I ve been a customer of Kenny s for about 30 years. He s honest and professional. He s the only one I trust. I live in Branson,Missouri now and I still bring my vehicles to Kenny. I ve had mechanics quote me prices there and it s always been cheaper and more professional to take them to Kenny.

I took my car to Firestone by the mall to find out what was wrong with it. They called me back wanting $2,600 to fix it and telling me everything else that needed to be fixed for a total of like $4,500. I was ready to get rid of my car before I came off of $4,500! I took it to Kenny Wray's automotive for a second opinion and whatever was wrong only cost me $207 and $75 of that was the labor. Now I knew Firestone would be a little high but that was ridiculous! They be trying to get over especially if they know you have a Firestone credit card. Nah miss me with that foolishness.

I knew I needed a second opinion. Turns out I was right. Left Kenny's with a quote of $2,000.00 to fix my car (he told me I blew my gaskets) Next day at a wonderful trust worthy place my car was fixed for $230.00 (just a thermostat). Wrong

Always honest and fair prices. If it is not broke he won't fix it. His employees (Manny) are knowledgeable and honest as well. Notice how full his parking lot is...because he has a big following. The old saying about restaurants "eat at restaurants that has a full parking lot because you know they serve good food" applies to mechanics parking lots as well. Give Kenny one chance and you will return.

Brought my car into these guys on a recommendation from a friend. The original estimate was $350 to fix it and when I came to pick it up, they said it wasn't as bad as they thought and it only cost $80. Anyone could have still charged the original amount and I wouldn't have known the difference. Just shows how honest these guys are. I will definitely be back.

By far best place in town! Fast, friendly, and honest mechanics. Took truck in for what I thought was a ABS sensor going out and it was a bad hub sending a false reading. Could have replaced what I told them it was but fixed the cheaper part and saved me money! Great People

I was referred to Kenny Wray's by Tom Brock with Block's Tire and Service. Kenny and his team of tech's were professional and very knowledgeable of the issues concerning my Jeep Grand Cherokee. The issue was identified and fixed and the price of Service was the most reasonable I've had in years. I would differently use Wray's again and recommend them as well.

Was told $40 labor I brought the part they said it was the wrong part said it was a fuel sending they said they ordered the correct part and put it in charged me $153 took my old part back to the parts store had them check it they told me this is a oil sending so I was lied to by the shop and this should tell everybody something about this business if they don't know the difference between a fuel sending unit in a oil sending don't take your car there run they will rip you off it's sad when a business owner has to steal from it's customers

THIS. IS. THE. BEST! Don t let these bad mouthing comments steer you away from this mom and pop shop! This is really the only shop in fort smith that will give you the best price and best customer service! I recommend Manuel.

While traveling out of town we broke down in the area and had to be towed. The wrecker driver suggested Kenny Wrays. They fixed us up in no time and had us on our way. A little late to our destination but still plenty of time to enjoy our trip. Thank You

They told me a price of $200 but when I went to pick up my vehicle it was over $500 and all they would tell me is someone messed up and quoted me the wrong amount. And the part that needed to be changed required the bumper being removed but instead of just taking it off they cut it off without permission.

My Yukon is in worse shape than when I took it in he charged me 552.00 then a 20$ charge because I had to use 2 different payments to fix my breaks that are not fix and now after him working on it for a week it's chugging the rpms won't register and the engine light is on I am devastated and he took all my extra money I wish he would have just told me he didn't know what he was doing

DO NOT TAKE UR CAR TO KENNY WRAYS I REPEAT EVERYONE HE TOOK MY CAR AND HE TOOK IT OVER SCALES AFTER DETECTIVE NELSON TOLD HIM NOT TO GET RID OF MY CAR LONG STORY BUT HE KNEW BY WHOM HAD STOLEN MY CAR TITLE WHILE IT WAS IN THE SHOP TO BE FIXED IF YOU READ THIS DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE THESE GUYS ARE ALSO OVER CHARGING PPL ALSO... PLEASE I JUST DON'T WANT THIS HAPPRNING TO AMYBODY ELSE...

Does have some adequate pricing but lacking in customer service fixed a repair they had done previously but failed to call and tell me about ANYTHING I had to call and owner was rude when I told him they failed to leave the keys in my car after I drove across town to pick the vehicle up after close ..because again they never called me!!
