We had water pouring in under our glove box every time it rained. We took it to two repair places and they couldn t find the problem. We took it to Mr. Auto Glass and in 20 minutes they found and fixed the problem. Amazing!!! Highly recommend!

What do you do when you have a lug nut go through your windshield and land in the backseat?It was a huge mess, and glass was everywhere! Very fine pieces of glass covered the entire interior of the car. It was like glitter. We are so lucky nobody was injured, and we are also glad we had so many of our friends recommended MR.AutoGlass. They made the whole process easy. It only took them a few hours to remove and replace the windshield, clean up all the broken glass, and deal with the insurance company.It s so nice when a company takes your bad situation and makes it a positive outcome.

I've now taken 2 vehicles to Mr Auto Glass. They did a great job the first time so I went back and they did another great job. I don't do very many reviews, but you should know that this is going to be the best, least expensive replacement auto glass you'll find in the area. I hope to never need another windshield replacement, but if I do, this is where I'm going!

These guys did a fantastic job! Was in and out! Was exactly what I was quoted! Highly recommend! I drove an hour each way on FB recommendations...These guys know exactly what they are doing! Hope this helps!

Second time using Mr Auto Glass and can not say enough good words about this business. We have had a leak for several months, that we could not find. We finally brought it in, and within a few hours they had found the leak, repaired it and called us to let us know it was ready. They took a short video of the leak, and told us how they repaired it. We will never go to another auto glass place as long as we can get back into Fort Smith safely.

FIRST OF ALL I'D LIKE TO THANK THE GUY'S AT MR. AUTO GLASS FOR DOING A FANTASTIC JOB ON MY WINDSHIELD LAST SEPTEMBER, THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB...THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD, VERY PROFESSIONAL.. AS I DROVE BACK FROM OUTTA TOWN MY COSMETIC STRIP ACROSS THE TOP WINDSHIELD FLEW OFF ON THE HIGHWAY, YALL THEY FIXED IT FOR FREE AND PUT A NEW ONE ON... If there was an option for no stars, that would be the choice. Talks down about vehicles, damages them. Makes fun of clients cars when they come in. Very disrespectful.

Best price I found in the area. Super quick. Friendly service. You can tell the owner and employees care about giving all the details about what s needed. You get the whole picture which is nice. They are very professional on installment. Definitely recommend!

Bobby and his team do great work, he was very helpful in getting a windshield put in a 2023 Hyundai rental we had.We had to have the car returned the next day!We just got back in town, and he had the glass... but it arrived broken. He amazingly got us another windshield overnight and had the car ready the next morning.Thank you so much Bobby!

Incurred damage to the windshield of my 2014 Nissan Titan Pro 4X. Needed replacement. Insurance routed me through one of the big national chains who, even with a discount through my insurance, quoted me over $400. Only $30 of that accounted for mobile service. I called Bobby at Mr. Auto Glass and he got me in within a few days of the other quote, at less than half the price. Drop-off took less than five minutes and he had it done well before close of business. Excellent work, windshield looks perfect. None of my belongings disturbed in the truck, they even transferred over my oil change sticker to the new windshield. Absolutely outstanding, would use them again without hesitation.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I asked for service the next week and it was delivered. The man I talked to, Mr. Lee (the owner?) was very friendly. Bring cash. My windshield got replaced in a very timely manner. My only complaint is that they visibly messed up the padding on the inside of the car, and I can see insulation peeking out.

We had the windshield replaced on our 2014 Toyota Sienna at Mr Auto Glass and couldn t be more pleased. It looks great! The price was reasonable and the whole crew was friendly and professional. Bobby in the front office was really nice and made sure we were happy with the service. I used Mr. Auto Glass in my previous car to get my windshield replaced. They did a fantastic job. Since then, I got a new car and my windshield cracked. My mom had taken hers to a place 20 minutes closer to our house and they said they would give me a discount on mine. As a college student, of course I m going to go anywhere with a discount LOL. Well, you get what you pay for and they couldn t get this cover for my camera/sensors on the windshield to stay in place. After 3 attempts with them, I got a refund and went to Mr. Auto Glass since I had a great experience with them in my previous car. They took great care of me and wouldn t let me pay for this minor service. Thank you so much! Every experience I ve had with you has been great and I will be coming back in the future no matter the distance or discount another store has to offer.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Called a few days ahead and made an appointment because my front windshield developed a big crack after the recent freezing and cold weather. Bobby was super helpful at making sure everything was done properly. They were even nice enough to transfer my front windshield parking stickers to the new glass! Prices were great (Called several places and they quoted me the best price around Fort Smith i could find) I would definitely recommend anyone come see the crew at Mr. Auto for all their automotive glass needs!Services: Glass installation, Auto windshield replacement

I walked in there this morning and spoke to Bobby to see if he do work work on my 07 Avalanche and he was really knowledgeable about what the issue I was having with water leaking inside my can and I can do it my myself and save me some money. Overall I recommend this shop one of the top windshield repairs in Fort smith on Towson Ave. Thanks Bobby.

Mr. Autoglass had the windshield for my 2015 Volvo semi in stock. Quoted me $200 which was awesome! I set up the appointment and it was done in a couple of hours. Ended up being $191! They were fast, affordable and friendly! Definitely recommend!!

Most excellent my insurance was going be over $600 I got it less than $300 get there early because people love the excellent service
