Lane Dyer was our service representative he was very professional! We were traveling with our Nissan Titan XD pulling our travel trailer from Colorado to Florida on our way a Power Reduced Light came on. Orr Service Department ordered and replaced the coolant reservoir/sensor and had us back on the road the following day. They allowed us to stay overnight at their property very accommodating! Your service department was great - Lane was exceptional along with Morgan Pierce. By the way your flag was awesome. Thank you, David and Jill Suazo

Everyone was so helpful! I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted but our daughter had no idea. Brad was patient, helpful, showing us every car on the lot and giving us all the info and help we needed. We are extremely happy with our vehicle choices and feel we got the absolute best deals possible on our purchases.

Car was informing me it was time to get oil changed etc, every time I started the engine, so I called for an appointment. Got in at a time I could work with, about a week out.I got in and out on appointment day within an hour. I also had a recall switch under the hood done at same time as oil change. They also found a couple of pins were missing on my gas tank and fixed that as well. I got a print out of what needed to be attended to in the near future and a car wash. Seemed very thorough and professional. Oil change prices seem a lot more than they used to be, but other charges didn't seem out of line. Overall a good experience.

I was on my way to get a case of water at the grocery store and looked off the interstate and saw a very nice looking black pathfinder. I circled around and was greeted by a nice man named Dale. He told me I could test drive it so I did. They made me a deal and I walked away with it. I was not shopping for a vehicle at all but they were all very nice and made the deal good so I took the pathfinder home with me. I absolutely love it.

The employees were all very welcoming. The only thing I was not happy about was because one of the recalls was for the "key spacer. " No one explained it kept my key fob open with my key still out or I would have told them not to do it. I work a hands on physically demanding job. My keys have to stay with me at all times and I get worried that with the way my key is now it's in danger of getting bent or worse broken and it is my only 1.

I was so pleasantly surprised by the courteous and friendly staff at Orr Nissan! I was in the area for work and had what appeared to be an urgent system warning. From the moment I arrived they were so professional and kind. When I asked for the service department, one team member, who could've just pointed in that direction, walked me in to make sure I found the folks I needed to ask for help! All along the way, everyone I dealt with was so professional and just so dang nice! WONDERFUL to work with, to the extent that next time we are car shopping we will likely drive the 5 hours from where we live to buy there.

This is the First New Nissan I have ever bought and I m pretty sure it s the last. I bought a new Nissan Frontier LS and I wanted a Frontier PRO 4X because it had everything that I wanted, the sales management guided me to the SL model that be everything except the off-road extras that I didn t need. I m not very happy with the SL model that I bought because there are many things it Does Not have. I wished I would have stayed with my Original decision and got the PRO-4 X.

My husband and I have multiple trips planned this year and neither of us had a vehicle we trusted to drive long distances. We had researched and found exactly what we wanted to look at. We went into Orr Nissan on a random Sunday and they just so happened to be open. Jimmy and Heather were so helpful in the process of buying our 2021 Rav-4! Jimmy was exactly the type of salesman we hoped for! He was easy going and so nice. Heather was so informative and helped us easily navigate through the buying process. They offer free tire rotation and oil changes for up to 2 years and free car washes! We will recommend Orr Nissan very highly in the future! We will also recommend asking for Jimothy and Heather!

This was our first time on the Nissan side, and the staff was amazing. We had a newer salesperson Sam and between him and the rest of the team that were training him the experience was great and easy. I was impressed by how candid and helpful everyone was. From the lot to the finance office it was seamless and made the purchase enjoyable.

I got my dream car. Turtle told it to me. He was very nice and really made sure I was happy. I just got my first oil change since buying the car. Service techs were meticulous with the inspection. Tires rotated, carfax updated upon completion of oil change. Very professional all around.

Lane Dyer is such an excellent customer service advisor. He has such a soothing bedside manner. He really knows how to handle customers. He has very extensive knowledge of the problems customers face, and is very flexible with customers when helping them solve them. The mechanics are excellent as well.Young Mr. Dyer displays excellent management potential. I hope Orr Nissan is able to keep him.

Cannot thank Zack enough for a really great experience. If you are looking for honesty, straightforwardness and customer support after the purchase, he is definitely the one to ask for. He will be our first call again and again. A really negative experience in the past on a neighboring lot had kept us from ever coming back. Once we let Zack know about our experience and hesitation, he went above and beyond to gain our business and our trust. They didn t have exactly what we were looking for on the lot, so they found it for us and brought it over. Very happy with our purchase and experience. We love our new Armada!

There was leaking around the pillars when it rained. I had that repaired. Unfortunately, it took 3 days & it looks like an elementary student did the work. There is black glue globbed on the pillars and the molding by the windshield/pillar area is twisted. Looks terrible!!! I went in for a 40,000 service, warranty, & recall work. Should ve taken just a few hours. It ended up being in the shop for 3 days. The staff when I picked it up acted like I was a nuisance and weren t friendly. The salesperson on the lot was very friendly and seemed happy to see me. Unfortunately, I wouldn t buy anything from Orr!!! This is not how I expect to be treated as a customer. My hard-earned money will be used at other Nissan dealers.

We took a risk for our small business and bought our first company van from ORR. They had a great price...should have been a red flag. What seemed to be a good experience purchasing the vehicle, quickly turned into a nightmare. Drove out of the parking lot, 5 minutes down the road and engine light comes on. Took it back to ORR. They kept it for 4 days being overlooked by an expert they said.....replaced a part and said it was good to go. The very next time we drive it, light comes on again. Catalytic Converters out!!! Had to fix ourselves, no help from ORR, $3k later. Driving it literally 4 days later, another light on.....new issue, going to cost us $1500 more dollars!!! Called and spoke with a manager, Luke, he was very nice, but in the end, nothing was done other than helping us cancel the warranty we never asked for that covered nothing we needed it to. Salesman Brad never responded to us when we reached out with our concerns. In times like these, buying something is hard, only to be sold a terrible vehicle that you've owned one month, not even tagged yet and dropped serious cash into just to be drivable and just "Sorry, this happened" is what you are going to get. We planned on buying my next vehicle there. Never again.

So far so great with Orr! I decided about 5 PM on a Friday in November to get a new car. I had 0 intentions of buying a brand new car, but couldn t pass up the opportunity to get a 2023 Nissan Altima. Reese was the first one to speak to me after being there for about 5 minutes on the lot and I m so thankful he was the one to sell me my car. He answered all questions I had and was super fun to talk with. JP handled the car package details and didn t leave one thing out. He has also called and checked in on me and Chloe (the car) twice. Reese is always available to answer any questions I ve had since leaving the lot as well. My mom loved the experience so much that she went back to Orr to get a Rogue last week from Reese. I don t plan on getting another car for a very long time but I don t see myself going to any other place for another car.

Mr Dale Ferguson did a great job showing and setting up the paper work, and was very knowledgeable about anything we asked . And Mr Tracy Thrasher did a great job in the finance department and went even into stressing of following the book for servicing the vehicle this was very much appreciated. All around great place and will recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle!

I just traded my 2004 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer 4�4. They only offered $2,000 for it. That was VERY disappointing. I was looking for a new 4x4 pickup. I found one that I really liked and spoke to a sales associate about it. Told them I would be by the next day with my wife, so she could give her opinion on it. Well the next day when I arrived with my wife, the truck was parked to the side to be shipped to another dealership. Then they told me they had one just like it in the maintenance area that was used and being inspected, it was blue but it wasn't a 4x4. Another disappointment . We reluctantly decided to go ahead and buy this one. My credit score is in the 700s. So I thought I would get a decent interest rate on the financing. They wanted to add my wife to the paperwork. She too has a credit score in the 700s. Our interest rate on financing was outrageous. We weren't informed how high it was going to be until we started signing the contract. I am never buying anything else from this dealership. All the other dealership companies I looked at were offering a much lower rate.

Service reps were very nice and answered my questions. Did find out my sales rep mislead me on the length of my oil changes covered with my purchase. Was told it was covered for 2 years did not mention the milage limitations.

Jacob Lemons was very helpful in choosing the car I purchased. He was patient, kind, and truly listened to what items were important to me. He never tried to pressure me into a decision, but talked to me about any reservations that I might have had. I will have no reservation in seeking his assistance for future purchases. Luke Spoon was also helpful with answering questions that I had by looking for factual information and not just guessing or approximating specifications for my car. They both have provided excellent customer service going above and beyond expectations. Thank you gentlemen.

We bought a car. We have had the vehicle for one week but it has only ran for 3 of those days. I have called and talked to Orr Nissan about the situation and a guy said he would come down to address the problem. He didn t come, so we called back to ask where he was. They were then very unhelpful and asked if we could take the car up to the shop. How are we supposed to take it an hour away if it s not drivable and not able to start?

Blake Byars did an excellent job of getting us a great deal on our trade-in and gave us several rebates on the new car. There was no haggling, we were just treated well and with respect. Great buying experience. My wife and I were very specific on finding our future 2022 Nissan Frontier 4x4. The folks at Orr Nissan in Ft Smith went out of their way to find us the vehicle we wanted with the color and options we expected. The vehicle was located about 150 miles away and brought in at no extra fee.Zack was polite, respectful, and high energy. He obviously loves what he does and it shows. He was not pushy and did not meet the traditional car sales "stereotype." Thanks Zack.Blake was very honest and upfront. He didn't play games. He answered every question without hesitation.Tracy took care of our finance. He was very personable and friendly.
