Honestly never going to get another vehicle from them again, not only did they not inform that the vehicle was wrecked before all the papers were signed they straight up over charged this car 27k and it s wrecked. Never again will I buy from this place. I ve already spent more in damages to fix this car than what it s worth. I will never recommend this place to anyone else. Nor will I ever get another car from them. Kasye is horrible to work with. I don t understand why she would ruin the car buying experience for anyone including myself.

Had a quick easy experience dealing with Randall Ford and Rocky! They were spot on where i wanted to be in the end, no haggle no smoke and mirrors, straight to business and done. Highly recommend giving Rocky a call for your next vehicle. Very knowledgeable about all the hi-tech gadgets in today s automobiles. Thanks again Randall Ford

Had a great experience dealing with Rocky at Randall Ford! Genuinely good guy, honest and hard working. Very knowledgeable about the product he is selling. I ordered a full size Badlands Bronco that I had to wait several months to receive. The ordering process was super smooth and Rocky made sure to keep me updated from the day we ordered the vehicle to the day it was delivered. I was very pleased with the service I got from Rocky and the entire Randall team. I highly recommend Rocky and Randall Ford. I look forward to dealing with them in the future!

Bought our 5th car from Rocky at Randall Ford very recently. As always we were happy with our decision, the service and Rocky. We have our work done there and the staff in the service department is fantastic! I m rather partial to Randy and Ricky, but honestly, they are all superior! Give them a shot, they won t let you down!

my change oil light came on on Friday, March 29. I sent a message to Randall Ford, but of course I didn t hear back before the weekend. I had to go out of town on Sunday so I took my car to Jiffy Lube to have the oil changed on Saturday, March 30. The technician told me that I needed my brakes and pads changed. I told him that I would check on that and hold off for a while. I wanted Randall Ford to look at it before I did a repair like that. So I can t remember if I called Randall Ford on Monday or Tuesday probably Monday, but I talked with Nicole. I told her about Saturday at Jiffy Lube and asked if I could schedule a time to have my brakes checked and repaired. I said it been sometimes since I had done the recalls so if they had time, I d like that done too. She said if I brought my car in early enough maybe they could do that. So I dropped my car off on Tuesday night. I talked to someone in the service department and told him what had happened and that my brakes needed to be fixed. Wednesday afternoon I called to check on my car and was told that Ricky was out to lunch and he would call me after he got back. So about three or 4 o clock in the afternoon I heard from Ricky and he said yes, they did two of the recalls repairs but they couldn t repair the brakes until about NOON the next day! Obviously I was not happy. I brought the car in to have the brakes repaired!! I had three meetings on Thursday at 11 o clock, at 12:50 and later in the afternoon. So I asked if there was anyway I could have my car first thing in the morning. And Ricky said he would try. I received a message about 1040 saying my car was ready to be picked up. I really appreciated the effort but at that point I d already borrowed my neighbors car to go to my first meeting at 11 o clock. I was really disappointed that the communication system at Randall Ford was so lacking! Ricky said that next time let him know about this and maybe he could do something about it. I m not sure if there ll be a next time! Thank you so much.

The service advisors here are great however the upper management sucks! I feel like they are totally disconnected from their customers and have no idea how to run day to day operations.The service department is over ran by a scheduling department that does not know what they are doing and the scheduling department is managed by people who seem not to care. I have been doing business with this dealership since 2017. Nearly everything I have attempted to do here has been an absolute nightmare no more. I am done I will not cross the threshold of this place ever again. If you really want to know why just keep doing business here and eventually you will find out.

Found a vehicle online for my daughter. Went to the dealership and met the salesman Audrey. By far, it is the best deal and experience I have ever had at a Fort Smith dealership. Usually, I have to buy my vehicles in Nwa or Tulsa due to the outrageous overpriced vehicles in Fort Smith. He went above and beyond on getting everything I asked for as far as payment and term and vehicle price. He earned a repeat customer from me. Thanks again.

We have a two year old vehicle and just needed an oil change. Past experiences at Randall Ford were not noteworthy. However, Randy made sure we got the service we asked for and was not pushy about additional services offered. His professionalism made me a return customer once again.

Took my dad's '97 diesel truck to have AC repair last June for $700. It worked for 8 months and now they want $2000 for same repair job to replace the same part they replaced in June. It seems ridiculous and really poor service to have to get the same repair so soon and at such a crazy price increase. I wonder if it is because they are trying to take advantage of my elderly mother who took the truck in. Will not recommend them

After a long trip I took my car in for one of my free new car oil changes. They took half of my 45,000 points from my purchase. That was not explained before service.I got really upset but was told that it was a mistake by an employee who didn t understand the Ford point system. I have changed my review to reflect the great communication and concern shown. I got all my points back PLUS 10% off the part I was saving my points for. WIN WIN! Thanks Randall Ford

My wife and I recently purchased a Nissan Rogue from them. The entire experience was fantastic and Dalton was a wonderful salesman. I noticed a few things wrong with the car the day after we purchased, and Dalton had us drop it off, got us a loaner and they replaced the water pump and brakes all around including rotors free of charge for us. 10000% will be returning for any vehicle I purchase in the future. These guys are great!

I cannot recommend this dealership, save yourself time and money and drive to Northwest Arkansas for services. Local shop ended up fixing it for less then just their diagnosis free they charged me. Service department very unpleasant to deal with. They cared more about me purchasing the car from another dealer.

Our Ford Maverick had to be towed to the dealer late in the afternoon. The service manager got right on it and had us on our way before they closed. Excellent service.

I have purchased the most inclusive maintenance plan available for a 2019 F350 DRW. Randall Ford on the first visit, at 45000 miles claimed to fill DEF (which was not), rotate tires (which were not), service air in tires (which again wasn't done). I am not sure about the fuel filters, they claim they were changed, but history repeats itself. I took the truck back for the second time for the rotation, DEF, and air. Well they got two out of three this time, now for the third trip, this time was on them, I would have put air in my own tires, if they hadn't been spiteful and miss aligned the inside valve stem to the oval opening.

Highly recommend!! I suddenly and unexpectedly changed jobs and needed to upgrade my sedan to an SUV for mobile work. I had a limited budget and only two weeks to do it! I reached out to Randall Ford, and not only did they find me an awesome pre-owned SUV in my price range but they made sure it was delivered to me in time to start my new job! I LOVE the vehicle and it is so much better than I expected to get for the price I could pay! If you need a new or pre-owned vehicle, look no further! Thank you Randall Ford for everything you do!!!

I stopped by this dealer at 9am on a Saturday morning to get my oil changed. I pulled into the quick lane and waited 10 mins, the employees walked right by me sitting in the truck and didn t offer any service. Find another dealership. Update on review. I showed up at this dealer at 7:30 am on a Friday to get my oil changed in the quick lane. Dealer said they no longer offer this service and only do oil changes by appointment and the service writer was rather rude.

The sales guy Billy Hines is great got us taken care of, put us in what we wanted and didn't pressure us into taking something we didn't want. But the service department sucks. They refuse to get me in for the known ford transmission issue I had to take my business elsewhere.

My experience with Randall Ford was excellent. I went in Friday night and bought me a new Ford maverick. Ray Quinteros is the salesman and the finance guy I Noel was relentless in the pursuit to satisfy all my needs. I was going to buy a truck from somewhere else until my sister-in-law called and spoke with Ray and he explain to her what Randall could do for me, they have been phenomenal so far thank you Ray and thank you Randall team

One of Ford's oldest dealerships, and experience and listening as to "what" their customers are wanting is the essence of why it's been around so long. I told my salesman (Jordan Gregory) exactly what I wanted --the color, the diesel motor, the wheels, the towing package, the moon roof, and much more --and he not only found it but had it there the very next morning without all that annoying sales pitch stuff we all hate. All the departments at this Ford dealership are what a customer is in search for and rely on.Very clean. Great level of expertise. Good listeners, and smiles worn daily. I purchased a vehicle maybe 6 months ago, it smelled hot when I got home the next day the coolant level was low it had a leak.. the service department had my car for several months just for it to turn around and do the same thing so it went back.. here we are again with the same issue check engine light on, now they want me to pay over 2k to fix something that was an issue when I bought the car. I will never buy and will never recommend anyone to Randal ford. This is the only vehicle I ve purchased from there and it has been a living nightmare since! They straight up sold me a lemon and could give two craps!

Long review here, dropped car off on march first via wrecker(car wouldn t start) they call me the next day and say pick it up there is nothing wrong with it. Go to pick it up car won t start, ask them to make a key call back a week later ask them what s going on with car they say they will cal me back, (Ricky)No cal back for 4 days so I try to call and can t reach anyone so I talk to higher up management. Finally get a call back a few days later from (Ricky apologizing for not communicating. He tells me what s wrong with car says it will be $596 to fix it and it will be done on Monday. Finally get a text the following Wednesday 20 days after dropping it off saying car is ready, go to pick it up and they did not make me a key and proceed to tell me it will be and extra $350 plus tax for a new key, pay my bill and it was not $596 but it was $716, hidden fees of taxes plus shop materials I was always raised if you tel someone it is going to be a certain way or a certain thing/price then that s what it is. Not additional fees I will take my vehicle to get it serviced someplace else from now on. Did not offer a discount or anything after the car setting there 2 weeks waiting to be worked on.

Don t buy from this dealership. If you have any issues or need service after the sale, might as well go elsewhere because they will give you the run around and ignore. I should have never dealt with them to begin with. I had a bronco and traded it in for the one I preordered. Regret doing it only because the new one has hail damage from transport and it is impossible to get them to schedule the dent repair. Will never purchase from Randall ford again and tell everyone go elsewhere. Not a satisfied customer and when you spend $75k on a new bronco, they should be easier to communicate and deal with.

I did an application online. I had to call them and check on it. They hit my credit with 6 inquiries and still never one call back. I went over to Breeden dodge and within a hour I was in a 2018 durrango. Seems sales could do a whole lot better
