician were very friendly and the tech was very efficient. The work was quality and and very quick. 0 out of picket. Thank you safelite for saving the windshield in my 23 VW.

You can't get through to speak to an actual person. They have the worst automated system in America! I would never recommend using them again at this point! The seal they put on my back glass failed and they have no option to speak to a customer service rep and there is no direct number to the Safelite store you want to use so it takes forever to be helped!

As a recent customer with Safelight AutoGlass, Fort Smith, AR, I would recommend their service to anyone in need of windshield repair. Installers are professionals. I received excellent service in a prompt manner. Management and staff are friendly and care about customer satisfaction. I am 100 percent satisfied with the work I had done.

I recently received a bad rock chip on my Civic's windshield. Tom Collins looked at it and said with confidence "I can fix that". 15 minutes later it was repaired beautifully. Great service and excellent price. Highly recommend!!

The staff is super awesome. Every employee had the knowledge they needed to get the job done right. They don't rush the job so don't think they are going to do a fast job and do it wrong, no, they do it right.If you need your windshield replaced, this store here will take good care of you in Fort Smith, Arkansas

They fixed my Windshield and even replaced that Windshield after I noticed a defect in it. They did the second install free of charge.

1 star only because the blonde pricing and schedule system works good. Had appointment for 1 pm and told to get their 15 minutes early. When I get there a sign is in the door saying closed and return at 1 so I wait in tha car until 1 because it is over 100 degrees out. After waiting about ten minutes after 1 I called to see what time they are opening and then someone finally comes out apparently very unhappy with my customer service call and was extremely rude. Did not seem to want to take my appointment so I left. Found a great shop down the street that is doing the job for $100 less. I have used this company in the past but will not again. I know this is just one rude employee but he does represent the company as a wholeService: Auto windshield repair

This used to be a good place have gone here for several replacements over the years. However I can't even setup an appointment now. No matter what I do I can't get ahold of anyone when calling them. It just says use website and hangs up on me. I set up most of my appointment's while on the road going to my next appointment. So just being pushed off to a website is quite inconvenient. If your going to make me sit through option after option at least let me talk to someone instead of all that time being wasted just to push me off to you website no matter what I choose.Service: Auto windshield replacement

They ate supposed to be coming back for round two of windshield replacement round one was unsuccessful the tech was scared of the job and their scheduling on the phone sucked telling me they don't service my area. Really? Cuz they were here 2 days ago and on a previous replacement? And instead of transferring me to supervisor I was left on hold. That's okay because i have 6 kids plus friends with social media accounts and I've told them all about my experience!

The employee started with stating, "it can be fixed, but there are problems we could run into. However, this is what you need to know before we start" that's honesty. I'd rather hear of all the complications that can happen, then be blindsided by a cost out of pocket. He even took the time to vacuum my car and clean the outside of my windows. It is still visible, however it has the lifetime warranty and they're so nice. I'd recommend them. 5 stars.

Service installer was very professional and really good under the conditions. It was raining a down poor. But he met me at the car wash and installed my windshield in less than 30 minutes. I'm very pleased!

Finally got to talk to real person, got appointment, got new back glass for my F350, installation was quick and professional. I do not like appointments that try to force you to make online.

Safelite came out to repair my windshield which was covered by my insurance and at no cost to me. They were early which was great. The work was completed prior to my knowledge of him being here. He came in looking for a payment and I told him all of that was taken care of. He insisted it was 86.00 for the repair, I walked out there to look at the repair and I could still see it he said it would never completely be gone. I then said why would I pay 86.00 for a repair and not 120.00 for a new windshield? I had to call my insurance and get him some information so he could close out the ticket and so I didn t have to pay him. Keep in mind all of this was taken care of 24 hours prior to the repair.

Leaving two stars because I set an appointment time first thing in the morning and was informed it could take up to three hours.... ok... I can work with that. But to get there and be told it would be done by 5pm... NOT ok. I have kids, live an hour away and SET AN APPOINTMENT.Service: Auto windshield replacementService: Auto windshield replacement

I used Safelite to replace my windshield this morning, a nice polite guy named Tom Collins, he by far had the best customer service, showed up on time like he said, informed me of everything the company had to offer such as the wiper blades, he replaced my window fast and sufficiently, also asked if there was anything else I needed. Cleaned my windows. He had me fix up perfectly in no time. I will always use safelite if I could I would give 6 stars. Thank you Safelite.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Gave us a quote for 600 dollars, scheduled appointment for 8 am,drive 2 hours to get there and they don't even have a windshield to fit, plus said they want 1500 dollars, don't trust this lying company

They had the answers to all my questions, and got my car fixed perfectly AND within the estimated time window! They were even nice enough to clean off all the windows in my car as well, interior and exterior. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you, Safelite!
