I don't want anything from posting this except to warn others so that they are aware of what the estimate process is and of what kind of ethical behavior they can expect from this shop.After reading other reviews, it sounds like they are better at detailing a car than doing repairs. Took mine here for a 2nd opinion. The first estimate they do is just looking it over-its like a bait and switch, it doesn't accomplish anything. It gives you hope that maybe the estimate will be reasonable and your situation will improve. A real and detailed estimate takes 4.5 weeks to schedule (which means you cannot get a rental thru insurance) and almost 2 more weeks to get it in writing. I had to fight with insurance to be able to get my car to this shop for a 2nd estimate on my vehicle and somehow just coincidently after an insurance rep called the shop their estimate came in at just over the threshold for totaling the car. Also somehow the written estimate LITERALLY DOUBLED from their original look through estimate. A car that's drivable that only needs body work and paint. This shop appealed to me because I had heard good things and saw they had been around for many years. But I think staying in business with insurance companies is more important than gaining customers.I thought this shop would offer honesty and good communication but I don't think that occurred. I should have known better when I dropped my car off for the estimate and when I conveyed my concerns as a single mom, found at no fault for the wreck and being upside down on my vehicle, I was told "Well I guess you have learned your lesson about that". Really didn't need to be shamed for doing my best and literally everything I can do to be able to have a vehicle to get to work. And as if I intended to be upside down? No. I did not. Single mom life is not easy or predictable.I was told repeatedly I could call and ask the estimator (Mr. Medley) some questions about the estimate. I have to work 2 jobs and was having a hard time finding a timeframe to call so I had someone call on my behalf who was then refused multiple times to be allowed to talk to him. Questions like, can we repair parts vs replacing all of them? Can we do anything to lower labor costs so that the estimate can get under the threshold and be repaired? Can we pay the cash difference? Still no answers to these questions. There must be some kind of kick back with insurances for giving them the estimates they want instead of what will actually help a customer.

great experience from my first call to them to picking up my vehicleafter body work was finished!!would definitely use again !!!! rly appreciate I d also like to add the kindness didn t go unnoticed,when I was forced last min to reschedule due to emergency great staffcourteousinformativegood workmanship

I m hesitant to write this review because I don t want them to be too busy in case I ever need to use them again! Medley and Sons went above and beyond to get my car fixed right. I think it s cleaner now than when I bought it a few years back. I didn t expect this high a level of detail and I m blown away!

Loved the staff! I was unable to get everyone s names unfortunately. Helen was very helpful and bubbly. Ron was punctual and informative throughout the whole process. Gloria was very sweet as well! The painter did a great job at repairing the paint back to its original condition while the dent specialist did a great job with the PDR (paintless dent removal). It s like the damage were never there! Overall, would recommend this family owned shop for your repairs! :)Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Mr. Roy and Ms. Helen are the best folks! The work the guys do at this place is amazing!!! They matched my paint perfectly and detailed the WHOLE truck inside, AND out beautifully I mean it was like brand new again, and this is after a bad wreck with a school bus Highly recommend paying them a visit if you need good work done after an accident very easy to work with the insurance company and have you back in your ride again in no time flat

My car was hit at a stop light doing considerable damage to the drivers side. I had never used Medley and sons but going forward they will be my go to shop. My 2016 Lincoln MKX looked liked brand new and they even cleaned it inside and out before I picked it up. Plus, they are just the nicest people to deal with on the phone and/or in person. Been using Medley & Sons for years. Definitely my go to body shop if and when I need this type service, and I just recently used this business for work done on my vehicle. We are new to town and invited several local repair shops and body shops over to get to know them. These folks are the only ones who came! We got to sit and talk with them about their history, their love of the industry, and their goals with their company. We learned about their location and how they got it. We were given a great number of local connections to help us in starting our auto repair shop. We are EVER so grateful for these two in our community and will always reach out to them when we need body work! The people at Medley and Son's were very friendly and the work was done in a professional manner. They provided an estimate of repairs in a timely manner and worked with the insurance carrier expeditously in order to get the repairs done quickly. I would recommend Medley and Son's to anyone needing auto collision repair work done, and I have already recommended them to two friends who need collision repair work done.Service: Body & Trim

Medley and sons did an awsome job repairing my extremely hail damaged nissan kicks. Can't even see that it was damaged. I highly recommend Medly and sons for body repair.

Very helpful and quickly took care of issue with water leak from sunroof. Ron completely explained the issue and how it was taken care of. Helen very friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again.

I had a little fender bender and took my car to Medley and Sons and they did a great job on fixing it. I have used them in the past several times and have never had any problems and they have always done a great job. I would recommend them on any body work that needs to be done on your car or truck. These guys are awesome. They are very good at what they do. I used them in the past and then just recently. They do it right the first time. They get your vehicle back to you in a timely manner. They worked directly with my insurance company the process wasn't stressful and overwhelming at all. So when my vehicle go hit it was a no brainier I knew the guys to take it to. They are the best

Everyone was very friendly and helpful through the whole process! The estimate process is fast and simple and it took about a week to fix the damage(which was a lot of labor). I highly recommend the Medley family as they know what they re doing and can get any job done that s needed!

Excellent service and highly professional. They offer Detail for Life if your repairs are over $2000. You never have to worry about your vehicle or the insurance company. They do all the work and keep you updated while the repairs are being done. Highly recommend.

After a deer hit my car, my Prius was badly hurt. Even the electrical needed help! Ron Medley and Sons did a beautiful job on my Prius. They are wonderful people and their workmanship is the best. Used them before and did a good job. This next time that I wanted to use them, I scheduled my appointment. A few hours later, after getting rental set up, they called back and was told they were not going to work with GEICO anymore. Everything has to be rescheduled and canceled now.

We've already had two cars repaired by Medley - one from a wreck and one from horrible hail damage. They are very professional and provide great customer service. Miss Helen is the best to talk to. We will definitely think of this place should we need more repairs in the future.

I have nothing but good things to say about Medley & Sons, I own a Mercedes Benz and they have done an excellent job the two times I have taken it to them. I also love the free Detail job they give you throughout the year. Take your car/truck to Medley and Sons, you can trust them to do a good job.

Seems like a nice shop but I wouldn t know because you have to set up an appointment to get an estimate. Never heard of that one before. I have noticed that on Friday afternoons (my only time available) I m more likely to get told someone doesn t have time to do an estimate. Another shop told me to come back Monday, and it was 12:30 pm. The body repair business must be booming because twice I was turned away by my insurance company s approved repair shops. I ve easily got over $5,000 worth of damage to my vehicle and it s still driveable if that tells you anything about the extent of the damage.

Medley & Sons took care of my truck after a hit and run incident that left my vehicle unable to drive. They did an excellent job of both mechanical and body repair. They kept me updated on the repair s progress and finished it sooner than expected.

I had previously had rated it a one star . I don't know how this happened. But definitely very friendly and professional people. Was considering this place for employment. I spent the day with these people and was very impressed with their operation and their commitment to their customers. I am sorry for the first review and I am sure you would be in good hands with them . Truly good people.

I have taken my vehicle here since I was 16. My family has used medleys forever! They are so friendly and they always do timely work! I will use them for every vehicle I own!
