Wonderful customer service! From the start when Haley quoted me on a full set and the prices were amazing, I knew I was in for top notch service. When I got there Michelle greeted me and got everything started on my paperwork. Then Craig helped me get my payments lined up and made sure I knew exactly what I would be paying and when my payments were due. Everything was explained clearly. Kade, Branton and Omar got my tires put on in record time and even wrapped up my old ones, as I wanted to keep them! How awesome is that? I feel confident that I chose the right place to buy tires and you really should check them out!

So I spent my morning looking to get my car aligned. As I was coming home I realized Local Tire was literally across the street. Mind you no one was open so I was thinking I would not get this done till next week. When I pulled into Local Tire they greeted me out front warmly, everyone is smiling and laughing and ready to help! They aligned my car in a timely fashion, explained what needed to be done and were polite throughout. If you have had less than STELLAR service anywhere else do waste anymore time! Come to Local Tire on Rogers at Meandering Way.

I recently had the pleasure of bringing my vehicle to Wheels and Tires with manager Michelle, and I must say, they exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They provided top-notch service, addressing all the issues with my vehicle and leaving me thoroughly impressed. Not only did they meet my expectations, but the pricing was more than reasonable considering the quality of work done. I highly recommend wheels and tires Rogers Avenue to anyone seeking exceptional service and value. They truly went above and beyond. Thank you!

I was in the market for some nice 33in truck tires for my chevy. stopped in talked to michelle and halley. less than an hour later i was ready to roll on my new knobbys. excellent and professional customer service and great prices. thanks ladies. steve ritter.

Michelle is great, the boys in the back are accommodating and overall a great vibe. I'd trust this shop to rotate my tires. Not something I'd trust every shop in Fort Smith to do!

Quick, professional, and so reasonably priced. Didn't try to upsell me but gave all the info I needed to make a decision. And to top it off I showed up 15 minutes before closing time on a Saturday and nobody groaned at me. Yes, I would go back!

This tire shop is top notch!!! They repaired our tire with no attempts to upscale or over sale us their services. Many other well known tire shops tell you they can not repair your tire you must buy new ones from them. What a lie!!!Craig and the team @ Local Tire on Rgers will take great care of you,(they did us) Call them for all your tire needs.
