I spoke to a salesman named Xavier, I spoke to him via messenger about a vehicle and planned on making a trip Wednesday to purchase, I called the location to let them know I d be coming Friday instead of Wednesday to purchase said vehicle and maybe look into another vehicle in the lot as well. Well closing time Wednesday He texted me saying Cap and that I didn t actually plan on coming in and making a purchase etc. Said I was lying. Also claimed to be the top salesman, then proceeded to send me a picture of the dictionary meaning of Cap . I don t think this is top salesman material or professional. I decided that I am no longer interested in buying a vehicle at this location after this interaction. 0/5.

All the folks that work there were very helpful and they make you feel very comfortable while you are there. No pressure to buy. Will let others know about the great service you receive at Fort City Motors!!

Courteous, friendly, down-to-earth staff. They made selling my used car a quick and hassle-free process. They also have a ton of nice looking vehicles on their lot. Go check them out!

Crazy story, Purchased a veichle from Fort city motors. I live in California btw.kevin and Ray were both very helpful with the progress. Had to wire the money in order to get the veichle which at one point sounds a bit fishy.But it all worked out great!!Thanks again to Kevin, and Ray.Trust this dealership!They are good!

Bought a used chevy truck from Travis. While looking at it we noticed that the inside door handle on passenger side was broken. Travis said he would fix it but had to order it so he wrote on bill of sale he would fix when it came in. We have been down there five times now and have heard five different excuses. I will repost if it gets fixed. Was repaired, if you have a problem talk to Betty right off the bat.

I found a truck on their website that I liked, showed up at 12:30 for a test drive and by 1:30 I was approved and had the keys. Great experience.

Giving one star due to the fact I cannot give 0 stars. Went into this lot looking for a vehicle and the seller tried fighting me on his lot. Real piece of work. I'd avoid this place at all cost.
