Went to Maaco to get some small body work done. They were able to complete it quickly and the work was pretty good besides a small run in the door. My only issue was the way the truck was returned to me. It was very dirty and there were some screws on the speakers that were not replaced.

They were very nice. The quote was a little too much for what I was looking for. I have a 93 grand cherokee that I have owned 20+ years. No dents, interior excellent, doesn't burn oil. I have always taken care of it. Paint started to peel off quite a few years ago and has some rust on the roof. I just want to protect it from any more damage since I will be keeping it. I'm sure their price was fair, but a little more than I can afford.

Ken & Rita Spearman did a great job fixing what Firestone in Missouri missed upon inspection, and work. The drivetrain was snapped. Thank you so much for what you did over the holidays.

They were super cool with me and did a fantastic job. My Corvette is murdered out with some fresh paint and looks great! They put on my side skirts, my spoiler, new grill, and fins on my rear bumper I get heads turned everywhere!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Marco did a great job on my 69 mach 1. The staff was super friendly and charged the reasonable price originally agreed on. I couldn't be happier with the great paint job and friendly customer service. Second car they've painted for me. I went and took my 1993 f150 to get the hood repainted. They charged me $700. I don t know if it s about me be Hispanic but they didn t use a new sheet of metal didn t take out the little bit of hail damage. They also used the same towel to wax the hood on the glass. So now the glass is all blurry from the towel. Also the guy knew what they did because he tried hard to get me in to pay before I can actually see the glass and hood.

Communication was great, they weren't able to get the color code from the door panel, but they were to get my bumper and hood paint matched. Dropped off the car Wednesday night and got my car back Monday, in perfect resolution.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I am seriously blown away by the guys down at Maaco.I bought this 74 Nova a few years ago and had tons of places where the clear coat was coming off of the body. I tried to use plasti-dip to help cover the huge patches in my paint, but the dip wouldn't stick to my car and ended up bubbling and looking horrible. After wasting a lot of money on plasti-dip I was pretty upset, I have never wasted that much money before and I was sick with myself.I told the guys at Maaco what happened and, being the great guys they are, they worked with my budget to ensure that I would be happy with the outcome of their work.I was skeptical, of course, especially after spending so much money on that plasti-dip. This car is my baby and I am very protective of her.The manager helped ease my concerns by taking me through their shop and telling me the process of how they paint, and even showed me different cars that were either being sanded, filled, painted, or completed. These guys are different from other Maacos, and will sand, fill, and prep your car for you at the SAME PRICE as others who only paint.The manager, Cody, is an amazing guy and really made me feel a lot better about the whole situation. Honestly bro if you read this I want you to know that you are DEFINITELY invited to my birthday party.When I came to pick the car up....I didn't even recognize her. I couldn't believe my eyes. They completely blew my expectations out of the water. I never imagined my car looking the way she does now. I felt like a kid finding a brand new PlayStation under the tree on Christmas morning. I swear I almost hugged Cody and his painter.All that is left for me to say is that these guys truly stick by their work. If anything unexpected happens, they will be honest with you and tell you straight up, then fix it for you at no additional cost. I have nothing but great things to say about Cody and his crew down on Wheeler. All of the guys I talked to, including the territory manager, are great people who really want to make people happy with their work.Thank you for making me fall in love with my car again.

Brought my car in to repair dents and scrapes from an accident. Customer service estimator was excellent and even brought out one of their technicians to make sure job was quoted accurately. Damage fixed but bumper still a little askew and you can still view some small impressions. Paint job has many areas where there is buildup with one area at least 1 of noticeable buildup. Car definitely looks better than how I brought it in but not completely happy. Last star removed because doors were opened and there was dust everywhere inside. How much added time would it take to run a rag with some armor all over it? If you are not a car lover and want a decent affordable job, this is the right place.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Did an amazing job on my Classic Car. Most body shops wont even touch a classic car. Or they want to charge $7k dollars just to start. Fort Smith Macco did not hesitate and it turned out better than i could have dreamed for an affordable price. Do not hesitate to to check them out.

Had my truck painted a year ago and I wasn t the happiest with the out come I wouldn t have took them anything else. But ran into the owner and was telling him about my experience. Thought I'd give it a try instead of waiting on a body shops waiting list for a year, but when you give specific instructions on things you want done and point out things that need to be addressed and they didnt do any of it I'd been better off just waiting at someone elses shop and I'd gladly paid more for the job to be done right. Who wants their car painted but don't fix anydents... just paint right over them so they're evenmore noticeable with new paint. The things you did fix look good to me so I know its something that could've been done great you just chose not to. So no I'm not very happy with your work. You get what you pay for most times but even with it being a little less expensive then other places I still got ripped off for the amount of money I spent hereServices: Painting, Body & Trim

My cars been in the shop for almost 5 months now. I understand they have to order parts but I feel like they've just been giving me the run around, they told me on July 1st the parts should be here after July 4th and it shouldn't be more than a week. It's now July 14th. They haven't called me to give me any updates or an actual estimated time it should be done. when I call they just tell me the same thing over and over for the past 4 almost 5 months. I'd just like answers and my car back. I have 4 children and not having my vehicle has taken a toll on our family.

I would recommend this shop to any friend or family! After getting a quote from a former employee, they still honored it to the full extent, even to their detriment. They could have charged me more and would have been a completely fair price for the quality of work. They were finished sooner than they suggested saving me money with rentals and cabs. They have excellent customer service and made sure I was taken care of from start to stop. They will definitely be getting my business in the future!

These folks did a fine job on my old Mitsubishi. Lots of hail damage had to be repaired, and a complete paint job was done. The car looks phenomenal. These guys are great. They treated me right and did everything they could to make me happy, and I am. My truck had some pretty significant damage all around it. These guys made it look like it is brand new. I was worried when I put the truck in the shop because my son was born the day before and I had what I had for the month I had off work. These guys were so fair. They didn't charge an arm and a leg and I was able to get my truck fixed. Merry Christmas to Dada!

Someone hit my car last year at work and didn t come forward. I was so bummed! The whole front wheel panel needed to be replaced.We finally took it to a few places for quotes, and Maaco came back as the lowest. Not only did they stick to the estimated cost, but they did it in one day. I am a super perfectionist, and even I can t tell it s been replaced - the painting is PERFECT!I am so happy with the service!!!Thank you, Maaco.

Very happy with the paint job. Car looks great! Unfortunately, local owner Bill and office manager Monica did not stand behind their employees written word to fix some minor damage. Poor customer care and rude attitude. Lesson learned, take detailed pictures of entire vehicle before you let Maaco touch it.

After 5 estimates of all men-ran body shops and given estimates from $1700 to $1000 for minor body work, Felecia gave me an estimate that I could live with! If I could give this company 10 stars, I would! She didn t cheat me, didn t talk to me as if I was an uneducated woman, and told me she wanted my business. I would recommend every woman that needs auto body repair go to this shop! I was extremely impressed by the work!

Felicia was very helpful! I have an old horse trailer that I needed to have painted. However, I was leaving town, and the weather was iff-y. She made up my estimate and offered to have my trailer towed to the sand-blasting place so I could leave the trailer and the hassles to her! I was worry-free during my trip and returned to find my horse trailer looking like new. The 2 men who helped me with the trailer were very nice and professional.Service: Painting

The area manager/franchise owner of this location is incredibly unprofessional and rude. He apparently thinks it s ok to yell at, cuss at, and threaten customers for questioning their shoddy work. Their quotes apparently mean nothing because we were quoted $1800 for a job and ended up with a bill in our faces for $6,600 for work we absolutely did not ask for or approve of that the vehicle didn t need in the first place. Never been so appalled at a professional in my life. Will never return because of Mikes outright childish behavior. Still flabbergasted at the whole situation.Service: Painting
