I purchased a Rheem HVAC system in July 2018. It's been nothing but trouble. I replaced the evaporator coil twice already and it is leaking oil again and must be replaced a third time. I was told the motor will fail any minute and must be replaced. The licenced contractor won't return my phone calls and Rheem refuses to stand by its warranty. If you want nothing but trouble, buy a Rheem system. Otherwise, stay as far away from this cheap unreliable brand as possible. I'm taking steps to sue them.
